The male farmer thought for a moment, then snapped one of his fingers. "Of course!" He said with a grin and took out a pokeball from his pocket. Throwing it as far ahead as he possibly could, the ball landed on the ground and automatically opened. A white light forming a large pokemon. As it faded, it revealed an Arcanine who looked slightly worn from the years, but still had plenty of fight left in him. "Aaalright Arcanine, gather that young lad up and help us round up these rowdy Tauros!" He shouted to the large dog who, of course, listened to his masters commands. He ran beside the dodrio in order for Blade to jump on.

Blade watched while the farmer summoned his old Arcanine, grinning a bit at the man's enthusiasm. As the large dog came up beside the Dodrio, he turned to the side and hopped onto its back, taking a moment to situate himself on him.
"Alright, I'm all set!"
Grabbing onto Arcanine's fur, he just waited and watched the other three to go ahead and take the lead or to give some orders at what they needed to do exactly to get the Tauros back in order.

"Aaalright ya whippersnappers." He yelled to both of them. "You two keep up the front and try to lead the Tauros back into the pen." As he spoke, he pointed over to the large fenced area. "Ma and I are gonna tend the back!" With that, the woman and the man nodded to eachother and fell to the near back of the herd.
Riyo looked over at Blade and nodded, then took position and the close front of the stampede. "Ready when you are!" She shouted over to him and carefully began to coax the stampede to turn around.

"Got it!"
Glancing over at Riyo, he nodded in return before facing forward and moving towards the front of the stampede as well. He looked over his shoulder momentarily to make sure that he wasn't too close or too far from the large herd of Tauros.
Satisfied with his positioning, Blade worked on trying to help guide the pokemon to where they were supposed to be.

Suprisingly, it didnt' take the group to calm the Tauros down and lead them back into the pen. Perhaps it was luck, or just a good strategy. Either way, after the last Tauros was in, the male farmer grinned widely and jumped off the ponyta, throwing his hat to the ground in excitement. "That's gotta be the greatest gul-durn thing that's happened to this ol' coot in awhile!" He shouted and looked up at the two young people. "It's nice ta make yer aquaintence, the namez Pete!" He said and reached a hand out to shake Blade's. "Put 'er there, partner!"
Riyo scratched the back of her head as she watched the man's enthusiasm. She supposed it had been exciting. At least it had gotten her mind off of what just happened... And at least she knew they weren't furious about it.
Ri-chan let out a small sigh of relief as the roundup was over. Sure, it was exciting. But utterly frightening at the same time. The little kitty pokemon ploped down on her trainers shoulder and lay limp there for a short while.
Schizo had thoroughly enjoyed himself. It gave him the chance to test his new body, and he liked it. There was more power. More speed. More.. Everything really. The only thing he didn't enjoy was having another head to confuse him.

When everything was all over, Blade made his way towards the others before blinking at the man that had come up to them. It wasn't the reaction he really expected of the guy, but it didn't matter so much anyway. He hopped off of the Arcanine's back and hesitantly took Pete's hand to shake.
"And I'm Blade."
Pausing there, he glanced back at Riyo, wondering if he should introduce her as well, but then decided for her to do it herself if she wanted to. And after yawning a bit, he realized that he was feeling considerably more tired now than when he first arrived to the farmland, probably because of all the excitement that was going on throughout the day.

As Blade held his hand out, the man took it and gave a firm handshake, as was custom to those who believed in manliness and whatnot. A good, firm handshake meant a respectable man. "Durn glad ta meet ya, Blade." He said and looked over toward Riyo.
Riyo let out a cough and quickly snuck her gloves out of her pocket to put them back on behind her back. She wasn't sure if this man would want a handshake from her or not. Either way, she wasn't about to risk it. Afterwards, Riyo dismounted the large Dodrio and watched as he approached.
"That's a fine Dodrio ya got there, Miss. Wat's yer name?" He asked with that kind smile of his, then held out his hand to her.
"Riyo." She said simply with a neutral look on her face, as was normal on a regular day. She sighed and looked down at his hand. It would be rude to refuse. She took his hand and gave it a firm shake. She had learned the customs. She knew what people expected. Even if she wasn't a man.
"Pleasure ta meet yew too!" He then looked at Blade, back at Riyo, then at his wife. "These youngin's look plum tuckered out. Maybe we shud take 'em to the guest room?" The man asked and looked at both of them, waiting to see if they agreed or objected.

Moving some of the hair from his face, Blade watched the others before putting his hands into his pockets and glanced towards the ground while just idly standing by for now. Though, at the mention of being placed into the guest room with the hope of getting some rest, he looked up at the farmer couple before smiling a bit.
"That's something I wouldn't object to.. if you don't mind keeping one or two people for the night."
He looked at Riyo then, to see if she was going to stay as well. Considering a few things, he figured it would be within her best interest to get a decent amount of rest in a safe place rather then go on with her travels.

"Course not! Didn't Ma already tell ya we luv havin' guests?" The man said at Blade's comment. "Shucks, we'd be honored to have ya two stayin' the night with us. Least we can do after almost runnin' ya over with Tauros."
Of course, Riyo didn't want to stay. The fact that they had said "room" meant that there was only one. But... She couldn't help but feel bad for her pokemon. If it wasn't for them, she wouldn't care. But.. They needed rest. And plenty of it. With a soft sigh, she nodded. "I wouldn't mind staying either..." She finally said.
Ri-chan looked over at her quietly and blinked. She was aware of Riyo's hesitation towards staying in the house.. And aware of the obvious reasons. Though.. Calamity had looked pretty bad earlier...
"Well then it's settled!" Farmer Pete said and walked back to his ponyta, grabbing the reins and beginning to lead it back to the stable. "Yer Dodrio can rest in our stable. We've got plenty 'o food for the big critter."
At the mention of food, Schizo looked up and quickly followed the farmer to the stable.
"Ma, if you wanna take 'em inside, I'll get yer doduo too." The man said as he walked by his wife. She smiled and hopped off the smaller bird then told it to follow her husband.
"Follow me back chitlins!" She shouted to the two travelers with that large smile that both of the farmers seemed to share.
The Arcanine that Blade had been riding also followed his master back into the stable, hoping for a bite to eat also.

