Blake would flip through the book once again. Groaning as he looked that the Living Rock Potion skill. It was so simple. He would once again take out a bottle of liquid and charge his energy into it. He would then take the liquid and pour it on a group rocks. Almost instantly a group of golems would rise out from the rocks making eight golems in total. Blake would sigh in boredom and look around. "Where is Srin...I want a test... I don't like my trainee status. I won't take anything from anyone but him." Blake was stubborn when it came to his teachers, he stuck with one and one only until they released him.

A black and orange blur powered through the room, colliding with Rapheal. When the dust of the collision finally settled, the arms of an incubus were wrapped around Rapheal's waist with his face buried in the bigger man's skin.

X (Sorry for the slow posting. Been really exhausted today. Keep like, passing out.)
"A really, really big fish," he replied sarcastically. The Kiranu didn't seem to even notice the joke, but that was fine. He'd find out in one way or another. Raphael smiled lightly, strapping his shield onto his back once more. He was getting tired of brutalizing his a** with this uncomfortable bit of steel. "I'm Mister Giletti. Raphael Giletti." He wasn't sure if he was as well-known as he used to be, but maybe Haruki had heard of him. Maybe he'd heard that he turned into a drunken hooker? Wasn't too far from the truth. Anyway -- he had Trainee to deal with. He glanced over at Blake, and sighed. "You just started, dude. Novice isn't something we hand out like flyers. At least go to Akasun Estate. Don't expect him to cater to you." People these days tended to forget the reality around here. That Srin was a king, not just a training b***h. "Ureas, you're more polite. Tell me what you nee-" And suddenly, really freaking fast, something was up against his chest. Instinctively, he slammed his palm against the creature's throat, gripping it very tightly. Almost tightly enough to crack. He pressed his face away, and stared for a moment.
It was Sabal. Sabal? Really? "Don't scare me like that, dude. I almost ran my fist through your throat." To the taller man, this was all very conflicting. What could he even say? He hadn't seen him in so long. Things changed -- life had gotten so crazy. "Well, how have you been, Your Grace?" A smile rose from one curve of his lip, and his hands smoothed down the fabric covering the man's back.

The silver hooded man would appear on the training grounds and howl loudly, gathering the attention of all the trainee's."Alright newbies, get on over to the Akasun Estate if you want further training! Srin is waiting there for you all. Tell him Darion sent you!" Darion would disappear once again off to god knows where.
Blake would hear Darion and shrug. He would be one of the first to leave and head to Srin.

Sabal's wings twitched as he seemed to almost enjoy the hand wrapped around his throat. "If I tell you that, you might not punish me for what I did," he said. His tail wrapped around Rapheal's leg, the tip stroking his inner thigh.

