For the duration of their trip Auriel was oddly quiet. Normally she was ready to talk on and on about nothing in particular. Yet today she was reserved. As they walked the nephilheim used her Exemplar of Vitality as a walking stick. Even as acrobatic as her kind were traversing through the mountain ranges was never the easiest task. It was a little disappointing that no creature was around. Auriel was itching to get some action in for it had been awhile. Something itching in her mind had her looking to the west, and then her sisters. A smirk was on her face because s**t was about to get real. Auriel bounded to her sisters with one leap and quickly placed a kiss on both of their cheeks in turn. "Are you ready, sisters?" She was bristling with excitement at this point and turned away before bounding towards the mass. When the dragon burst from the forest the cleric raised her staff and was about to ready a spell when she noticed it was actually fleeing. Auriel turned to question the siren and had to sidestep quickly to keep from getting barreled over. "This doesn't-" Before Auriel could speak a queer feeling washed over her. Dark Energy. She turned on her heels and her expression hardened as the Body Collector appeared from nowhere. Her eyes locked onto the bodies of humans and other beings scattered on the spikes. Auriel adjusted her grip on her staff and surged her energy forth. She took in a deep breath and released a powerful gust of wind that was strong enough to knock away a number of the bodies. This was in hopes of granting her sisters a chance at hitting the armor or even the creature beneath.

          Energy 775/825
          Stats 6/6

          Tech Used
          • Blessed Kiss D
From gathering energy to your lips, the cleric can send the energy to the other person that will increase their speed and strength by 1. When you think about it, it's sort of like the "kiss of death" from succubus/incubus but instead of causing harm, the cleric just gives the person a little boost. The kiss can be send anywhere like to the hands, cheeks, lips, as long that the lips have contact with the skin/person by close up or the blowing kiss can also work. Cleric can't bless them self. The boost last for 7 post.

          • Great Breath C
By taking a dig deep breath, holding it in from your grate lunges. The person can blow out large gust of wind as if trying to blow out the candles, but really blowing anything away in it's way that aren't rooted or firmly planted on the ground. The amount increases with each rank.

xxxxxxxWhen Abigail sensed the Body Collector's malefic energy her body tensed. She knew that they could encounter almost anything out here but she didn't expect it to be something this big. Auriel immediately sprang into action. That wasn't a surprise. If her sisters were gonna fight it then Abby had to do what she could to help. She drew her Sniper Rifle, Demise and took aim at the creature. Waiting for the perfect moment to take her shot. When Auriel's gust of wind hit the Body Collector and knocked aside the flesh that was impaled on the steel pikes that surrounded it's body. She inhaled and fired directly at it's head.

Aurelia spread her wings as the body collector came into view. She took her blade in one hand, and her shotgun in the other as she jumped into the gust of wind that blew away the corpses. She heard a gun shot, flying low as it sailed past, and aimed her blade at it's midsection. With the momentum and strength she had, she jabbed her weapon directly through the monster and taking it off of it's feet. She then aimed her shotgun at it with her other hand, kicking off of it and firing the weapon at the hole she made. The combination would blow out it's back and hopefully put it down for good. As she floated there she looked around, sensing that they weren't yet done. She also half heartedly acknowledged that someone would have to go after the girl... but that could wait until they had killed everything around them. With a one armed c**k of the shot gun she prepared for more.

The Body Collector died rather quickly. With Aurelia's final attack, the giant ghost toppled before vanishing with the wind, leaving nothing behind but armor and corpses. Good thing too, as the sun had begun truly setting at this point and who knew what dark things roamed the wilds this far out.

---

In the meantime, Fable had chased the adolescent dragon as it ran as far away from the Body Collector as possible. She wanted it to turn on her. In fact, she knew it would turn on her eventually. She just needed to wait until it felt like it was far enough away from the Body Collector. [1/8]

The chase lasted only a few minutes before the Adolescent Fire Dragon noticed that it wasn't being chased by the Body Collector, but just a small human. Pride hurt at being caught fleeing from Fable, the dragon immediately turned on Fable. It snorted and readied its claws. Fable, recognizing the signs of a fight about to happen, stopped moving herself and readied her defenses. [2/8]

