Not unless you can dodge the flames and kill the mage from afar with a high caliber rifle.

Also notice that those weapons specify there use and ability, pretty much inferring a greater ability. So trying to throw fire really far with out the right tools or specified skills would pretty much be a big fail. though you do still have options as well as they would.

You could try to dodge the flames but to shoot Jase from afar would be most difficult to do. Jase uses his flames to up his physical abilities a notch. SOOOO, trying to run away would be a waste of time.

Well hitting him would only be a task of skill and hitting someone with a bullet when your good enough is fairly easy in the open. If it's a sniper riffle and with out impressive senses. He'd be in trouble. So it's not with out it's uses to snipe him from afar and hit him. How you dodge that would be other by luck or some impossible tell as to the fact your being aimed at. Which would still be by luck.

Pretty intense. I say there is no definite outcome of who would win. The sniper has it's points, but the fire mage also has it's points as well that cannot be ignored. I would say put the talk to the side and put things to the test in the rp. You can go on and on about this all day but it wouldn't prove anything.

Very good point. Also I agree who wins is really more reliant on who over all rp's here actions and choices better.

Actually, any mage would have an slight advantage here.
But anyway, when you say psychical attacks aren't effective against armors, that's dead wrong.
For once, there is weak spots in armors, in neck, joints, etc.
Not to mention that actually protective armors are quite heavy, makin' it easier to hit those spots.
+ I doubt any armor can deflect an bullet from sniper rifle in close range if we're talking about guns. D:
And you can always go crazy and use bombs. 8D

also don't forget my character and my friends characters' keepsakes and magic. Example Dakota can release a blast of pure destructive force so there goes your fire ball, Athena if she gets approved can go invisible as well as use fear in her magic, Gise can shot you up full of pain even if he just grazes you plus you can't get near him if he has his pain mist activated, and Phoenix just as a ton of weapons at his disposal.

Don't worry I'm still here. I have been realy busy. I'm responsable for drafting the wire diagrams and schematics for our class project. We are designing our own generator.... lol its fantastic. (prehaps I should have asked for help) hahaha nah. I got this. I will be working on it most of the weekend too. But I will still be posting. I am just waiting for some others to post. No biggy. We got some plans so hang in there! buahahahahaha!!!!!!!!

Hmm, the destructive part might be true about blowing away my fireball. hmm, but i doubt the pain mist can prevent fire from burning him.

Well if you are in the mist I don't think you will be able to concentrate on your fireball.