X Lightning. This was the power of the man he hated, and yet this power was imperative to learn. The mobility, utility and sheer offense alone made it stand out as one of the strongest styles known to man. Something only berserkers could learn. It involved eclipsing yourself entirely, forcing out what you used to be and forcing in something else. For Raphael, this would mean losing fire, and all of its given powers. But that was okay. Fire was nothing in the face of thunder and lightning. The man focused earnestly on what the books, the texts described. Focus on purifying. Cleanse your energy of what it used to be, and replace it with something new. The ki that was necessary to generate lightning. It didn't take long for someone as capable of controlling their energy as Raphael to perform this cleansing.
In fact, he could already feel the lightning surging inside of him. It was very exciting. He began to practice each of the early moves of the style, just as they had been written in the book. The Electric Eel, striking and paralyzing the weak. It was an incredibly simple move to learn, so much so that it could be described as being taught to breathe. You could just feel it the second it came into your head. It was natural.
The next ability was the Lightning Fist, another simple move. It was similar to the electric eel, but slightly more powerful. It could be used with either hands or feet, which was good, although Raphael often tended to hit with his elbows and knees, as a Muay Thai practitioner. His hands and feet rose, kicking high and punching high in succession. The lightning followed the steering of his movements, and it was obvious enough that the power had become known.
The lightning tackle soon came after, as simple as all of the rest. He charged up this clarified energy inside of him, and dashed against the closest wall -- or rather, a blackened tree, obviously dead from the roots up. His legs smashed against it, toppling it over, Raphael's bare feet luckily avoiding splinters as he stood over the fallen and withered object.
The next of these abilities was not as simple, but it wouldn't take more than a little determination. This was also the most powerful of the abilities so far, so obviously he had to go through with it. It involved charging a very precise, very potent energy through your fists. In fact, the energy was so precise indeed that on anything but energy-based defenses, it'd be reduced to nothingness. He charged up this static power, feeling an enervating rush ram through his veins. His energy felt like it was boiling. The style could be painful, at times, when you weren't practicing it right. It could perhaps even become fatal. He had to be cautious of its potency, as power ran in every direction. Even the direction of its practitioner. Needless to say, the spell wasn't so difficult that he wouldn't be able to learn it with a second attempt. Surely enough, he created his own elemental defense, and very easily smashed through. Just like that.
The second stage of this style focused on ranged attacks, which made up for his lack of fire as of present. Just like stage one, it was incredibly simple. All it really required was clarity and meditation, just like before. Imagine your energy streaming against the body of the enemy, and lightning following. It was really nothing more complex than learning Fireball the first time, he found. And so, just like that, he was complete in its practice. Stage two had been learned.
The next step was each individual power of stage two, and the lightning seemed apparently more potent than fire, although obviously less diverse. Basically, every single ranged move was a beam. Not much utility there. Simply enough, he learned the lightning bolt, striking at one of the dummies that lined the area. The hit was surprisingly more powerful than fireball, burning through the thick layer that kept the dummy defended. Apparently, against organic objects, it did even worse.
The next technique was similar to the first, although slightly less accurate in exchange for more attacks. Obviously, in closer range, this would be better. The more that hit, the more the damage. Honestly, he didn't think it'd take more than two or three of these bolts to get someone out of commission, which would easily secure his victory. He wasn't quite sure, however, about monsters. But -- whatever. Monsters weren't the real threat of today's society. People had surpassed them. Simply enough, the skill was learned, the same dummy facing more... adversity in these strikes.
The next strike was potentially far more useful, or less mobile. Since it was continuous, he wouldn't use it if he just wanted a quick bolt to strike at them. He'd have to focus and concentrate and all of that jazz. It wasn't too far off from the technique that followed, but he'd get to that after. The technique was -- like most of them so far -- extremely simplistic. Maybe for a newbie, this would be a real problem to learn, but he didn't seem to have any inhibitions. This beam of lightning laid waste to the layer of defense the dummy had been set with, and with that he moved on to the next ability.
The final ability of stage two was really just an upgrade to the former, and a downgrade to No Name. He focused the energy between his palms, communing with the clarity that had set the boundary for this style. Volts of power swirled inside of his body, and slowly released themselves to the surface, exiting through his palms. The lightning came together, forming a mold. Experts of this ability wouldn't have to even commit to this step, but he was still learning, and so perfectly attuning to it was essential. He slowly moved his wrists into his position, and then the trajectory of his palms followed, facing another designated target in the distance. With a deep breath and some premeditation, he fired the ray of lightning, smashing its power against the target and even shocking some nearby insects as it passed. It was significantly more brutal than the Lightning Blast, and therefore significantly more useful. He'd probably make this his main method of ranged attack, in a real fight.
So, stage three. When he evaluated on it earlier, he had not yet come to realize that it was actually quite the dilemma. The texts read this: In this stage the user learns control over the electrical powers in his body. This leads to easier manipulation and a new level of power as they learn to manipulate their electrical energy both through their body and outside of it. Training is particularly dangerous for this stage. The user must climb to a high place and wait for a real lightning bolt to strike them. Then the user struggles to redirect the lightning through their body and then back at the sky. Training for this stage must be done all at once. If there is any disruption during the lightning strike, or any distraction, then the user will lose focus and be electrocuted by the lightning, killing them instantly. If what this said was true, then that was going to be a problem, considering Nocturne rarely ever endured lightning storms.
It became something of a dilemma as to how he'd get this stage into his system without actually being struck by lightning. He decided that he could elaborate upon the reading of redirect before continuing on. Redirect's methods of learning did not actually require for you to be struck by lightning, so it seemed kind of contradicting that the stage itself did in fact require this. What he did instead was asked one of the training supervisors to help him out in learning redirect, which would also unlock the stage. The training supervisor was a mage with the element of lightning, and therefore he could assist in this manner. Also, if Raphael failed on the first try, mage lightning wasn't as potent and would not kill him.
Needless to say, after setting up and going through the motions, Raphael did not fail, and therefore the third stage as well as redirect had been learned. After thanking the mage for his assistance, he continued on to the succeeding spells. Static Cloud was fairly simple; he balanced himself on the branch of a tree, leaped off, and landed slightly above the ground on a static field. Lightning Rider was more complex, but still extremely easy for a man of his caliber. He created the bolt by greviously conjuring his energy, and then released it beneath his feet. He dashed forward, and honestly, it was probably the fastest he'd ever gone. The bolt slammed into a dummy, and he seamlessly leaped away.
Energy Surge was not as useful as some of the berserker skills, but he decided he'd learn it anyway, for the shits and giggles. You could never use too many stat stacking skills, said everyone ever. So, after focusing the energy into his body (through a long moment of... just standing still), and loosening his muscles, he had it. The Energy Surge. Whoopie. Chaos shocker was next, and it was more difficult than these other... chores. However, it was extremely potent, with only one touch of the hand able to put mostly anybody out of commission. In fact, it could probably kill most people, although he expected a bit more out of hardened warriors. And, considering Raph was practically sage-level, he certainly wouldn't be facing anyone but these types of people. Conjuring his energy into his arm, his veins, and outside of his skin, he gripped onto one of the dummies. He tried to send this deathly voltage into the frame, but it failed at first.
He reflected on his attempt and re-read the skill, trying to get a better understanding of what exactly he was to be doing. Once again, Raphael enervated the lightning into his arm, taking a deep breath as he kept the complex element contained within his arm. He pressed it against the surface of the dummy once more, and this time succeeded, searing away another of the layers. The chaos shocker had been learned, and that was another important ability down in this quickly advancing spectacle. He had to wonder, really, if anyone was just staring at Captain-oh-Captain and asking what the hell this shirtless dude was doing blowing all this s**t up?
Probably the most alarming, and obviously noticeable, of all of these up and coming abilities was the lightning cage. It was the last ability before the final for the stage (Charged Bindings), and was probably one of the most useful of the style, due to the fact that it cornered ranged classes, and thus prevented them from kiting him nearly as well. Also prevented escapes, but that was another story. It was just like Fenrir to invent a skill that'd stop them from getting away, eh? That man hated to lose his prey, the little douchebag. Well, dead douchebag, now.
He formed the energy inside of him necessary for the technique, and shot it out into the air, forming the cage. It wasn't as useful as it could've been, though -- the real potential would come out at sage. The lightning split up into a barrier surrounding him, which was fairly large. Honestly, the smaller the better. The smaller, the less room ranged opponents had to avoid him. Or the easier it would be for them to blow him up. Hm...
He came down to the final technique, which honestly didn't feel worth A rank, considering it was just --WIPactuallyexit

