"Usually, I just steal a smaller plane, fly it up to a passing jet, attach a remote that will eject the pilot, get in the jet before the engines shut down completely and ride over to Cali. The entire process takes about one hour and thirty two minutes, but I don't start timing until I'm in the air."

I was beginning to truly enjoy Ren's presence. He was much more exciting and lively than that dreary Arthur I was engaged to--and much more handsomer, though I couldn't bear to say it. "You're very engaging in presence, Mr. Ren," I commented, letting the music sway over me and dull everything, like I was watching time continue on without me. It felt like a dream. ((Whoa. Stereotype alert!)) This song was much softer, an undertone to this dreamlike wonder.
"Where has everyone come from, Ren?" I asked him, basking in the glow of the chandelier above. "And when do you suppose this party will be over? I would like for it to last for...forever, I guess. It's so much nicer here than in King Uther's court." I blushed. "Excuse me for speaking so crudely, but that's just what my homeland is...a bit crude."