Although, while wearing only a bikini, she didn't have much in the defense area. During the chase, she had shed off her jacket and tied it around her waist instead, freeing her arms so her feathers could grow. As Fable took in a breath, her arm-feathers grew in, changing her arms into wings. [3/8]

The fire dragon lunged at Fable with his teeth but only so that his prized claws could get in a swipe at a distracted opponent. Fable saw straight through the trick. She dodged the bite with a simple side-step as she used the Wing-blade technique to harden the feathers on the edges of her wings. The scratch connected with the blade, both sharp edges screeching against each other but causing neither party any real harm. [4/8] (1600/1625)

The dragon, of course, aimed for a third attack with his other claw, but a well-timed Air Blast from Fable blew the reptile away, knocking it against a tree and dazing it momentarily. Taking the short reprieve, Fable tried to reason, "Please, I don't want to fight with you. I simply want to befriend you. Will you let me?". Her words flowed out melodiously in the dragon's language, one of many languages she knew. [5/8] (1575/1625)

The dragon simply snarled back in disagreement, its actions clearly expressing the haughty question of why it should bother listening to someone who couldn't defeat it. Fable accepted the unspoken challenge and as the adolescent made to jump at her again, she shoved it aside with another Air Blast, a stronger one akin to the force of a speeding car. Once again, the fire dragon was tossed against the same tree like little more than a rag doll. [6/8] (1475/1625)

Even then, it still had some spirit left in it, and it was quickly back up on its feet. As it recovered, Fable took the chance to confirm what she had understood, "If I defeat you, you will consider worthy of your friendship?". The dragon, just now understanding that this puny human before him was not like the others, thought enough of her to give her a small nod. For anything more, she would have to work for it. [7/8]

The approving confirmation was all Fable needed to be convinced into giving the fight her all. Whereas before, she had been holding back because she hadn't wanted to cause any unneeded harm in the off-chance the dragon wouldn't accept her as its master even after being defeated by her, the Siren no longer had such worries chaining her. As the dragon took a defensive pose, knowing by now that he needed to be ready to dodge his opponent's blasts of wind before he could even think of touching her. Fable took in a breath and then began to sing Warning Song with a mix of Chill. The dragon was ready to dodge, but it had not expected sound. At the speed of sound, a wall of ice blasted at the Adolescent. It just barely skimmed the first, but that hardly mattered when a second wall was close behind the first wall. In quick succession, five ice walls slammed into the dragon, knocking it unconscious. [8/8] (1375/1625)

Fable ceased singing at the end of the move and stood in place for well over a minute, waiting for the dragon to reveal its bluff if it had been making one. If it had, it didn't during that minute and Fable cautiously made her way over. She knelt besides the young creature and checked its pulse. It was still alive, and seeing how it had yet to maul her, was truly unconscious. She just had to wait for the dragon to reawaken before she would be done with making it her summon. Until then, though, Fable could relax and try to recover some of the energy she had used. At least, she had thought she could.

---

Back at where Fable had left the triplets, the three would find that their tingling senses did not rest even after defeating the Body Collector. Their first thoughts might have been that something malefic remained among the corpses and armor, but further analysis would prove that not so. Their angel senses were tingling, but this time in a different direction, off the the East where the sun's setting rays had already begun giving way to night's darkness. Incidentally, it was also the direction Fable had run in.

As they realized all this, a woman's scream, as beautiful as it was frightened, would pierce their ears.

---

Clinging tight to the unconscious and heavy dragon, feathers retracted back into skin so that hands could be used, Fable had just rolled out of the way of a stream of black fire. Just a little bit ago, she had screamed in shock, surprise, and a calculated attempt to attract help to her once she had spotted the dragon. As she eyeballed the creature, part of her wanted to tame it while her more logical side knew that she could do nothing but get out and away as fast as possible, which was just what she did. [1/10]

Dragging the adolescent dragon behind her, Fable stumbled as quickly as she could back to the group of Nephilim. Hopefully, she would be able to meet with the Nephilim who she had thoughtlessly left behind. If not, then she wouldn't have any choice but to take the dragon down, and she really wanted to tame the skeleton dragon. [2/10]

(OOC: Eh... I think it'll take a post to just get to where Fable is and then position appropriately.)

