 It was over... The cloud of ravens was thinning out. Raha took the opportunity to fly in a lazy arch over ground zero to get one last look. At first it looked as if the greenish lioness below was actually trying to eat the God, but then he saw that she seemed to be pulling something from the corpse. Some birds liked shiny items, perhaps lions were the same?
With a mental shrug he caught an updraft and started rising higher and higher. Perhaps the vulture he'd met was right and it was a good idea to pair up with a lion. But not these... Some of the lions and birds below seemed to be friendly-ish at least. Was it worth it for the birds, he wondered... These lions were a bit bold for his taste. Hunting Gods... He hadn't missed the broken birds littering the ground. The Goddess had claimed some victims in the struggle, and he was not interested in acting as a feathered meat shield in future battles.((Also: Eee! smile ))

Winners!
Congratulations to Annchen and Kolina
Please see the spoilers for further information on the prizes available. As Annchen was rolled first, she may take first pick of which prize she would like. Kolina may then take the other.
Option 1 - the Founder Blood

This little boy is special in that he has the blood of the Founders in him. As such, he will enjoy certain social benefits such as being more favoured for promotion and able to take on better mates without much competition. He is the cub that looks most like his father.
Father: Muunokhoi (Warlord) - owned by Kimaria
Mother: Sarangerel (Founder-Blood) - owned by Kimaria
Siblings: He has four other siblings, one of which is owned by myself. The others will be held as future prizes.
His parents have a rocky and unloving relationship (made due to rank rather than any feelings) and have been trying for cubs for a while. Their father is quick to temper, fierce and strong but lacking patience. Their mother acts the noble that she is and whilst also fierce is loyal and strong. She will help raise the cubs (alongside the pride) to be perfect examples of Nergui.

Option 2 - the Son of a Growing Legend

This adolescent is part of a large family of hyenas living and serving alongside the lions of the Nergui. Hyenas are extremely respected within the pride and are often seen in the vanguard role. He will have been raised by his father to be fierce and bold, though whether he conforms to those ideals is up to you. His mother is absent from his life - having left once the pups were weaned. There are no plans for them to meet again.
Father: Furchtlos (Head hyena) - owned by SilverLutz
Mother: Orenda (Rogue) - owned by Kimaria
Siblings: He has a number of other siblings and half-siblings living in the horde. In fact, Krieg, his sister, earned herself quite a bit of glory during this particular hunt.
His father is a dedicated member of the Nergui who mated with the female, Orenda, in order to bolster the numbers of hyenas within the pride. In return for her 'service', Orenda was granted leave - which she took with no hesitation. She is a vicious loner who lives for her freedom and cares for little else.

And I'll take the little boy lion and name him Vilakhoi which means Strong-willed warrior and has a piece of his father's name tacked on. smile
