 Kendall turned to face Logann. "It's fine," he whispered into his ear. "Don't worry, Logann. We'll get that demon out of you." He leaned down and brushed his lips against Logann's softly. "I'll always be here to protect you, even if the danger is inside or even is us."

 Rawrharhar𝕷𝖔𝖌𝖆𝖓𝖓Logann smiled softly and leaned into him to press a deeper kiss against his lips. "Thanks, Ken," he whispered against his lips then released him and continued on walking, pulling Kendall along with a smile still on his lips. "I forgot how to get to his rooved hide-out. You'll have to lead the way from here," he told him with shining golden eyes. ✗Rawrharhar

Kendall grinned, allowing himself to be dragged by the slightly smaller man. "Truth be told, I never actually figured out where it was," he said. "I kinda just wanted to find him around here, then the path sorta...revealed itself. It's weird, but I think it's quite obvious that this man isn't any normal human." He looked ahead and noticed a completely new path open to the left of the one they were on, with a sign in the middle reading, "I'm this way!!!"
Kendall laughed and pointed. "Crazy old man," he muttered, this time dragging Logann himself.

Rawrharhar𝕷𝖔𝖌𝖆𝖓𝖓Logann smiled and nodded. "I guess we go down this way, then," he said with a small laugh, following Kendall happily. "i wonder if he's even an actual old man. You never know. You figure, he's definitely not completely human. Maybe he's a shape-shifter. Maybe he's actually a young, sexy, toned man that likes to hide in an old man's body to ******** with peoples' heads." ✗Rawrharhar

"Or maybe you're just delusional," Kendall laughed. "But I could definitely see that. We've already been dragged out of our normal lives and into the lives of some fantasy game characters or something."
Walking along the path, it started to turn woodsy and dark. Kendall squeezed Logann's hand reassuringly. For both of them. Even though they both grew up in it, Kendall was a bit afraid of the dark, and he thought that Logann might be as well, but both were to tough to ever say it aloud, even to each other.

Rawrharhar𝕷𝖔𝖌𝖆𝖓𝖓Logann rolled his eyes. "Maybe I am delusional. Maybe this is all a dream." He looked around him, sighing softly. "Maybe everything's just one big dream... Nightmare..." He frowned a bit, going quiet as they walked along. When he felt his hand squeezed, he squeezed back, glancing over at him thoughtfully before looking around again. Everything had changed at a ridiculous speed. "Nothin'll hurt you, Ken," he reassured, sliding his arm around Kendall's shoulders and pulling him close. "I promise. I can't look this menacing for nothing, ya know." he gently kissed the top of his friend's head as they carried on. ✗Rawrharhar

Kendall smiled. "You know," he mumbled, just loud enough for Logann to hear him, "I think...nah, it can't be." He then began to realize that the darkness was fading. Was this just Garibaldi messing with their minds, or were they getting closer to the edge of this "forest?" They'd find out soon.

Rawrharhar𝕷𝖔𝖌𝖆𝖓𝖓Logann looked at him questionably for a moment after he stopped talking. Man, he hated when people did that. It made him too curious! "Whaaaat? Tell me!" he said, voice having a low feral growl to it as his demon came through in his now not-so-hidden anger. He covered his mouth with his hand quickly, looking at Kendall apologetically. "Sorry," he mumbled quietly, now going silent as they walked along. ✗Rawrharhar

"It's alright," Ken said, smiling sweetly. At least he was getting more control over this demonic side. Not complete control, but more control nontheless. "Don't worry about it, though," he continued. "It was a quick thought that came and went in a heartbeat. Anywho, we're there." He pulled on his friend's hand and ran towards a shack that had just recently appeared. "This just has to be the place."

Rawrharhar𝕷𝖔𝖌𝖆𝖓𝖓Logann gave him a weak, appreciative smile. At least Ken put up with him and all of his demonosity. He eyed Kendall for a moment when he brushed his thought off and sighed softly. Fine, but you know I hate when you do that..," he grumbled, pulling Ken closer to him in a short hug before holding his hand and trotting after him, his demon legs apparently having more strength than his human ones. He easily caught up with him and grinned smugly as he easily scooped up Kendall into his arms and trotted forward to the shack. When he arrived, he set Kendall down and smiled at him adoringly. Then he leaned down to him and pressed a hesitant kiss to his lips. Pulling back slowly, he smiled sheepishly down at Kendall, grabbing a hold of his hand. "Sorry... I just... That was me...that time," he told him, skin turning a purple as he blushed lightly. "Well...I guess we should go in and see if he's here...which he probably is," he said quickly, almost nervously as he pulled Ken towards the door. ✗Rawrharhar

Kendall raised an eyebrow at the kiss. Another demon kiss? But then Logann let him know that it was him, and his heart warmed. He said nothing of it at the moment, however, for they had more important matters at hand.
Ken reached a hand out and knocked. Almost immediately, as if the small man had been literally standing at the door, waiting for their knock, Garibaldi swung the door open. The man had actually grown in size a bit, and his outfit had changed drastically. Now, instead of looking like some sort of hobo, he had a suit on. Not just a suit, but a fancy suit. With a corsage, a wristwatch, and a pocket-watch and everything. But it was definitely still Garibaldi. He had that feeling about him.
"You!" Ken roared, rushing at the man. He picked him up by the collar of his suit. "What did you do to us?!"

Rawrharhar𝕷𝖔𝖌𝖆𝖓𝖓Logann stood back and glowered at the man as he was being throttled by Ken. "Don't you dare ask what we're talking about either. You know goddamn well what. You always know what. Just ******** look at me!" he said, that deep growl coming into his voice again, eyes turning that dark gold colour once more. Unknowingly to him, his horns grew around an inch longer as he gave into his demon side a bit. ✗Rawrharhar

"Logann, calm yourself," Ken said. "We don't want him dead...yet." He looked back at the man, who had kept a big smile on his face this entire time. "Now, fix us."
"I cannot do such a thing," Garibaldi giggled. "You two are stuck the way you are. However, I can give you this amulet." He held up his hand, and in it lay a small amulet. It had a silver chain with a sapphire pendant in the center. It looked simple enough. "Wear this, mage, and your appearance will look normal and you'll have control over this demonic side of yours. Remove it, however, and you'll go right back to fighting for dominance." He threw it to Logann...than vanished.

Rawrharhar𝕷𝖔𝖌𝖆𝖓𝖓Logann forced himself to calm when he heard Ken's voice. He shrunk back a little, ashamed of himself. He hated this... He listened to Garibaldi speak before catching the amulet. He looked at it for a moment, then back at Garibaldi...who was now gone. Sighing softly, he hung it around his neck. Instantly, he felt himself going back to normal. He breathed a sigh of relief and smiled over at Kendall. "How do I look?" he asked him a little nervously. Knowing Garibaldi, he could have done anything to him... ✗Rawrharhar

Kendall was raging at the vanished Garibaldi, but the instant he saw that Logann was back to normal, his rage vanished and he breathed a sigh of relief. He stepped forward and grabbed Logann into a hug. "You look perfect," he breathed. "Although I do have to admit that I'm gonna miss your more...'seductive' attitude." He winked and stepped back.
Ken looked around. "Hmm," he said. "So...what do we do now? We have no idea where this guy is, nor do we have anything important to do. Do we, I dunno, go back to our normal life?"