Watching the Body Collector fall brought a sweet satisfaction to Auriel. She stood up straight and closed her eyes for a moment, looking up into the bright sky and smiling softly. "For you, father." Auriel whispered softly, letting the winds carry her words up and away. For a moment she merely stood still, taking in the victory her sisters and she had taken until something pulled at her mind. Her golden eyes locked onto the last fading bits of the ethereal being, fairly confused. The presence she was feeling was definitely more potent than what she was looking at. And then the screen. "The Siren!" Auriel shouted as she took three bounding steps before lifting off into the air, her lingering wings from her spell cast at the training zone still active. With three mighty flaps she was high into the air, racing off towards Fable and her newfound foe. Auriel angled her head to the side in wonder as she watched a skeletal dragon launching flames at the tiny Siren in comparison. She hovered in place, wondering what they were going to do to defeat the thing. It did not take her long to come to the realization that there was little she herself would be able to do in terms of harming the beast. For now she would remain a supplementary fighter and perhaps a distraction. "Aurelia, the neck!" The nephilim knew that her sister would be able to cleave through the bones with relative ease. Auriel herself pointed her staff at the creature that the siren Fable was carrying. It would all of the sudden become as light as a feather and she would be able to get away from the skeleton dragon with much more ease. She would then proceed to make her way to the head of the dragon and try to catch its attention.

In this spell, you can cast it apon yourself or on a person to make them almost weightless, like a feather. When ever the person that been cast with this, they would flow down gently and can move around swiftly. This is more manly for a cleric for it helps anyone that can't fly when they're falling from a large height. But not only that, their weight are so light that they can move around more freely, and is easily could walk on water. Only last for 3 post, after that, you'll starting to feel your weight coming back, and then gravity is holding you again. But remember this, close hand attacks will be slower (punch, kicks, swords, ect.) and opponents attack will send you flying more easily.

xxxxxxxAbigail let go of a breath she hadn't realized she was holding as the Body Collector fell. Something about the victory unsettled her though. She and her sisters had coordinated very well and handled the situation swiftly and efficiently but something seemed off. For some reason she was still very much on edge and that could only mean one thing. As soon as she thought this she heard a piercing scream. "The Siren!" Auriel shouted before rushing off in the direction of the scream. Reacting quickly, Abigail followed her sister but immediately stopped in her tracks when she saw the scene before her. There was a huge Skeletal Dragon attacking the Siren girl. Abigail steeled herself as she thought about the best way to handle this. She heard Auriel tell Aurelia to sever it's neck and she realized what she need to do. She drew her pistols and began shot at the dragon's face a few times to gain it's attention as she ran in the opposite direction of Auriel, hopefully buying her some time to save the Siren. "You better not let me down Aurelia!" Abigail yelled as she picked up her pace, an enraged Skeletal Dragon already in pursuit of her.

For starters Aurelia had just learned that she was wasting her time with the shotgun through fourth wall breaking but kept it anyway because yolo. As the body collector fell and died, her senses held true, telling her about the coming danger. The scream only confirmed her suspicions about more evil coming in, and even though she wasn't sure how, the others had gotten there and already started attacking. While Abigail shot at it and drew it's ire, she flew high and on the outside of the dragon's range of view and came at it from behind, putting her shield forward and aiming to bash the back of it's head and slam said head into the ground. Since at the moment she had 3 strength higher (from her parabatai, the Oath, and her sister's kiss) she would easily outstrength the dragon upon hitting it. She'd then dig her feet into the ground and grab it by the neck, intending to pull the beast down further and hopefully keep it busy with her while Abigail wailed on it and the siren... did whatever lesser beings do.

Somehow, Fable had managed to just barely dodge all of the dragon's attempts to attack her. Most likely because it, like its living cousin, had decided she was not worth any breath attacks. Regardless, the sudden appearance of health was much appreciated, if a bit unexpected. The siren had been pulling on the unconscious dragon with all her might when the spell was cast. Now, Fable wasn't very strong, but the dragon was now very, very light, so all the force she was putting into pulling the unconscious dragon suddenly found no resistance and the next thing the Siren knew, she had managed to throw the red lizard over her head. Luckily, its lightness apparently also translated into floating down to the ground rather landing on it roughly. [3/10]

Meanwhile, the skeletal dragon had turned its attention from the currently mesmerized siren to three much more annoying beings, one of which was shooting at it. The dragon snapped it jaws but it did not give chase. The annoying one pelting it with pebbles had already flown too far away for it to merit the trouble of turning around, especially when a third winged enemy flying right at it. The skeleton dragon's head tilted up to follow Aurelia's ascent into the air in a clearly failed attempt to get into its blind spot. If Aurelia still chose to dive at the dragon, she would find herself face-to-face with a stream of black fire originating from the skeleton dragon's mouth. Even if Aurelia took heed of the dragon's focus on her and chose not to dive, she would still find herself assaulted by the black breath attack.

