Aranya winked back at him with a smile. "I'll tell you what, next time we have eggs, you can sit on them." She laughed at the thought since she had discovered that sitting on eggs wasn't really comfortable.

Blui laughed nervously and sweatdropped. "Eeeeeeeeeeeeeer.......no thankyou. I'll leave that to you. I'll probably squish them knowing my clumsiness." He explained and nodded his head. "Yes yes very clumsy indeed." That was his excuse for everything that he didn't want to do.
"What? You mean you would like to breed again when the chicks are older?"

Aranya giggled softly at his refusal. Then she shook her head in surprise at what she had just said without realising. She thought about it quickly before replying. "I think I would like to. I come from a big family. Remember how I told you about the phoenii in my nest having twelve chicks? Well, I'm one of them. Not having a big family would seem odd to me. I hope you don't mind? We dont have to keep all of them at home, I'm sure there's lots of humans who would love their own phoenii to raise."

Blui blushed a pinkish colour and smiled. "I'd love to breed with you again Aranya. I'd love to have loads more chicks. We have plenty of space so why not?! And sure, we could also give some to a loving home if it gets to crowded in here!" He replied to her proposal and placed one wing around her.

Aranya breathed a sigh of relief. "We might take our time having the next ones though. I really don't want to have more until these three are adults."

"Yeah! I want to watch these 3 grow up first then when I know for sure I can cope with them, then we can breed again. Having chicks is a scary thing!" Blui explained knowingly and closed his eyes while nodding and re-opened his eyes. "But I have a feeling, Sachi, Kamin and Larak won't be too much trouble as they grow up, hopefully." He smiled softly at their offspring with a caring look.

"We will watch, and learn from these ones. But they really shouldn't be too much trouble." Aranya looked at the basket of fruit and realised that she was hungry. "Could I get you to pass up some fruit for me to eat? I really havnt had much all day..."

Blui's stomach growled loudly as he reached over for the basket and picked it up with his beak. He then placed it infront of Aranya so they could both it. Blui took out about 10 berries and put them all in his mouth at once. "Woot, that hit the spot!" He announced with glee and rubbed his not growling stomach.
"I hope Sachi and Kamin live up to their names."

Aranya watched him down the berries and smiled. She daintily took one berry and slowly ate it. She had always been raised to be a slow eater.
"I'm sure they will. Although most phoenii tend to live up to them.."

The blue phoenii watched his mate slowly eat her food and sweatdropped. "I've always been a fast eater, ever since I lived with my first owner. In my old nest everyone used to moan at me for eating to quickly then i would choke on a piece of fruit. I can't help it that I have a big appetite!" He laughed and strecthed out his wings as they were getting cramped.
"Midna lived up to her name, she can evil when she wants to be!"

"I don't mind you being a fast eater. I always took my time getting food since I was usually the last to arrive to eat so there was no rush." She smiled at him. "Midna, that would be the one that Rae-Rae was talking about one day when she came home. She said she was nice. Coming from her, that's a big thing."

"I always used to get to the food first, so I ate what I needed and disappeared into my room when the others arrived." He grinned and popped another berry into his mouth. "Midna can be nice at times. Actually she can be very nice at times. But like all phoenii's she has her moments when her evil personality gets the better of her. Midna mentioned something about meeting Rae-Rae not too long ago."

Aranya nodded at him. "I can understand that. That's why I was one of the last to eat, there was less hungry phoenii. I guess every phoenii has there moments. I know I have mine but they are very rare so you dont have to worry."

Blui looked at Aranya while she spoke and nodded to show he was listening. "I also rarely have my moments. I don't think i've once got angry when I was in Ichigo's nest. I was too afraid that Midna would sort me out!" He replied with a hearty chuckle and rolled onto his back. He stared up at the celing of the nest and drew patterns in the air with his wing. He could remember doing that as a chick.
