If he could hear her thoughts she wondered if he could see what she thought too, that question could be answered later. She had to think on how to answer the question a moment. He'd already given her the ability to regenerate, or at least fix wounds here and there. She couldn't help but shake her head and laugh at herself. She'd finally asked him the question that been bugging her and she couldn't think of an answer. "Your still hungry aren't you?" she asked, hoping that answered the question.

"No, I cannot see your thoughts...at least not yet. My powers is vast, but not quite...well, let's look at it from another angle: Several of my powers are only so far along their evolutionary lines." He'd rub the back of his neck and sigh, none too proud he had to admit he wasn't only the peak of perfection, but that he had a good ways to go before reaching it. But, he'd be damned if he didn't...well, damned in a different sense.

"Hungry...yes, I get it. I'm always hungry to be honest; the pain I feel from the constant hunger is excruciating. No matter how much I feed, I want more...it seems the more I feed the hungrier I get; the greedier I become! I believe that it was the pain from this cursed hunger that fueled a great deal of my previous battles with Kain and Alexis...but I believe that it is the very same hunger that drove me to see you as a parasite...that is forcing me to see you as such. But I'm smarter then myself, as dumb as that sounds! If I can give you purpose, as I indeed have, then you are no longer a parasite...but back the the point." He'd place his hands on her arms, making sure she was looking him dead in the eyes. "If I were to...turn you...there would be no going back. You could never hope to save your soul or repent for your actions...you'd share my hunger; feel the pain when I feel it. You would crave it as much as I do...but you'd gain all you could hope for. Weigh the pros and cons, Nimm...make sure your decision doesn't leave you with any doubt."

Nimm stared up at him a moment. "I don't think I've ever actually regretted doing anything before Singe. Nor did I think I would ever be able to repent for killing people, or trying to kill people." she explained. She thought back to growing up on her own. She'd done a lot of things to survive, and not one action did she think twice about. Of course, things were usually pretty black and white for her so that may have helped her decision making.

"I've gone hungry before, though I don't know if it's anything compared to what you go through. But honestly I find being utterly useless and even worse something of a hindrance worse." she said honestly.

He'd stare at her for a moment, eyes unblinking. After a moment of awkwardness, a certain warmth could return not only to his face and smile, but yo his eyes as well. He'd let out an honest laugh and shake his head before flicking her forehead. "Typical woman...useless? A hindrance? Not in my opinion. You have the ability to be judge, jury and executioner if you so wish. But, you have a soft, warm heart that bleeds for these people...it sounds to me like you could use a dose of reality rather than anymore power, much less immortality. But, with age comes experience...hm."

He'd let out a bit of a sigh knowing full well what to expect from here on out. He'd move her head to the side and gently place his hand against her cheek to make sure he had a clear shot at her neck. "When I infect you, you're going to see everything I've seen. You'll gain my memories, or at least the more dominant ones. I'm guessing you'll see my creation, abuse, neglect, pain, and...you'll see every select individual in history that has defined man and their cruelty. This is going to hurt, and when your neck stops throbbing your stomach will start...if you're truly ready, Nimm, then let me know."

For a moment she as sure he was just going to say no as he stared down at her. She blinked when he flicked her. She had to frown a bit though, it wasn't the power she was after. None the less she was finding herself looking the side, and Singe explaining what would happen. For whatever reason she caught her heart speeding up when he asked if she was ready. "...I'm ready..." she said, hopping it wasn't fear she felt.

"It is the power you're after...just in another definition. Now then...I'm sorry about the pain in advance. Just don't throw up on me." The moment his words would end his fangs, not just two but a mouthful would sink into her neck. That alone would cause a great deal of discomfort to most! When he started sucking the blood from her...well, they'd both be in pain. His stomach would finally have relief, thus hurt more because it WANTED more, not understanding the meaning of "portion." Poor Nimm would get to deal with the awkward feeling of a very fast blood draw, something like worms being sucked out of the skin.

After about two minutes he'd remove his mouth from her and grin as he saw the damage he'd done. It just looked...well, all around neat. Still, she'd regenerate, so no need to fear that pretty scar. Now it was his turn...given this means of transformation was anything but graceful and kind, he couldn't just slit his wrist and let it run down her throat. She was going to want more then that, thus he'd just use his clawed pinky to poke a hole in his wrist and make sure he didn't heal. Her body would want to do three things, in no specific order: Hemorrhage, Feed and Rest. It was all a matter of how she would react now.

