The forest slowly sank into darnkess as Nia walks trough it. Thick drops of rain start falling onto the leaves, making the forrest full of sound. Nia pulls her kimono a bit tighter around her, because the comming rain chills the air. The ground gets wet and pools of brown water are forming, the moon is now complete covered by clouds. Nia likes this weather, not that she enjoys the rain, but it will cause less people to be out on the streats. Only some dutyfull ninja's will now have to be taken care of. She reaches the end of the forrest, the city is still a while ahead, lieing on a hill about a mile away from the forrest. Nia sees the road as a bright ribbon going up the hill. She starts to walk a bit faster, since she wants to be back before dawn.

Entering the city Nia notices that the streets are empty as she had expected. Ideal circumstances The rain is still comming down with loads, and the gutters are flooding. A forked chain of light breaks the sky, covering the ninja at the end of the streat in a bright blue light for a fraction of a second. The sound almost follows immidiatly, echoing down the hill. Nia puts on her saddest look and walks up to the armoured man. "Sir, I'm looking for the temple of Naragreb, could you please tell me where that is?" he purple eyes big and her hairs soaking wet, sticking to her face. The man gave some quick instructions and Nia was on her way.

Comming to the great white marmer building Nia grins. Such a enourmess building to honor something I'll never know about The light comming from the small windows was warm, and she knew the doors would be open, as is custom in all temples. She pushed open the heavy oak doors and steps into the large atrium of the temple. She walks past the banks to the altar, on which a big bundle of light, comming from the ceiling is shining. The candles infront of it are lit by believing people, for their deceased loved ones, or for there own good. On the altar itself a thick dark red carpet lies, with on there a bowl with the holy water and the holy book. Nia looks around her and doesn't see anyone, she get's one of the vials out of the deep pockets of her kimono, and pulls out the cork pouring the pink substance into the bowl. The water turns pink, but after a few seconds it returns to it original state. Well that should give these dutyfull chapplegoers some fun. Then a hand get's place on her shoulder and forces her to turn around. She looks into the face of the highpriest. "What were you doing there?" he asks with a friendly tough strict tone. Nia does not waste any time thinking up a excuse but simply kicks the man against his knees and runs down to the door to the chappels undercroft. The man let's out a yelp and then she hears him come after her. She opens the door and steps into the darkness, not able to see a thing. She feels on the wall and get's hold of a torch, lighting it she walks down the stairs. Entrances to tombs of long dead people are to her left and right, she hears the priest comming trough the door and quickens her pase, knowing that her torch will give away her position. Then she get's to the end of the undercroft and the entrance of the biggest tomb "No man could slay him, but the gods could" it reads above the entrance in gold. She goes inside and places the torch in a holder. The room is not big, tought it is the biggest tomb in the undercroft. Its is empty except for a big stone with the bust of a men on it. Next to the bust a big helmet that symbolises a wolf head lies and to the side a big golden shield and a long katana stand.

Nia walks upto the stond and lets her hand run over the marking engraved it in. Altough she cannot read them, she knows they tell about his life. And she knows what it will tell. She has read about it many times, till she finally discovered where to find him. He was once a powerfull and wise man, skilled in magic, and especially the art of illusion. His deads were told by many poets and written by many writes, but only a few knew, how he died, and where his remains are. Tough Nia had found the books a few missions ago and now she came to claim what she had been waiting for.

She puts the bust and the helmet on the ground, but just as she wants to lift of the stone, the priest comes inside. "What... what.. are you doing! Get out of here before I have to take further action." He gets a dagger of his belt and stands there, waiting for what Nia will do. "Please my child, don't make me hurt you, come to reason." Nia says nothing, raises her hand and watches how the priest sinks to his knees, grabbing his head and letting out a silent scream. "I'm sorry I did not want to do that" she whispers as the man lies unconsious at her feet. She turns around and starts sliding of the heavy stone. Slowly the stone slides, uncovering the remains of a tall man. A golden ring with a big deep purple stone on his finger. Nia removes the ring from his finger and let's it slide in her pocket. I've been waiting so long for this moment... With a lot of pulling and pushing she gets the stone back in his place. Then she grabs the priest, and starts pulling im back into the temple. She puts him behind the altar, and gives him a little drink out of the bowl. "Nice dreams priest, and when you wake up you'll never know what was real and what wasn't" she says to herself.

She walks out of the temple, the rain has stopped but there are still pools everywhere, water drips from the roofs. She feels in her pocked, the ring feels cold against her skin. I'll have some use for you... And she starts making her way back to the forrest and the theatre.

[It's okay, dood, just copy an idea from a story you read or a game you played. It's a roelplay so no one can sue you, besides that's what me and Mary are about to do so I wouldn't worry.

P.S. Mar-mar? If we call fim Jherek it may be too obvious what we're copying for all of those PS2 veterans out there, maybe we should make up a name for him?]

Shinobu took another deep sigh and shook her head slwoly with a faint smile, watching her sister's efforts to keep dry.

"I was up last night with Izumo." she said for a moment, and then, thinking about what she'd just said, blushed and continued, "I mean, I was up chatting with him!" she sputtered. "We were just talking, thats all..."

She took a deep breath, attempting to keep up her calm attitude she'd so far been performing.

