by the way, when the rules get put back (whenever that is)
maybe we could allow: introduction, birthday, voteforme, &chat threads
'cause chatting... is what keeps a guild active...?
&maybe question threads or questing threads,
because threads in those subforums never get noticed D; ?
... or like. what I'm trying to say is
1) we need chat threads to stay active &
2) most subforums don't get any love. D;

To be honest, I don't think we need to go back to having such strict rules. People seem pretty good at not doing anything crazy with or without the possibility of banning.
