Got locked out of my account for 3 and a half months. Filled out endless feedback forms and heard nothing. stare Whatever you do, make sure the email account you have listed for your Gaia account is CURRENT. That way, when you forget your password, you can use the retrieval system no problem.

Works if you've been banned too lol.
Just go press the ''forgot password'' button and type you info, get you new password in, and your in, just dont forget to change your password back to whatever it was before xd

I tried that, believe me. Problem was I didn't know what email address I signed up with, because it was over 4 years ago (back when you couldn't register with Hotmail addresses) and I just made up a random Yahoo account that I hadn't used since. And the Password Retrieval only works if you know what the email address is. whee