Melody Latvi Class: Gunslinger | Bloodline: Kiranu | Rank: Trainee | Nation: Nocturne "I'll show everyone I'm more then just a stray!"
"Ow!" Sitting up Melody wipped at her face to make sure there wasn't any bleeding anywhere and was relieved that there wasn't. "Hm?" Her ears twitched a bit as she looked around and noticed that most of the people that were here had cleared out. She had only caught a bit of what the man had told all of them but didn't really want to. She could always go to the Akasun Estate later. Standing up she dusted herself off and picked up her gun, putting it back in the holster as she thought about the other techniques in the book.
She was a bit bored with the gun stuff so she figure since no one else was here to use it she would look through the book to see the other training options she had. Elements.....wind.....that was hers. With a smile she looked through the different techniques and then laid the book to the ground.
[1/1] A technique to pull things towards you huh? She looked around to find something she could bring to herself. With a smile she looked back to the book on the ground, stepping away from it a bit as she concentrated. Closing her eyes she visualized the book in her mind, wisps of wind flowing over it. In the background she cold hear the sound of pages being blown about. Concentrating a little bit harder she suddenly felt the book hit her chest and fall into her arms. "Hehe~" Her features lit up at the achievement and she set the book back down to work on the others. [Learned Air Suction/ Rank E]
[1/1] Looking at her hands and then at her feet she punched and then kicked into the air. "Hm... Thinking she tried to imagine the wind coming off of her fists and feet. Kicking once again she felt a little more resistance and smiled. With a few more kicks and punches into the air she could feel more and more resistance the more she concentrated. With one last punch she could visibly see the wind coming off her hand and the kick she threw was the same. [Learned Air Punch/Kick/ Rank E]
[1/1] Melody groaned a bit when she read the next technique, putting herself in the air, with a funnel at that. Putting her hands in front of her and bending her knees a bit she twirled her hands around her knees, trying to manipulate the air around her feet. A small funnel of air started to form around her feet, only lifting her a little bit at first. The harder she concentrated the higher she seemed to get in the air. But this was only able to keep her up for a short period of time. Her concentration broke and the funnel around her started to dissipate at a fast rate, dropping her on to the ground. Landing on her feet she laughed a little and decided to continue a bit more before ending her training for the time being. [Learned Air Spout/ Rank D]
[1/1] Blowing, an interesting skill she had heard about from other wind users before. Apparently her lungs were able to take in a lot more air then other people and that was a bit interesting to her. Starting to take in a few deep breaths, she started taking in a bit more air with each breath until she felt like she couldn't take anymore in. Once she had it all in her lungs she moved to face a slightly larger rock on the ground a blew towards it. It didn't move that much but it moved more then it would have if anyone else would have tried, well at least if they weren't a wind user. Trying one more time she was able to carry enough force in her breath to knock the rock over this time, a smile playing over her face once again. [learned Great Breath/ Rank D]