Now that things have calmed down considerably, Blade went ahead and let Gouku out of his pokeball once more. After seeing that the Chimchar wasn't too shaken from everything, he turned towards "Ma" and nodded slightly. He still wasn't quite used to the enthusiasm of the two, but he supposed that he'd just have to deal with it tonight.
The thief glanced at his pokemon, then at Riyo and her Skitty before going on and heading towards the house. Pausing a bit as he reached the front step, he looked over his shoulder to address the other trainer.
"If you want, I can try to see if I can sleep out in the living room instead. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be too comfortable sharing a room with some guy you just met."
After being released from the pokeball again, Gouku looked around before quickly darting after his trainer to keep up. From the looks of things, the Tauros were all gone now, so there wasn't anything to worry about. Just as he reached his trainer, the little monkey scampered up his back to perch on top of his head once more.

Riyo, who had been walking and staring at the ground, looked up at the voice and shook her head. "Somehow I doubt that I have any reason not to trust you after that ordeal..." I mean, seriously. This man had stood in front of her and gave her good reasons NOT to attack him.. All of which had been, for the most part, selfless. He didn't look like some kind of rapist, nor did she think he'd steal anything. She'd just have to swallow her pride and share a room. She wasn't about to deny him a bed just because she wasn't a social person.
The woman had no idea what they were talking about, nor did she think it was any of her business to butt in. Quietly, she opened the front door, waited for them to enter, then closed it behind them. "Room's upstairs." She said with a small smile, using her inside voice now, and led them up the stairway. The travelers weren't the only tired ones. But then again, farmers did go to bed early in the day so they could wake up early in the morning. She led them to another door and opened it up. It was a room with four different beds in all the corners. There were nightstands and small lamps next to each bed. It was as big as a hotel room, only it seemed more cozy. "Y'all make yerselves at home. The bathroom is down the hall to the left. If ya need anything, don't hesitate to holler!"
Riyo nodded to her. "Thank you for your kindness." She said softly in a once again neutral voice then walked to one of the farther corners of the room to make herself at home.

Blade simply gave a nod in response to Riyo's statement as he followed the farmer's wife through the house and into the guest room, which was a bit different than what he had been expecting. He looked in for a bit, then smiled a bit at their host.
"Yeah, thanks."
With that said, he went on inside after Riyo, picking the bed opposite to hers. There he took off his footwear and just plopped down onto the bed to relax for a few minutes before doing anything else.
Gouku, who was still on his head at the moment, tumbled off and onto the bed as this happened. Grinning as he still had a good deal of energy inside of him, he prodded the bedding before beginning to bounce up and down on the bed. Chirping happily as he did this, he started to try and do some tricks in mid air as well.
"Gouku.. cut that--"
Just as the trainer spoke, the monkey messed up on his landing and ended up bouncing right off the bed, where he rolled and lightly bumped his head on the bed next to Blade's.

After Riyo had sat down, her Psyduck, Meowth, and Piplup came running in behind the woman.
Fate the Meowth immediately jolted under the bed, running into a bunch of pillows that had been placed under there.
Ma giggled and watched as the pokemon ran up to their trainer, and one under the bed. "There should be pillows fer yer pokemon under the bed too." She said and gave both of them a nod "G'night folks! We serve breakfast at 7 in the morn!" And with that, she quietly closed the door.
Riyo peeked under the bed at the small Meowth and sighed. "It's alright. You know no one here will hurt you." She spoke softly, trying to calm the small cat pokemon.
Ri-chan jumped onto the pillow of Riyo's bed and snuggled in. Ah, it felt good. She had been fed to contentment and now she was going to sleep in a soft bed.
Riyo hopped off the bed and crawled onto the floor, pulling out pillows for her pokemon to sleep on. Of course, none of these were big enough for Calamity. Standing up, she walked over to one of the empty beds and threw a pokeball onto it, which released the injured Absol onto the comfort of the bed. It looked like he was still unconcious. Riyo sighed and attempted to make him as comfortable as possible. "I'm sorry..." She whispered to her old friend and sat down on the bedside.

As the Chimchar fell off, Blade glanced over the edge to make sure he was alright, but the monkey was already up on his feet and making his way towards one of the pillows underneath the bed. Shaking his head lightly, the trainer stretched out and yawned while sitting up and looking around at the other pokemon that were there now.
Nodding when the farmer's wife told them of the time for breakfast, he looked around the room once more while looking over at the worn Absol.
"How's he doing right now?" he asked quietly while looking over the pokemon from where he was.

Riyo looked over at Blade for a moment. "He's just resting. I think he'll be fine." At least, she hoped. He had a lot of bruises... Though it could've been so much worse. She was at least grateful that he wasn't injured beyond that. She gently lifted his head up and put one of the pillows under it, then stood up and walked back over to her bed. She tossed off her big boots and trenchcoat, then sat her tophat on the nightstand. He had already seen what she was hiding. It didn't matter. Her tail swayed out from around her waist quietly, and her ears adjusted themselves to the freedom.
Both Vex the Psyduck and Freeze the Piplup took their own respectable pillows and made themselves comfy. Vex had a big smile on his face, while Freeze had her usual annoyed look.
Fate quietly snuck out from under the bed and took one of the pillows, dragging it away from everyone else and laying down.. Though her eyes stayed open and continued to look around.
