Soul of Deflection There is rumour about Naruto is the fourth Hokage's reincarnation. I don't believe that fact. Naruto may look the same but the personality is different from what I see.
I partly believe the part that fourth could possibly be Naruto's father, but the only evidence I found is that he is the fourth 'legacy'. They're the only people in Kohona who have...
That blonde of hair...
That blue of eyes...
AND
That dark of skin.
Almost everyone else has really light skin and darker hair and eyes...
But Naruto and Yondy both have that I-just-got-back-from-South-Shore-and-caught-some-serious-waves look.

It's pretty given that they are somehow related to eachother. I don't believe in the whole reincarnation thing, either. It doesn't make an awful lot of sense to me. I believe that they're somehow related, too. But if they're not, I'm seriously gonna cry. Someone'll have to scrape me off the floor.

I'm going to point this out... they may look alike but it wouldn't be strange that Naruto barely has any traits from his mother? I'm quite frighten at the silimarity when I first saw those two but doesn't Naruto would have a physical trait from his mother... even a small bit?

Well, we don't know that for sure. We don't know who his mother is! It's very possible that she could have blond hair and blue eyes as well, or simply one or the other. We still don't know where she was from or anything.

For all we know the kyuubi could be Naruto's mom.
Besides that, like, none of the characters in Narut look like their parents.
Gaara for example:
His mom and dad both had brown eyes and dark hair.
He has green eyes and red hair.
Temari had blonde hair!
Kankuro is the only one who looks like his parents.
We haven't even seen Tenten, Lee, or Sakura's parents, so I don't know about that.
All the people with bloodlines all look alike, so that rules out Itachi, Sasuke, Hinata, and Neji.
Ino, Chouji, and Shikamaru all look exactly like their parents (even Ino looks like her dad... freaky), but their supposed to. It's like that whole InoShikaCho reincarnate thingy.
Kiba's whole clan looks alike too.
Asuma looks nothing like Sarutobi-sensei.
So far, the only person in the show who we've seen both their parents was Shikamaru.
So, it doen't really matter.
(I doubt that Sakura's dad has pink hair)

both his parents were killed by the nine tailed fox and most ppl think that Yondaime is his dad but we may never know

Well, we don't know that for sure. We don't know who his mother is! It's very possible that she could have blond hair and blue eyes as well, or simply one or the other. We still don't know where she was from or anything.but it is said that you get more traits from your mom... Traits are pretty random, for most things. There's not 100% clarity on how the child would look. Some traits are dominant and some are recessive, like eye color and such. But even then, there's always the chance of something coming up that NEITHER parents show physically, but carry a gene for. As for a theory, I brought up this topic at lunch one day a long time ago (XD casual conversation) and started rambling about Yondaime. My friend turned to me and said "Wait, I thought Naruto was just made! You mean he was actually born?" I just gave him a look. [By the way, I love the pic in your siggy, Arc_Winged_Gabriel. I stole it. rofl ]