The sudden increase in temperature brought Fable's attention back to the fight, and away from staring at the strange sight of a dragon floating to the ground. Forgetting to consider the trouble her request would cause, she shouted, "W-wait! Let me tame it!". Dragons were, by far, Fable's favorite monster, and encountering one often led to her requesting silly things like, "Don't kill it! Just distract it, please?" which is what she just did. [4/10]

Auriel took note of the smaller dragon falling to the ground but kept her eyes trained on the skeletal being. It was the current threat and the closer Aurelia got the more danger she would be in. Auriel's body tensed as her sister made to attack and the dragon watched her with its empty eye sockets. She knew it was about to strike so in a swift move the nephilim pointed her staff at her sister and channeled her energy. A translucent barrier appeared before her sister at an angle, giving Aurelia a chance to dip underneath the flame if she could react quickly enough. The fire would meet the barrier head on and pause as if it had hit a wall. Auriel took a second precaution and made a second barrier that she would move to match the path of her sister. That way the fire would meet a solid resistance first. In flight Aurelia would surely be able to keep ahead of the flame. Hopefully Abigail would be able to do something to bring the dragon's attention away. Fable's musical voice cut above the roar of the flames and had Auriel casting a queer look at the woman. "Do not keep us waiting long!" She shouted back, knowing the limits of her own strengths. Auriel could only produce barriers so powerful, Abigail could only shoot so many bullets, and Aurelia only had so much stamina. What Auriel had left was a way to move her sister out of the dragon's reach very quickly. All Aurelia had to do was shout for the portal and Auriel would craft one as swiftly as she could.

          Energy 725/825
          Stats 6/6

          • Barrier C
A weaker form of the Paladin's divine barrier this spell acts similarly to it. Instead of dampening the attack like what the paladin does this stops attacks up to C rank any and all this barrier is created from the ground up and it is a visible barrier colour white with shades of yellow. It will stop as many as 10 attacks up to C rank power but it is stationary and with only the size of a two by two meters you can move around it. If it were to try to block a B rank attack it can only do it once and it will crack if said b rank attack is a combination of hits the first hit will crack and the second will break through. An A and S rank will go clean through. But three barriers one behind the other can stop an A while five can stop an S but only once.

xxxxxxxAs the Skeletal Dragon released it's hefty stream of fire at Aurelia, Abigail herself was running her mind ragged to think of a solution. So far the distraction plan had only proved to be a bust and Auriel was doing all she could. If she found some higher ground so she could get a clear shot with her sniper then maybe she could do some actual damage to it. But there weren't any real high points around. When she heard the Siren beg them to let her tame it Abigail decided she'd just have to try harder at the distraction plan. With that in mind she drew her shotgun, ran toward the Dragon and with a strong leap, she landed on its back.

For a creature with no brain this dragon sure was quick witted. That was okay though, because as the stream of flame came in Marcus simply put his shield forward intending to charge right through it. Instead she saw the barrier erect in front of her and moved in tandem with her sister. Just as the super fast Abigail got on it's back, Marcus would have used the cover of the dragons own flame being blocked by the barrier to fly straight up and grab it by it's lower ribs. Abigail had better hold on, because Marcus would start pulling straight down, surely erring resistance. The call to not kill the dragon went against his very morals as an angel but he would comply. He was just annulled now that the siren wasn't being helpful! "You don't have long, girl! I'm going to kill it if you don't hurry up!" He warned as he began to realize he was out powering the beast no matter how good a fight it could up up.

