I stood up and smiled and yelled "Objection!" I walked up to Ixpath then said, "Now isn't it true that you your self in fact has toyed with forces beyond your control? And Cyrea I might add to the cats question Kid-napped him, and then put him through torture, which of course I’m powerless to stop. And isn't it against the Rules of the Immortals, to have born children?" I stopped and glanced at Cyrea then continued, "And If you all know as so well, Cyrea is a filthy liar, and back stabbing cheat. And I do have proof of that one. Now isn't it also true that she also puts other immortals through hell on a regular basis? That she also lies and cheats, along with manipulation of others to do her dirty work?"
"Yes I do have defensive statement as well and violence is not needed. Oh no, that is for when I’m... less generous then now." I walked over to Cyrea and opened her mouth. Then i shoved my hand down her through pulling up a paper, written in my own blood. In doing so i sat that down in front of Ixpath then said, "See I knew Cyrea would try this on me. So i took it in my own hands and adopted Kyfen in Immortal Orphanage as well, by simply slipping this in the papers of his old caretaker a few sign here and there."
I sat down and started to think then went up again then said, "I'd like to call matt to the stand."

Cyrea calmly sat and allowed Yata to rant against the rules of the law. Then she raised her hand quietly.
"My client is requesting permission to speak."

"I have, but not in the form of Dentrag Ghulurak, the Judge. And, that is no reason to call an 'Objection.' And, if you must know, Ixpath is the manipulator, not Cyrea. She is a lot more straightforward than that. I doubt she could, actually.
Oh, and you're not supposed to ask questions of the JUDGE.
It is against the unwritten rules to have children, yes. However, this would disqualify ME and my nine children. In fact, as far as i know there is no 'Immortal Orphanage' currently in existence, so your point is false. Your prejury has been logged and has been added to the list of offenses including murder, assault, and manslaughter. Oh, and unless you care me to show me all the 'Documents' that you claim to have, this case currently goes to the Shinigami, Cyrea. I'm sorry, but i actually was there when Kyfen was kidnapped. All that happened is that he was tied to a chair. If you wish to raise that issue, that can be resolved AFTER this dispute. And, being in a court of law, i took the liberty of Disjunctioning you all until you leave. Therefore, i am the only one with godlike power in here.
I am afraid i cannot allow a member of the jury to the stand, as that would be obvious bias."

My watch started to sound. Hitting a button i left the court and came back a few minutes later, carrying a plate with some silver ware. There i set it in front of Kyfen and smiled, "Time for dinner son. Then after wards, we can go to an amusment park of your choice or go out for some desert or both."

"Thank you, your honor. I would like to point out that I, as a matter of fact, did not kidnap Kyfen and torture him. You are confusing me and father. I have no reason of lying or cheating, and I have no skill to manipulate. I do not put immortals through hell, as I have no want or reason to. Until about three days ago, I had no reason to leave my precious candle room. Yata has lied to the judge in his own favor." Cyrea stood, placing her palms down on the table as she spoke. When she was done, she sat and laced her fingers together idly.

CRUCIFIXION!!"Bolts of light smashed Yata into a wall, then pinned him into the wall by slicing through his feet, hands and neck, resembling a crucifixion victim, including the blood. "You will note that the bolts are Disjoined, causing you to lose your powers for 24 hours. In which case we will kill you.
Do not tempt the powers of this court, or i will merely port you to Unreality, where the beings will simply unmake you rather than go through the process of killing you."((Me and Bisexual are tired of the limitless godmodding you have been doing. From bisexual: Try this again and you are out."

((.... Waffles?)) I looked at my bonds then said, "What? No hell fire either? Ixpath you offend me." I looked around then said, "Well one thing came out of this though, I now know where my left kidney went too..., but there’s one problem... why is there mold on it?" I hung there thinking it over for a time then said, "One last question if I die who then takes my place?"
I rolled my head back and forth for a time then said, "Alright I’m done. I'm tired and I'm old. It's time for another to carry my mantle and of course the title of War god among other things." I whistled for a bit then continued, "Oh and You see Kyfen isn't adopted in anyway shape or form. The case wasn't really a case all those documents where in fact forgery. There for Kyfen is a free boy, ready to choose any path he whishes. Ixpath if you say is true, then don't chain the boy to any immortal, let him free like a bird, and let him cut his own path not one set down before him. So in my final moments I say the boy has no family other then the ones around him. His father is whom he chooses his path is his own. Of course no one will respect my wishes, which i really don't care. We all know he's going to get shackled to Cyrea and well who knows what.
So Ta-Ta forever, or until ya'll fade away." I pulled of my one and last final stunt, and that stunt is avoiding death with death. I stabbed my pinky into the palm of my hand and I died from a beyond lethal injection of a poison I cooked up decades ago. My soul detached from my body and then it faded to into where it once came from. Nothing. My body as willed whether cyrea likes it or not, will regain its immortality and also dissipate.
((And that’s the final curtain. Yata's act ended and all has fell. Feel free to send any rants and disquiets to me via pm, just to tell me how horrid of an rp'er i am. Thank you, good night and good riddance))

