Davy Jones - Hans Zimmer (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest)
I think it applies well to Dorian, staying in the background, orchestrating various aspects of the Mirai nation. Basically keeping things rolling and on schedule. I can imagine him sweeping into a command chamber (as much as a hovering droid can sweep into anything).

For Ben Painbringer I would have to say "Princes of the Universe" by Queen. The reason is because the reason that he created the Jedi Resistance was to fight "the darkest powers"

Either "Zetsubo Billy" or "What's up, People?" by Maximum the Hormone for Harker, for obvious reasons when you hear them. "What's up, People?" Probably fits better, but I like "Zetsubo Billy" better... Sigh...

"To the Stars" by Randy Edelman as the theme song for Alliance. It's one of the pieces from Dragonheart and I think it has the right feel for Alliance.

I'm actually writing a theme for Illuminatus, to appear in one of my action films, but it's not finished yet.