The dragon found itself surrounded from all sides. One annoying Nephilim in the front, somehow surviving its blast of flames, and pulling it down. It could feel another annoying winged creature, the one it had ignored at first, on its back. It couldn’t bite or throw off either, so it resorted to more unconventional methods. The dragon thrashed its tail around, the powerful appendage whipping across the dragon’s back so erratically that it times it skid across the dragons own bones at times. Without any vision on the Nephilim, the Skeleton Dragon couldn’t see where to aim its tail, but the sheer range of the attack no doubt put the angel into some degree of danger if she chose to continue clinging to its back.

The pull on the dragon’s lower ribs pulled the creature down. The dragon’s own weight worked against in this contest of strength and the overgrown, undead lizard was kept from taking to the skies. Its claws dug into the ground in the dragon’s wasted attempts to beat Marcus.

Unable to find anything to do with its head, the Skeleton Dragon used its mouth to breathe a stream of black fire at the first thing its eyes locked onto. As its attempts to go against Marcus’s strength had it straining its head up, Auriel was its target.

A Skeleton Dragon was a necromantic creation. Fable couldn’t rely on it having a sentience she could plead to and befriend. At least, she couldn’t while relying on the three nephilim to deal with it. She could see now. They worked fantastically as a group, but they couldn’t be more than adept, most likely novice. Expecting them to handle an undead dragon for much longer was foolhardy, and with her experience as an older sister, her sense of responsibility kept her from taking any such risks. [5/10]

That left Fable only one option, beating up the dragon without killing it. Even after realizing what she had to do, though, the girl hesitated. She continued to try to think of another way. After all, beating a future ally into submission was already the best way to start a relationship. However, her time to think was forcibly crushed short. [6/10]

A whoosh of air blew past Fable as the dragon’s stream of fire super-heated the air around it. Seeing the dragon go for a direct attack at Aurelia, Fable knew she couldn’t waste more time on petty thoughts. The Siren dashed forwards. She would be too late to help the Nephilim with the flame, but she could act as a distraction to prevent anymore flames. [7/10]

Although, Fable only moved a few steps before stopping and joining the fight. She only knew how to fight in ranged combat, after all. At the top of her voice, the Siren shouted. From her voice, sprung into existence five walls of sound conjured with Warning Song. They followed each other in quick succession, the first aiming for the dragon’s head and the rest aimed along the neck. The songs were nothing that the dragon couldn’t easily shrug off, their size the only thing making them more annoying than bullets. However, all Fable needed was the dragon to get irritated at her and to aim for her because she had another trick up her sleeve, a summon she was preparing as she screamed at the dragon. Auriel had her eyes locked onto the battle. Marcus, with his divine strength, had managed to knock the creature to the ground and was successfully keeping it from taking flight. That made the dragon an easier target, but at the same time an animal backed into a corner did not exactly play nice. As it began to thrash and wave its tail about Auriel's heart clenched in fear for her sister. She had faith that Abigail was swift enough to dodge it, though feeling worried for her was a natural instinct. It took the nephilim a second to realize she was the next target. As the skeletal dragon opened its maw to breathe a breath of flames, Auriel dove straight to the ground. She folded her wings around her just after casting a spell. A circle of light opened in the ground and before the black fire could touch her Auriel disappeared from the dragon's vision. She popped up on its left, closer than she had been and located on the ground now. Auriel pointed her staff at Abigail and casted a shield of air around her momentarily. If the tail went to strike her it would meet a force of equal power. This shield, unlike the barrier she had used for Marcus, did not halt attacks. Instead it deflected them, moving them away and allowing the shielded a chance at either retaliation or retreat. Until the siren was finished taming the beast Auriel had to do all she could to keep her brother and sister in the fight.

          Tech Used

          • Transport Portal C
Seeing as there are times when you need to get out of battle this spell was created by the clerics. They would create a circle on the ground to open into the portal after that as soon as you step into it you exit the other point. The portal can only lead you to places that you have been before.

          • Air Shield D (Energy usage is equivalent to the rank of your enemy's attack)
The most common defensive tactic involves circling enemies, suddenly changing direction when attacked and evading by physical movement rather than bending. However, the user can still deflect as needed by throwing up gusts of air close to their bodies as a shield. This is rarely to stop attacks directly and more often pushes the attack aside and away, conserving energy and allowing them to turn the movement into an attack at the same moment. Since air can affect almost all physical objects, it can also be used to enforce the momentum of thrown objects or manipulate other objects.