Melody Latvi Class: Gunslinger | Bloodline: Kiranu | Rank: Trainee | Nation: Nocturne "I'll show everyone I'm more then just a stray!"
Now that she had a few of her elemental and class techniques learned she decided that it was time for her to learn the things for her own bloodline. Looking back to the book she once again looked through the pages until she got what she needed and put it back to the ground.
[1/1] Turning into a cat, this was one of her favorites when she was a child, but she hadn't used in so long that she had almost forgotten how to do it. Closing her eyes she started to visualize the form of a cat in her mind, a small black cat with the same brown eyes that she had. Feeling a familiar feeling she opened her eyes and noticed that everything was much larger now, looking down and seeing the body of a cat. With a happy mew she continued her training like this for a moment. [learned Feline Disguise/ Rank E]
[1/1] Staying in her cat form for a bit longer there was one technique that she could learn while still being this small. Hunching her back into the air she started letting small bursts of energy from her fur, static popping around her tiny form a bit. Rolling herself into a small ball she glided around on the ground, the static in her fur coming between her and the ground making it almost like a fluid movement as she rolled around. Just before she was about to hit a wall she jumped out of her ball and skidded to a halt in front of the wall. Changing back into her human form she gave a slight sigh of relief and stood back up, brushing herself off a bit. [learned Static Roller/ Rank D]
[1/1] A small wince came from her as she felt a small sting over her arm. Apparently while rolling around her arm had caught on something, small trail of blood falling from the scrape. Bringing her arm up to her face she licked at the wound, the copper taste of the blood invading her mouth. After a few licks she could already tell that it was healing up a bit and smiled at the result as she looked back at it. The scrape was completely gone, almost as if it had never been there to begin with. [learned Licking Wounds/ Rank D]
[1/1] Moving to look towards the wall she looked down to her hands as she held them up. Maybe she could knock out two abilities in one. Extending her claws to the normal length she was able she started to focus her energy into them. Slowly but surely she was able to extend them little by little. She continued to put energy into them until they were about a foot to two feet long.
Looking back to the wall she stepped back a couple of steps so she could get a running start. She didn't have any people around to practice on so the wall was as good as she was going to get. It look like wood or maybe soft stone so she should be fine after hitting it. Running towards it she lifted her hands and with one hand after the other she took a strike at the wall. Stepping back to examine it she saw small claw marks in it and smiled. [learned Claw Extension and Double Slash/ Both Rank D]

And left. Now, as Sabal stood and thought about it, this was really pissing him off. Checking his jian was secure, Sabal took off at top speed, making a breeze whip through the training center.