[[Aww, CJ! You stupid Waffle.]]
Matt looked to Ixpath, his mouth slightly agape. "Well that was unexpected, and Ixpath, don't be such an a** hole because you want Cyrea to win it all. Okay, leave our status put of it, since that wasn't what it was about. Nice to know that we just lost a very valid immortal...No we have no god of war.." he mummbled, even though, rightfully he was now apprently the god of war, he didn't feel like even mentioning that. he thought it was ridiculus that Yata did that. Now Kyfen really had no parent. "And Cyrea, with all due respect, would you mind if I took care of Kyfen for awhile? Let me break it to him.." he mummbled as he looked around the room. This was insanity, and it was pathtic, before there complusive insane state was ridiculusly entertaining, now it was just boring and dull. Like an un sharpend pencil. He glanced towards Yata's body, anguish washing over him, the guilty feeling, he decided to ignore. It didn't matter anyways now. "To hell we go, and back again, with bleeding feet from all the glass.." he looked up at Cyrea and Ixpath. "What do we do now? This war is going no where, and soon, well soon what's her face, and that un-sympathtic a** hole are gonna ruien our entire world...It's gunna crumble, and we need to do something about it....Now..."

Things happened and moved around Kyfen, but he wasn't entirely paying attention at first. Just one word repeated around and around in his head, like a broken ipod forlornly repeating the same line of lyrics because you'd dropped it in orange juice. Not that I'm being specific, or anything. My... My mother? Though he'd never admit it, for a moment he actually believed it. That he had a real mother, a mummy mother. All his life, he'd barely even hoped. They had found him in a trainwreck, the metal of the machine having buckled and bent in such a way that it nestled his body perfectly, instead of crushing it into a squidgy mess. 'Miracle Baby' they'd called him, on account of the odds of survival in such a situation. One more centimetre, they said, one more millimetre, and he would've been dead. The miracle baby. He'd made the fourth page of the national papers, then slipped out of his short-lived fame and into an orphanage. His DNA didn't match with anyone living in the area, no-one claimed him, nor did Kyfen have anything on him that could've identified his parents when he was found. It was assumed whoever Kyfen's parents were, they'd been killed in the wreckage he'd been found in.
For a moment, he thought... But no, it wasn't so. Disappointment overflowed him as Kyfen returned his mind to the scene ahead of him. Everyone was talking about children and responsibilities and grown-up stuff. It didn't make any sense to him. What did make sense, though, was that when Yata was crucified and disappeared, Kyfen was horrified. "...D-Dad?!" He whispered, shocked. Standing up, he tried to jump out of the jury box, but couldn't. Something was blocking him. No no no no this isn't fair I'm sorry Yata I'm sorry Dad come back come back don't go He felt terrible. As in disgusted with himself, loathing towards his flesh, sick to his stomach. Was this... Was it his fault? For wishing that he had a real mother, even if it had just been for one, measly, minute? Why couldn't he have been happy with his lot? Why did he not even think of his adopted dad in his excitement for a biological parent. Was this all his fault? Was it all his fault?" DAAAD!!!" Screamed the boy, an explosion of yellow light coming from the barrier keeping him in, leaving Kyfen free to run to the huge cross his father had been in just seconds before." Daad!" Nothing. Nothing happened. Kyfen sank to his knees, crying, sobbing. It was his fault. It was." C-Come back... I-I'm sorry..." No miracles would bring Yata back, however. He, Kyfen of less than ten years, had been orphaned for the second time in his life.

Eureka had watched the entire court ruling without a word. Part of this was because she didn't really care but most of it was because no matter who won, she did. Only when Yata faced crucifixion did she speak, and even then it was a quiet murmur, meant for her ears alone.
"How lovely." She muttered under her breath, her eyes gleaming cold and deep, like pits of sea ice. "This makes things much easier..."
As Kyfen sobbed the court disappeared and the room once again became the center of Eureka's lab. Without a word Eureka stepped over to Kyfen and embraced the boy. Her grip was tender and her voice was loving as she uttered small reassurances into the boy's ears.
Part of her screamed to kick him out of her lab and to get back to work, but that part was easily ignored by the rest of her, which cared for the poor stranded child. She hated to admit it, but she really really liked this boy.

