Teh Dana I've only ever played the original gameboy. o_O I've had most of them. Forgot to mention, if your counting all nintendo portables, might wanna include virtual boy. Although it really sucked and not sure if they even still own the rights to it anymore.

Oh HO. We have a guru on our hands. :O
My first Gameboy was a Gameboy Colour. The screen broke one year, though. D: Then I got a Gameboy Advance.
Then a DS, but something happened to that one this year (one of the plastic hinges of the top screen broke). I didn't want to risk further damage to it, so I simply bought a new DS Lite (Onyx <3).

I still have the original Gameboy kicking around somewhere... some games too.
Battery cover is missing though... (I'm kinda known for losing battery covers...)

My first one, was the original, then got super gameboy, then color, then advance, then advance sp, then ds. blaugh Just never had the pocket or gameboy advance player or micro.

I have an original Gameboy floating around somewhere. I also have a GBA and a DS domokun It's funny, I have more games for my DS than any other system (handheld or otherwise) that I've ever owned blaugh

I've only ever had a gameboy pocket. And the only reason I purchased that was to supplement buying a Pokemon game. Was more of a SNES fan, myself. But something about those little critters interested me.
Don't be surprised. It was, like, the most monumental roleplaying revolution to hit the shelves at the time.
Besides, my Bulbasaur could've crushed you all. True story.

Well, I've been playing the saphire one lately.. and I have many other games on the computer.