"We had a lot of interesting things to talk about, and I guess I just... forgot about sleep. I'm sorry, Aoki-chan, I know it was irresponsible of me."

Aoki grinned slyly and decided it best to bug her sister about her mistake for a while.

"Shinobu-onee! I'm shocked!" Aoki played, placing her hand on her chest in mock surprise. "I thought you liked Haru-onii-kun! Well, I guess I do aprove of Izumo more than I do Haru..." She teased, placing a finger on her chin thoughtfully. "Honestly, he's to gloomy for you, and never there either. Not the kind of guy for you... Izumo woyld be more your type you know..."

On the inside, Aoki was drawing on a score board, grinning incredibly evily. I guess picking up on everything and being able to make sense of it had advantages.

"Hmm... I see then. Very well, hmm..." He thought about where they should start training. They already warmed up and streached... but what to do from there? There were so many routes to go Tao had to take a moment to think through them and figure out which would be the best route to take.

"I believe... we should start with unarmed. It helps you get a better feel of your body and doesn't confuse the body with the holding of a weapon." Tao said at last. He took off his katars and other hidden weapons.

((Actually I know nothing about unarmed fighting... most of the stuff I write is made up bs xP but it's good made up bs... bwahahaha))
((Welcome to my world.))
Suki bounced a bit back and forth, then stumbled a bit, loosing his balance. After straightening himself out again, he began to display a flurry of kicks and punches in inquisitive combos into the air, checking his footing and balance constantly.

"I'm ready Tao-san."

He bowed before him, showing his great respect for his older brother and braced back a bit. Suki committed to the idea that he would not disappoint his brother in this spar as soon as it entered his mind.

Shinobu glared at Aoki, she makes one mere slip-up with words and Aoki starts making wedding plans.

"Aoki-chan, cut it out, you know I don't feel that way about Izumo-san, and me and Haru-san aren't, like, a sure thing etiher.I mean, it isn't likeI even see him much anymore, I wish you'd calm down about my social life and work on your own a bit." she paused for a moment, her curiousity about something her sister had said getting the better of her. "Uhm, Aoki, why would you think that you approve moreso of Izumo than Haru, not like it even matters, but... why?"
PostPosted: Thu Apr 27, 2006 12:48 pm

Tao watched and was impressed with how his brother handled himself.
"Very well then Suki, lets begin."

Tao ran towards Suki and crouched down, sweeping his leg out in a leg-sweep, aimed at Suki's ankles. He didn't chain anything with this, he wanted to see if Suki would dodge it properly or not.

Aoki just grinned slyly for a second, but then an air of easyness fell over. "I guess it's just because Haru is never here. Your both intraverts, so there is always an odd silence. I don't think you two have as much in common as you should... I guess it's because your too much alike, and then so different. You never see each other, even when he is there, so whats the point? At least Izumo is at least THERE."

There were probebly many more reasons why she didn't like Haru, but the ones that involved her sister were much more important.

"Think about it. At least Itzumo can talk enough for the both of you. And his ego, making his head the size of jupiter always garentees a good view at the theater." She laughed, rubbing her face against her white boa. "I guess Haru is just someone I really don't think your compatible with... At least, if you do ditch Haru, I'll have someone to hang out with when Koh and Suki aren't there." Again, she laughed, but shook it off. "Now, I kid, I kid... If you like Haru, thats your desicion."

'I've never thought about it much... But who do I like that much? Shinobu felt so stongly about Haru before... I can only dream for something like that. Not even!'

Suki predicted the leg quite easily and jolted to the side, giving himself a clear shot at Tao. Suki didn't attack or even attempt to though, he knew that Tao was only testing his dodging capabilities.
"Tao, there is no need to hold back. I've grown, I am strong."
Suki braced his leg back at an angle giving him leverage on Tao's next attack.

Tao stood up and smiled at his younger brother.
"Very well then Suki..."

Tao then dashed towards Suki, Kicking up with his right leg at Suki's right rib area, and throwing a left handed punch to Suki's head.

((forgive me the shortish posts... I can't do much as I like a lot of interaction and not assuming anything))

Since Suki was in a position with good leverage, he bolted his foot underneath Tao's right leg, preparing to knock his punch and body off balance. He left the rest of his body free for retaliation.

Tao placed his left hand down on the ground bending backwards and kicked up with his left leg to connect with some part of Suki, he continued with the kick and ended up doing a back-handspring-like-thing that set him in front of suki but back about 7 feet or so. Tao popped up and ran towards suki again, but instead of doing a straight-foward attack this time Tao punched with his right arm to suki's torso and rolled with the punch, spinning around to a position behind Suki around his right side.

Tomoyo approached the theater at a brisk pace, eager to secure her prize. She could hear the rhythmic sound of sparring from far away, getting louder the closer she got. Making sure her treasure was tied firmly to her back, she strode forward in a direct, sure step. She didn't want one misplaced kick ruining it.

[Lol, I bet Mikujin just loves hearing Aoki trash Haru and pro-Izumo. >.> Well, you know, our Haru probably won't ever read it. I'm gonna have to boot the poor guy, he's never ever on. I'll give him a warning, since he was one of our originals and he deserves it, but what more can I do? I true that he hasn't come on for more than a month.]
