Okay, here we go. I will allow the discrepancy in electives today. And then, the following IC day will be SECOND HALF ELECTIVE. Strictly. The following day will be first. If they remember 'yesterday's' activities in their electives, they are to remember them vaguely.

I understand how the electives switch back and forth between the days but do you have any tips on how people may be able to keep track of which elective they have next? Does it work on a weekly basis like...
Monday: 1st elective
Tuesday: 2nd elective
Wednesday: 1st elective
Thursday: 2nd elective
Friday: 1st elective

So this way we know that every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we have elective1? and every Tuesday and Thursday we have elective2?

But since that isn't exactly split even (since we'd all be attending elective 1 more frequently) is it more like alternating throughout the whole year like..

monday 1
tuesday 2
wednesday 1
thursday 2
friday 1
monday 2
tueday 1 ..etc without a specific day attached to that elective? So we make sure to remember which elective we attended last and keep alternating?

Any thoughts? X_X?

Cervantes, don't post schedules here. There's a thread with character schedules that's been stickied.

Ivy-chan had an example of how the PE/elective classes would work. I'll ask about putting it up before the actual schedules.

I'm sorry, but it's hard when it's incomplete, I thought people would like to know what classes to go to for sure.

I agree with Barentine, that sems to make the most sense.

The schedules themselves are not incomplete. The lists telling how many characters will be in each class are, but that just makes an easy task easier. Your class assignment is on the schedule you all created.

As for the electives, they've been going in an alternating pattern with no day attached to each elective. Do you all want the day attached to it?

Yes, I think it's best for organization. Shouldn't the students know what elective class is which though. Don't want people thinking PE is in elective 1, when it's an elective 2.

I think we should consider doing that, it might make it a bit easier.

But like Barentine said, if we assign a day for electives, it won't be even. We'll be doing more of Elective 1 than of two. If it's that big an issue maybe Ivy-chan can post which half everyone is supposed to be in as the days go by (if it isn't too much trouble of course).

It's kind of easy to figure out which is which. The 'first half' classes are the ones before the '/', the 'second half' are the ones after.

Once again: 'First Half'/'Second Half'.

So, we can have:

Monday: 1st elective
Tuesday: 2nd elective
Wednesday: 1st elective
Thursday: 2nd elective
Friday: 1st elective

It's uneven then, but easier to remember.

see isn't that where the next problem lies.

Person 1

class 1 - math
class 2 - english
lunch
class 3 - art
class 4 - geography
class 5 - Music/PE

Person 2

class 1 - math
class 2 - english
lunch
class 3 - art
class 4 - geography
class 5 - PE/Music

see this causes there to be 2 different classes of the same subject. person 1 will be in music, while person 2 is in PE, and no interaction will happen. So which side someone puts their electives is very important, I hope you see this difficulty.

Solution, we label each class with an elective number. that way Music will be elective 1, and PE elective 2, and no one will be confused. (note: these are all just examples rolleyes duh lol)

You can't do that because then not everyone can have the electives they want. If you want to interact with someone then you should make sure you're in the same elective half as they are as far as that goes.
