What, so now the teacher isn't going to respond at all? crying

EDIT: I was rewatching some Azumanga today, and realised where some of my inspiration for Charlie's knife scene came from:

lol, 'fraid not Yamino she's cool though

OMG!! OSAKA!! She's the best xd Uggh I had to delete Azumanga (among other things) to get RGU, or so I thought. After I downloaded it, I had like 7.45 GB left scream I coulda had them all!!!!! I have 2 get AD back, I only have half the series left to watch anyway.

I heart the part when Chiyo-chan was scarred for life by Yukari-sensei's driving, and just her driving in General, hell the entire show rules!!

SCENE

Gym teacher: 'So I'll take 3 students and Yukari will take 2'

Chiyo-chan: But sensei, Yukari-sensei's car is bigger so wouldn't make more sense for more people to go in her car?

Gym teacher: '...'

'Isn't it better for less people to die?'

Everyone: eek ... scream 'Rock Paper Scissors!

God I NEED to get it back!! crying

Kind of like the Touga on a bed bit? Or did you have something else in mind?

Uggh I usually don't get the symbolic bits until like the end of something. Then it all comes crashing down at the last second, and then I'm like 'Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I see now.'. 3nodding Or I'll end up hating myself for missing something that shoulda been obvious. stressed

I will find the symbolism in this show! domokun Well bits and pieces at least 3nodding

xd Some of my friends consider me and Uma the "Ute-Gods" because we seem to point out a lot of the symbolism in the series and movie... I'm sure there are those who know more than us though. xd Still, we were watching an interview with Kunihiko Ikuhara, and he said that he didn't remember what each bit of symbolism meant, and that he'd rather viewers put their own thought on them anyways.

He LIES!! He just enjoys sitting in the bleachers and laughing at the insane things people come up with...a very secretive man...we played poker once...he beat me with that careful mask-like face of his...then we went out and got beers to smooth over harsh feelings.

Fun guy to hang out with... domokun

Okay okay I have an idea for symbol in RGU. Don't laugh I'm not good at these sweatdrop (usually [well let's just say at all, just to be safe 3nodding ]).

Okay the ever present rose. Firstly they're all being offered the power to revolutionize the world. I don't know why I hadn't thought of this earlier (like at the beginning stressed ), but that seems awfully kickass, too kickass stare . There's must be strings attached. So maybe the rose (the bud, petals that part) is symbolic of the power, and the thorns symbolize the catch? Like an 'Every rose has its thorns' and 'Everything has a price' kinda thing.

Hot? Cold? What was on I was to have thought that? I want to know!! 3nodding heart

sweatdrop In my personal opinion, everyone can have their own views on different meanings of symbolism. There is no definite 'hot' or 'cold', and I think it's wonderful that you want to share your views with us. 3nodding But really, that's a good idea. It could be one of the many meanings the rose has.

Though trying to paint everything as an archetype makes Baby Jung cry.
