 He trailed behind Demyx and Luxord, looking around hesitantly. "I know we're supposed to be exploring," Roxas muttered uncertainly, "but what EXACTLY are we supposed to explore. I mean the only people here are us."

 Honestly that thought never crossed Demyx's mind. Sure, he got into trouble a lot, but now the idea of having someone else to protect....it kinda gave him a bit more courage.
Squeaking at the hip poking, Demyx playfully swatted at Luxord and started walking.
"Well..that is the point of exploring afterall, we gotta find out what's here!"

 "My guess is there is an office with filing cabnites and .... and a back room no one goes into." He smirked. He wasnt wrong often so it was almost cercian what he had said were in the building somewhere.
"And perhaps a room full of .. couches and cusions for people to sit on?"

Being the type of person who needed to know certain things and the reason as to why one needed to do a certain thing, Roxas was utterly confused at both Luxord and Demyx's laid back lack-of-objective attitudes. Nonetheless, they were... family... he would have to learn to understand them. "I wonder how big this world is..." he started, looking blankly around. "Maybe they have somewhere where we could skateboard around." His eyes lit up at the thought, though the moment was distracted by Luxord's statement. He looked at Luxord, boggling. "What's the point of exploring if all we're looking for is an office and places to sit?" For some reason he felt jumpy, as if he needed to be doing -something- that required expending energy.

"Mmrph...an office sounds boring..."
Demyx sighed, scratching at his head.
"There's gotta be something FUN around, right? Not a stupid office, and I'm not really in the mood to just lay around..."
Demyx blinked over to Roxas, tilting his head slightly.
"The world's gotta be pretty big right? I mean it IS the world afterall..."

"I didnt say we had to look for an office. Just that there is one here."
He looked around. "If you want to explore the world...then how about we go looking for the door outside and see what is out there?" He looked down at Demyx. "Who knows. Maybe there will be a bakery'
He refrained from commenting on the value of a good couch. Roxas probably wouldn't get it anyway and it ran the risk of Demyx worring because he couldnt explain it.

"No, I mean other worlds." Roxas struggled to clarify Demyx's question. "This world -is- big, but there are other worlds like this one, but different, it would be nice to see them one day." It was a silly dream anyway. Roxas looked at Luxord with a blank expression. "Outside sounds nice... but what's a Bakery?" Moreover, it wouldn't hurt them would it?

Demyx blinked a few times, struggling to comprehend that the world they inhabited wasn't the only one.
Luxord mentioning a bakery caught his attention though.
"ooOooo bakery! Maybe they'd have cupcakes!"

"That....makes sence." Did that mean that thoes portals could take them between worlds? was this world different from where the Castle was?
"Yes, and probably better tastier than mine." He answered Demyx before turning to Roxas. "A Bakery is a place where they make breads and baked goods. Cakes, cookies, tarts, the like"

He was surprised for once that his ideas weren't openly rejected. It really did wonders to his self esteem. "I dont think I've ever had anything like that before," he finally confessed, trying to rack his memories for some type of memory of whatever a baked good was, "but I'd love to try it. In fact, I think the only sweet thing I've ever had was sea-salt ice cream." (which incidentally was more salty than sweet really)

Demyx blinked at Luxord, again struggling to comprehend that maybe someplace else had better cupcakes than the ones he was used to.
"You've only had one sweet thing before?"
The spazzy blonde turned his attention to Roxas, head tilting a bit. Poor deprived child! Well he'd just have to remedy that...
"Awhh...you'll have to try some more then! They're good..."

"Then lets go look for a bakery." He laughed and rested a hand on Roxas' shoulder.
"Come one, lets go find a bakery. We have to introdouce you to sweets and i have to prove that my cooking isnt all that delicious." He smirked at Demyx.

Roxas too wanted to try Luxords cupcakes, more out of curiousity as to what exactly a cupcake was and how it would taste, especially one Luxord made, but he was a bit too meek to ask. Instead, he turned his attention to Demyx's question. "Yeah... I think" he couldn't remember his memories very well most of the time. "I'm not sure if I like sweet things or not, really." His fur still tingled where Luxord had put his hand on his shoulder, but the gesture had felt more comfortable than foreign, it felt like a guiding support. "All right." He tried to sound determined to Luxord's statement as he looked around. "What does a bakery look like?"

"But your cooking IS good!"
Demyx grinned, bouncing ahead a little bit. He was pretty darn excited to be going with his 'family' to get some sweets.
"Errr..bakeries look like other stores...but they've got goodies inside!"
Okay yeah, that explanation sucked.
"And err...sometimes there's bread and stuff in the window?"
