Anthony nodded and gave easily The. Fakest. Smile. Possible. "Yep, you've gotta be happy and respectful for that pooch to grow to love you." He laughed a little because it hurt to smile like that. "See? We're all happy people, and have you seen any of us get jumped by Shadow Houndour? Or any Shadow Pokémon? Really? No, you haven't." He felt the hypocrisy in his statement, seeing as how he was being a jerk himself, but he felt irony was the cure to most diseases... Or at least stupidity and arrogance.

"Rena, I'm sorry to say, but I promised Kage that he could keep this Houndour, and I'm not about to go back on my word now." Arya admited. She shifted Houndours pokeball around in her hand. "We might as well give Kage training, so he can take care of it properly."

Rena put on that same hurt expression again. "How come I wasn't informed about this?" she asked quietly. "I think he needs to learn to deal with other people first before getting Houndour back. Shadow Pokemon are extremely dangerous, and Anthony and I saw first hand how Houndour went berserk like that. Please Arya, hold onto Houndour until he's ready!" Rena pleaded desperately.

Anthony could see the hurt expression on Rena's face and defended her. "Yeah, Arya, right now that Houndour's a whole lot o' hurt, and not a lot o' progress. And to make it worse, Kage is as big of a hot-head as Houndour!" He insulted, as if Kage wasn't even there. "I think he should have to wait a while before it bites his head off without us knowing." He pleaded.

"My point excactly. We have trained plenty of trainers on the subject of shadow pokemon, and I see potential in Kage." Arya stated. She handed the pokeball containing Houndour to Rena, "Rena, please see to it that Houndour is taken care of properly for now, it seemed like it was in quite a bit of pain." Arya asked kindly

Rena retrieved the Pokeball from Arya and sighed a sigh of relief. "Thank you very much, Arya. I really appreciate it." She put it onto the Pokemon healing machine and then released Houdour for examination. She bent over and kept her hands on its muzzle, attempting to call it out of Hyper Mode. "Houndour, can you hear me? Look at me. Everything will be alright now," she whispered soothingly as she stroked it.
Claire smiled as Rena worked with Houndour and inconspicuously left her office to go look for Molly.

Anthony smiled throughout the silence, with only Rena's soothing voice and Houndour's soft growling interrupting it, but it made it feel better, oddly enough. He wanted to stay and watch until Houndour was calmed down, then was going to wait outside her office like she had asked him a while ago.

Arya sighed, "Now that thats taken care of... Is there anything else we need to discuss before we go about as usual?" Arya asked.
Molly sat under a shady tree, eyes half closed, as her pokemon, Chameleon, Shroomish, and Eevee all dozed around her. She opend one of her eyes at claires approach and smiled meekly in acknowlegment to her, to drowzy to be angry anymore.

Kairi walked outside of her house in Vermilion City. "Aah... Fresh air." She said to herself. Kairi walked around the back of the house to get her bike. She rode the bike down to Route 11 outside of Diglett cave. She tossed out Shuppet and Ralts' pokeballs. In a bright red flash they popped out. "Hey you guys," she said to Shuppet and Ralts. "Time to practice for the upcoming contest again!" "Ralts, Double Team. Shuppet, Night Shade." She said as she cheered on the pokemon. "Ralts finish off the combo with your best focused confusion."

Kage heard what everyone said about being an antagonist and all that. He heard the same story all the time he was getting tired of the same dumb crap over again, he then remembered how the houndour reacted when he got made. he then tried to calm down and snapped to a normal mood. he breethed a deep sigh and stood up and faced everyone.
"Ok, if i need to work on my additude, then i had better start now, and if i need some type of training to handle my pokemon I'm willing to comply." Kae looked at the at his shoulder and saw how close he was from serious injury. he flexed his arm to make sure nothing was damaged internaly.
"Ok, what do i need to do first?" he said with in a stright forwaard, yet kinder way.
((You guys stink, everytime I have to sleep, you guys go and almost make a page of posts and im left here to look at you guys funny. Oh and sorry if my character is abit to annoying for ya. I'll try my best not to do that.))

Anthony gave Kage a smile. "Alright then, dude, welcome to Poké-Boot Camp." He welcomed him with, yet again, another sarcastic remark. He meant well, but he could never resist using a sarcastic remark. "Well, I'm gonna go wait outside your office like you asked, Rena, play nice." He joked with a smile as he sat outside. He knew the matter they were discussing was going to be serious, so he figured as a semi-member of the ASDF (By semi I mean he helps but has never joined) he wasn't meant to know the more serious things, and the basics were just fine for him.
((Sorry Josh, I'm just a late-night kid with a lot of stuff to do during the day, so usually my only time to RP is at night, which is usually when most people go to bed. ^_^;; I honestly don't mind if your character is annoying, either, because my character's job is to make the mood light, no matter who's there, so it doesn't matter. xD))

"I'm not sure of the details," Rena replied apologetically, "but I'm pretty sure Arya's in charge of the training and referrals. Please excuse me." She returned Houndour into its Pokeball, grabbed a small package lying on a shelf, and stepped outside, closing the door carefully so that it didn't slam. She turned to Anthony and handed him the small package. "I think you'll like what you find in it," Rena said with a smile.
Claire sat next to Molly by the tree and smiled back. "Lemme guess, Arya and the new guy are on your nerves?" she asked lightheartedly as she released her Pidgey, Cherubi, and Chinchou.

Anthony looked at the package for a moment, then carefull unwrapped the paper, revealing a Pokéball, an ID with his name and picture on it, and an ASDF badge. He instantly smiled when he was what was in it; to him it was a 'Christmas in July' "Oh, wow... Umm... Thanks, Rena." He composed with his grin not letting up. He had been assisting the ASDF for a while now, but wasn't a member until just then. The fact that he got it from Rena, one of his idols and also one of the first friends he ever made her, made it x1000 better. He was so overjoyed that he dropped the stuff and gave Rena a giant hug. "Thanks a lot, Rena, I really mean it." He thanked, clinging to the hug like a little kid.

kage moved his wounded shoulder nad then stood up.
"Ok whats do i have to do first?" he asked. he was ready to fight for his pokemon and will do anything to get it.
"I dont care what i have to do, Im going to get that houndour. even if it reies to kill me." Kage though about what he jsut said and then shrugged.
"So...what is it you guys do here anyway?"
((thanks andy, but seriously, if i get too annoying feel free to say so. I dont mind.))

As the Pokeball fell, an Abra came out in a flash of light. "Um... Anthony... you're... welcome... but... you're... squishing.. me..." Rena complained, trying to breathe normally.