This uses double energy to stop an object just normal to deflect. Fire can only be deflected if you use double the amount of energy and only if it is normal fire. Rock cannot be stopped if it is in a streamlined shape only slowed and deflected, still uses double energy.

xxxxxxx Abigail quickly made her way up the dragon's back, or down it rather since Marcus had it's neck in a deathgrip. She heard him excalim to the siren girl, rather rudely that she needed to hurry up. Not that his attitude wasn't warranted since in Abigail's opinion, they should honestly dispose of the dragon rather than toy with it but there was still no need to forget tact. Her brother could be rather abrasive at times. He always had been. As she was lost in her thought's the Dragon began to thrash around violently. Unable to move because of Marcus. it began to swing it's tail wildly in an attempt to knock off Abigail. She avoided the first few rather well but as it grew more violent and desperate she found it hard too keep up. As she saw the tail of the Skeletal Dragon moving at her from the side she tensed her legs, ready to leap only to find the tail be deflected by a shield of wind. Abigail took this as her que to slide down the dragon's spine, back to the safety of solid ground.

Any other sort of creature will have the area hit become paralyzed for 1 post.
↪Warp: By paying 5 energy Abigail can summon Hubris x Humility back to her should they ever be taken or knocked away.
↪Sanctity: Creatures of the dark that are stricken by these burn until contact is loss. The longer contact is made. The worse the burn.

All of the dragons attacks were unsuccessful and its time was up. The dragon had time to turn its head to the fourth and final member to join the fray, Fable the Siren. It had time to inhale as it remained trapped by Marcus's strength. However, as it blew black fire down on the small woman, its efforts proved futile.

In the nick of time, a large, white dragon materialized in front of Fable and roared. Fable scrambled up her summon's back, giving the orders, "Tame the dragon! Watch out for the winged one!" which prompted the Pale One to charging straight at its smaller, undead brethren. Through the black flames, its scales endured until a ferocious tackle to the skeleton dragon's neck no longer required its scales to defend against the flames. The tackle rolled the skeleton dragon to the side and off Marcus. That was all he would do to avoid the Nephilim, though, before he slammed a giant claw onto his enemy with just enough strength to pin it down and show it who's boss. [10/10]

From atop Shiro's shoulder, Fable dropped down to one of the skeletal dragon's ribs. The action prompted a snarl from the yet untamed monster, which was quickly silenced by a much louder snarl from Fable's dragon. With the larger dragon atop it, the undead beast dared not try anything funny. Fable hopped from bone to bone until she stood at the ground besides the dragon's right eye. The siren placed a hand on the monster and when it did not retaliate, she made it her summon. With a flash of light, the bond that would allow her to summon the dragon to her whenever she pleased was formed. A nod from Fable was all Shiro needed to lift his weight from atop the bony dragon, and the dragon, now under Fable’s control, left peacefully.

The battle now done and a chilly mountain night in full swing, Fable untied her jacket from her waist and pulled it back on as she whispered a few commands to Shiro before turning back to the nephilim. “Thank you very much everybody,” the Siren expressed her gratitude both verbally and with a small bow. Although, what expressed her thanks the most was probably neither, but instead the large smile, one part tired and two part happy as Fable could be. Her little journey had resulted in much more than she could have hoped for. Now, she could call not just one but two more dragons her own.

At least, she would once Shiro brought the red dragon to her. The pale dragon had plodded a few steps to the side to check on the dragon his summoner had told him about. Turned out, the adolescent was now fully conscious, if a bit dazed (and now shocked upon seeing the old dragon). Just a moment was needed for the two to communicate to each other their respective intents, and when all was said and done, Shiro disappeared to wherever he was before being summoned and the adolescent scampered up to his soon-to-be summoner.

Fable placed her head upon the young dragon and formed the bond between summoner and summon once again. When that was done, the young dragon scampered away without a word much like the skeleton dragon had left. Now that both summons were tamed, Fable was able to relax much more. If the three nephilims were still with her, Fable would turn to them and try to make friendly small talk as they returned to Pronta together. “I’m curious, though,” she asked as she began walking back to the city, “What are your ranks? I've heard your names mentioned in passing, but I haven't heard your ranks yet.”