Someone was holding him, whispering to him, comforting him. Kyfen noticed these things only vaguely at first, too wrapped up in his grief to take any notice. Yata was gone. Forever. Suddenly, the immortal boy felt alone. Very, very alone. He'd been good, he'd waited patiently for someone to adopt him, for him to finally reach that goal that was family... And now what? He had blown it all away. Yes, that was it. That was the only explaination Kyfen could think of. It was all his fault that Yata had gone. He had been greedy. He had asked for too much, and so they had taken his father away from him.
Suddenly feeling Eureka's arms around him, Kyfen clutched to her like she was floating log in a turbulent ocean. He was shaking with sobs, head buried into her shoulder. "I-" He couldn't say anything else. It was all his fault. "I-I'm s-sorry, Eureka..." He eventually croaked, squeezing. "S-Sorry..." I did this. Because I am weak. Because I am stupid. Taking shuddering breaths in, Kyfen tried to calm himself. No-one else was crying. He should really stop. He'd gone through so much, this boy; isolation, torture, things that would've killed a mortal boy. He'd seen murder and death and pain, and this definately wasn't the first time he'd lost something incredibly precious to him. But, despite that, he was still only a kid. Only a little boy. I'msosorrycomebackdadYatawhydidyouhavetodie- Finally, Kyfen lifted his head up from Eureka's shoulder. He was still crying, but despite it all, he tried to smile. There was no use getting everyone else worried about him. It was already his fault that Yata had died, why make everyone else upset too? The smile didn't work. He just looked broken. "I-I'm ok... Really. S-Sorry."

Matthew bent down, kneel over behind Kyfen. His long arms strtched out around Kyfen, resting on Erureka. Tears softly ran down his cheeks. "You know, it's nothing to apologize for. K-kyfen...Yata loved you, but he made a foolish mistake in leaving you...He could still be revived...With propper technique...It's not your fault...Don't worry." he rested his head on top of Kyfen's making the same soft cooeing noises as Eureka. "Kyfen, pain and loss are part of being immortal...It's okay to feel sad and to cry from tiem to time.." he sighed, this made him a hipocrit but he didn't care to much. It seemed that in expreincing loss, he knew what it was like and how his sadness ruiend his life, he couldn't bare to see that happen to the poor boy before him. "Just, don't let your pain take over your life." He came over to the side so Kyfen could see him. "Let's say you and me, and Erueka have a furneral for your dear old dad...Would have some pie after..."

Privately, Eureka detested the thought of giving Yata a funeral service. She felt that he was less like a person or immortal and more like a razor blade in the fine sherbet that was life, however she was not at liberty to deny Kyfen anything at this point. Somehow she understood his pain, perhaps it was something to do with the loneliness her own people suffered as they gave everything for the cause of innovation. Perhaps it was something she herself had felt during the years alone underground. But it was probably because under that cold shell of logic and cruelty, Eureka actually had a heart.
She squeezed the boy closer. "Kyfen, don't blame yourself. It's not your fault, he sort of had it coming. Don't stifle your tears, cry now so you don't have to deal with it later."
She looked around desperately, trying to think of how to cheer up a sad child. "How about we go check out some nice inventions I have before the funeral? I have a machine that makes it snow ice cream..."

They were trying, they really were. And, believe it or not, the efforts of Kyfen's fellow immortals were helping. They really were. He'd never seen Matt cry, not for another person and certainly not for him. Nor had Matt ever given Kyfen advice that the boy had properly taken in. Eureka, as well, was helping. But that didn't mean the hurt stopped. Not yet, anyway. Kyfen did cry for a little longer, but he was trying to stop now, and stop he eventually did.
Yata was gone. Forever, without a doubt. Kyfen was an orphan again, but he wasn't alone this time. He had friends. The immortals; Matt, Eureka, Luna, Cyrea, Gaia, even Ixpath were connected to him, like a family. Memories of his adopted father flickered through the boy's head; their meeting, which had been... Bloody. His first time at Yata's house, the time Yata had asked Kyfen if he could adopt him, the ice cream, Dad rescuing him from Father's cluctches... Everything. "...Don't chain the boy to any immortal, let him free like a bird, and let him cut his own path not one set down before him."
Standing up, he wiped his tears away. He was ok. He could hold himself together. Yata wouldn't have wanted him to be a nervous, angsty wreck as soon as he'd left. "I'm... okay." He looked at Eureka, and Matt, but with their arms around him, and suddenly he didn't feel so alone anymore. Just a little. "I'm ok." He said, again. "...Did you say ice cream?" The words turned into a bit of a mumble towards the end. Kyfen liked ice-cream. It had always been there for him.

He smiled softly as he whiped Kyfen's tears with the back of his hand. "Why yes, Erueka...Did infact...Say Ice-cream...And I said pie...Pie and ice cream, how bout it bud?" he asked as he got down on his knees. "Kyfen, being alone is nothing to be affraid of, when your alone, you learn to stand on your own. Growing up, I'd grown to admire the people who were always alone, for they were the strongest, usually, they stood alone, and didn't mind it." he rubbed his back. "And you know bud, I, could always adopt you.." he said, it'd be strange if he did, since Kyfen was almost his age. "You have a family wether you have no father or not." He took Erueka's hands and softly detached them from Kyfen, Picking the boy up like he was a small child. "Come on, let's get back to Erueka's lab.." he glanced at Eureka,
"I hope you know how to make pie.."
