Layna turned to the guy that'd just introduced himself. Not really looking at him, but more on the map. ''Umm.. Yeah..I guess it's up the stairs then down the corridor some... But even so, it seems abit late now...'' she said studying the map abit more. ''I'm Layna by the way...Nice to meet you guys...'' she said casually, trying to remeber the route.

Alex groaned, "Man, I'm new here and I can't afford to be late on my first day." And he leaned a little over so he could see the map of the school so he could remember the way.

Layna sighed, knowing how he felt. ''Your telling me..If my parents found out i was this late to lesson, i'd probably be grounded. '' she looked the map over again, thinking about how high her parents expectations were. She had allways thought of being a lawyer, but they were allways pushing her in a sense.

Natalia caught herself looking at the two, wondering if she was ever going to get her map back. She shrugged it off, and she played with the coils of her sketchbook. Frankly she just didn't care anymore. She would wait for the next class to start and probably get there on time, slip into the back maybe. Her parents would understand. Sighing a bit she took the pencil and put it in through her hair, just so she wouldn't loose it.

Brandon was looking at the map of the school he had in his hand as he was trying to find his next class....typically with no luck and as he was walking around he bumped into a small group that appeared to be lost also. He looks up at them and smiles. "Oh....sorry but im guessing you're all looking for your class too right".

Layna looked at the new-comer. ''Yeah..what class you looking for?'' she asked, and having remebered the map well enough by now. Looks at Alex. for the first time since he'd entered the conversation. ''You need this?'' she asked, meaning the map. ''if you don't i'll give it back to...um...She didn't give her name...'' she said sounding a little doubtful.

Alex shook his head, "Nah, I'm in the same class as you I think. I'll just follow you." And he looked at the person that walked into the group, "Wow, we've got alot of new kids today."

" Natalia. My name is Natalia." she said with a bit of agitation behind her voice as she looked up at all of them. It wasn't like she had asked or anything. But Natalia was in a very bad mood, as with every first day of school. " You can keep it if you need it. " she offered. She was being nice. "Do you all have math?"

''I guess..And yeah we do..'' Layna nodded, handing Natalia the map back. ''Thanks Natalia...Sorry for taking so long..'' she said sounding slightly embarrased. ''This schol is packed...'' she thought to herself. And sighed a little. a stray thought about 'him' entering her mind. Then she shook her head, trying to stop, but to the others it looked like disapointment or confusion.

Alex extended his hand to Natalia, "Nice to meet you, Natalia." Alex said, not putting much enthusiasm into his voice. Alex noticed that Layna looked sad or mad about something, "Hey, is everything alright?" he questioned curiosuley.
