Kieran had to wonder if his own thoughts reflected Miguel's. He didn't know what he was thinking either. Kieran wondered how much longer they would have together. He couldn't promise Miguel to stay together if he killed Abel. Kieran knew though it was his job, one he worried about. He too was worried if Abel got his hands on Miguel again would he survive. Kieran watched Miguel as he seemed to debate what to say. He finally heard him speak. Kieran sighed softly pulling Miguel closer toward him as his arms locked around his waist. He held onto Miguel as he looked up at him. ”Just thinking about us and everything else.” Kieran spoke being vague about his response. He didn't want to voice all his thoughts.

In all his worrying, Jakob was surprised the male had yet to question his own thoughts. It wasn't as though he were trying to keep them to himself. While yes, Jakob did have his own secrets, he didn't mind talking with Kieran about these sorts of things. It would be better for them both to just say what they had to say rather than tiptoe around one another. After all, they didn't say it now who was to say they would have time again later. Jakob knew the risks when getting together with Kieran. It wasn't a permanent thing, there would be no happy endings, or anything close normal. He hated the idea of it all, but somehow he had grown attached to him. He liked spending time together and peaking behind that intimidating exterior.
After speaking, Jakob watched as the male sighed. He was almost immediately pulled closer. He thought of protesting, saying that he would only get dirty. But it seemed as though the male did not care. His hands rested against the males chest as he stared down at him. He felt his arms lock behind him, holding him in place. He didn't squirm or shy away. Soon the man spoke, it wasn't at all surprising that he was still holding back. "What about us?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. While he did want to know about the other half of Kieran's vague statement, he thought he might be more open to answering the first half of it as it somehow seemed easier. Like anything Kieran might have to say about him, he could handle it.

His thoughts were nothing bad especially against Miguel. Kieran's thoughts were only for concern and his own fears. Holding onto Miguel he didn't care if he objected. Getting dirty didn't bother him that's what dry cleaning was for. Kieran watched Miguel as he processed his words. He smiled though it didn't reach his eyes. ”Nothing bad if that's what you're thinking… I'm just thinking about everything, the what ifs and probably just over analysing it all too.” Kieran responded as he leaned his head back against the seat but still kept his eyes on Miguel.

It didn't really matter if his thoughts him were kind or unkind. The only thing that mattered to him was that his thoughts were true. As the male held on to him, he knew he did not care. Though he thought that he should. It was bad enough that Jakob had become such a mess, there was no need for Kieran to become one as well. He spoke, choosing carefully which to question first. Kieran smiled like he was amused by it, but he noticed how it seemed a bit off. It wasn't his usual smile. Jakob listened as the male spoke, not fully believing his words to be true. Like his smile, his words seemed off too. He watched the male leaned his head back, his piercing eyes staring back at him. Jakob shook his head a bit. "Then if it's nothing bad, why won't you tell me? Stop overthinking and just complain a little." he said, whining only a little. Acting like a child wasn't going to help him, but he couldn't help himself. He wanted to be able to talk about anything with Kieran. That wasn't going to happen if he couldn't even share his own thoughts or feelings.

Kieran knew that not being honest with Miguel wasn't going to help things. He couldn't help his anxieties and fears. Kieran knew that they probably reflected Miguel's as well. He watched Miguel as he continued to hold onto him. Kieran listened Miguel spoke whining at him. He pulled a hand from around Miguel, he reached up to cup his cheek. Kieran found it cute to see Miguel whine. Any other person he was likely to be annoyed by it. ” Because if I think about it or talk about it, then it will only happen...I like you but I'm worried about how long before that changes.” Kieran spoke honestly, he didn't want to grow to hate Miguel. He however wasn't making promises not to do so.

There wasn't a lot he could say or do to make Miguel feel better. He was already trusting him but enough to hate him. Kieran knew it wasn't Miguel's fault that he was supposed to kill Abel. He didn't blame him either. If anything he wished they could have met in better circumstances. Kieran watched as Miguel dropped his head. He took note of him biting his lip. Kieran listened as Miguel spoke questioning him but not looking at him still. He knew speaking his mind was only seeming to hurt Miguel, which wasn't his intention. Kieran slipped a hand up towards Miguel's chin, drawing his face up to look at him. ”I don't want things to change, I like them as they are as well.” He spoke watching Miguel as he sat there.

It wasn’t Miguel’s fault, nor did he think it was. If anything, Kieran didn’t want to lose Miguel. He knew that voicing his opinion was only seeming to hurt him. That was not what he had been trying to do. If anything, he was trying not to. Kieran watched Miguel as he sat there. He raised his head to look at him, as he spoke. Kieran could see the defeated look on his face, before he looked way. He wished he never opened his mouth, or felt anything right at this moment. Kieran was ruining everything and only hurting Miguel. He sighed softly but mostly to himself. Kieran withdrew his hand from Miguel’s face letting it fall back to his side. ”Talk to me, don’t ignore me.” He spoke softly as he sat there waiting for Miguel to acknowledge him. Kieran could tolerate being ignored by anyone else, but not Miguel.

Being led on was not what had happened between them. If anything he had lead Miguel on. He didn’t want to stop and talk to him in the club. Kieran could have simply ignored him, or walked away. He didn’t want to try to stop him or protect him from Abel either. Kieran only had himself to blame. He wanted Miguel, even if it meant breaking down his own walls. Kieran couldn’t help his need to talk, though he wished he hadn’t. He would have much preferred to just let things happen, instead of talking. Kieran sat there questioning Miguel, unsure if he would respond. He soon felt Miguel slip his arms around his neck and come closer. Kieran relaxed Miguel leaned his head on his shoulder. He held onto Miguel relaxing as he sat there. Kieran listened as Miguel spoke, blaming himself. He found it amusing but didn’t laugh just let him continue to speak. ”How did you lead me on?” Kieran asked curiously, as he held onto Miguel. He wanted to be with Miguel, he liked him, if anything he didn’t want to hate him. Kieran might for a while, but eventually he could forgive him.
