The wind would blow as sands would swirl. The heat of the sun would seem to mix with the wind, and turn even that harsh and hot against the skin. It was enough to blister, and even scorch .....as the sun rose up to greet them, and it's heat only seemed to get worst as Molly continues onwards through it.

Molly wiped the weat from her forehead with the back of her hand. She could feel it getting hotter. She sighed and continued to walk..

Though this wasn't a walk in the park, and as the sun continues to glare brightly ...the sun would continue to cause more bake the sands. The sun was a punishment in and of itself ...as the sun would seem to seek to crush her with it's heat. The sun become brighter in the sky, higher, much more heated than seemingly any other place in the world.
The ground would seem to heat up to such a point that it would seem to try and burn her through her shoes. The heat of the day so scorching that the air would start to waver and seem to actually be visible thanks to the heat.

 Starter Pokemon: Litwick ♂Name & Level: Ciel Lvl: 2 Temperament: Impish Stats: Hp: 12/14 Pp: 17 Att: 6 Def: 7 Spd: 6 Sp Att: 7 Sp Def: 7 Moves: Ember, Astonish Exp: 25/100 Phantom would grin evilly at the dying screams of the snake. He didn't turned back to see the victorious candle hopping behind him. It wondered what other tests on the island there would be and what other Pokemon they could slay. The blonde boy turned while walking twice before continuing his straight line into the desert. He spun Ciel's Pokeball in his hand and began to bounce it in his hand, low at first but then got higher and higher each time he bounced it. Finally, Phantom caught the ball and placed it in his pocket. He wanted his next opponent he met to be a little stronger this time.

The desert sun would shine on the pokeball as he continued to take his steps. Each movement would seem to intensify what was already a hot place as the victory had been great, but it had been fire add upon a place that stimulates fire.
Flames that created more heat ...heat to add upon heat ....as the sun would seek almost to gain vengeance for the death of the snake.

Molly wabbled a little. The heat was making her dizzy and her throat dry. She straightened herself, and continued to walk....

And walk was all that Molly could do as all she would see in front of her is sand ...sand upon more sand. Sand that before her would seem like an ocean ...an vast ocean that seemed to have no end, but yet, the desert did have one. An ending, but it wasn't currently visible from where she tread ...as little evidences of it appeared at her feet.
A spot of small thin blades of grass so sparse that one would never notice it in this much sand, unless they knew to look or had a pokemon that was digging through it.
Otherwise, all Molly would see and know is sand and heat at this point.

Though the sound of something rattling would sound as she took that next step, and a head that was buried in the sands by Molly's foot would stir. Like most pokemon in this area, they either hid from the sun during the hottest part of the days or bury themselves in the sand like this snake did ....as he looks up at her.
A tongue flicking from his mouth as he gave a very loud hiss.

Arlie continued, not seeing any other Pokemon so far. Maybe it would be harder than she thought to gain another team member. If only she had been allowed to keep that Minccino...but that was wishful thinking. If she had, then she wouldn't be on this assignment. She vaguely wondered what the next one would be like, but thinking about it would get her nowhere right now. She took a deep breath of hot, desert air and kept going.

The snake hisses, but seeing her walking away ...the Ekans doesn't feel that it's worth it as it would bury it's head back into the sands again. Even for the reptile, it was actually too hot to make this into an issue ....as he slinks back down in the sand and leave Molly to continue on her path unopposed.

The heat wouldn't effect the boy all that much as his clothes were all white. His Pokemon on the other hand, found the heat exhausting. Phantom took a few more steps before turning around and snatching up the small Pokemon and hiding him under his cloak. Though the candle would appreciate the kind gesture, he was afraid that he'd burn the cloak. He dropped his flame to almost no existence and his trainer laughed. "It's fire proof, Ciel. Don't worry about burning me or the cloak." He said as his steps would quicken in pace.

The sound of hissing would come near her ...as if Arlie had called it into existence, and a ekans' head would rise from the sands. A female this one would shake lightly to free it's scales from the sands as it fall upon the ground and her body arches lightly as she looks directly at the girl.
Fangs shining lightly.
She had no plans of letting prey slip away from her ...as she hisses louder.

Though a ghost shouldn't be able to feel heat ....it seems that Ciel even though he is a fire type seem to feel it. A strange development, but in this world of endless sands ...stranger things have happen.
(Unless you roll and encounter roll, you can continue to roll if you want)
