my hair has alot of slpit ends though. So it's going to have to be trimmed down.

Accually I know alot of people that work with long hair. They keep it in a long braid though.

It was "Cut your hair or don't work", and I've always had that problem. It's unfair. Maybe I should just have said I'm transitioning, but I am not, so that would be a lie...
