N for Notorious Jean-Mark took the information down, putting it down on the form, "He will have to fill out his own paperwork at some point, but for now, as long as thats alright with you, he can piggyback off of your citizenship." Jean-Mark typed something in and searched through citizenship records. After about ten minutes or so he found Maryse's and stamped her new file. He slid it back to her. "There is a two week to one month mandatory rest period from after you file these, so that you can acclimatize to life outside the wastes. you can file for an extension because of Richie's leg." He got up and walked out, then turned and poked his head back in, "If you two need anything, I'll be your embassy contact."
"That's fine," Maryse replied. Maybe things wouldn't be that bad after all, she thought. She hesitated a moment, then said, "Thank you."
When Jean-Mark was gone, Maryse left the room and re-joined Richie in the embassy's 'lobby'. "You're riding on my citizenship for the time being," she said to him, "We have about a month before they put us to work, maybe a little longer if we apply for an extension because of your leg."