Nimm had to bite her lip to keep from crying in pain, she wasn't expecting a mouth full of fangs. The most that escaped was something of a whimper here and there as she clawed at the ground beneath her. She had tried to focus more on the stuff going into her head to keep her mind of the sound and feeling of her blood being pulled out of her.

Her eyes were still closed when he pulled away, and she could feel her neck start to mend itself. Mending or not, he was right about pain. She moved her hand slowly to rub her neck, sitting up very slowly as she remembered the request of not puking on him. "....ow." she said quietly staring at the ground for a moment. She wasn't ignorant to the smell of copper that had almost instantly assaulted her nose, almost like it had searched it out.

"Told you it hurts. But you're going to be really pissed with yourself if you don't drink soon; hunger will kick in and such. If there's anything in your gut right now, please lean away as it will all come up until you're empty...at which point the incredible pain in your stomach will begin cursing you." She'd taken it rather well. Few whimpers here and there and a mere ow at the end meant she really needed to give herself more credit; he didn't even have a pain tolerance that high.

She wanted to ask if it would be better to feed before that happens, but her stomach wasn't going to give her the option. Sure enough the reflex of having to vomit kicked in and she moved quickly to turn around before it happened. As he said, it kept up till she was completely empty, and almost as soon as she finished hunger set in.

She looked up at Singe, wiping her eyes on her sleeve, now she just felt awkward for some reason. Regardless she moved toward him a moment. "I take back what I said earlier, hunger pains from starving weren't this bad, least not that I can remember."

Not much he could have done earlier...though true be it he could of given her some ipecac to make that process just a wee-bit easier. Then again, he wasn't in the "easy" frame of mind at the moment. He had to wonder what it would feel like when her organs began to fail and actually displace form her body...that made him snicker.

When she began making her advance he'd smile and shake his head.
"I told you. The more you drink, the worse it gets really. Your body will just want more and more and you'll want to quench that thirst...but to end that pain, you'd need to fast. I've calculated the time needed to be about...three months." He'd shake his head and shrug. "That's not important; this is the part where your body starts to replicate and regenerate cells, thus you need to drink from me to get mine. Bite where you want."

"Three months sounds like a really long time." she pointed out, pouting somewhat. She thought about the context of the last thing he said, and she had to smirk a moment. "Before that, how much of your blood do I need to start that process?" she asked.

Draega would sigh in a tired sort of way. She wanted to know where Kain had gone but at the same time she didn't want to make Maya feel as if she wasn't important. Because she loved her she really did. Still, Draega couldn't help but feel slightly useless. But Maya's hands were gentle and Draega found herself relaxing into her touch. And at length Draega lifted the key from around her neck and let it swing back and forth before her, and slowly, ever so slowly, the details of the pretty little thing came into focus for Draega to see. The moment was not lost on her. With a gleeful sound she turned toward Maya and eagerly let out a cry and wrapped her arms around her, not caring that she was wet, or naked. "Maya! Oh god Maya I can see you! "

Maya knew the comotion that was going on downstairs, that monster who tried to kill Nimm, and then decided to turn her instead? She'd shake her head and then almost fell back, when her sister hugged her as she smiled. "Oh Draega that is such good news!" She'd smile and wrap a towel around her, helping her out of the tub. "How are you feeling?"
PostPosted: Tue May 12, 2009 12:46 pm

"Judging by your small size...a pint. No less, possibly more. I'm not one of those that will freak out and push you off at some point, though...I'll regenerate just as fast as you drink. Thus, I'm kind of like an open buffet...drink until you're sick for all I care; see if you can't drink enough for your stomach to stop hurting." He'd shrug his shoulders and sigh, none to happy he'd cursed her with a life of extreme stomach pain. Still, she seemed in much higher spirits then he'd expected.

She shook her head. "I'll only take enough to start the cell regeneration you mentioned. I'd like to point out that you did indeed send your scythe ripping through my shoulder, which hurt like hell. I've sort pushed hunger pains to the back of my mind and so long as I keep myself focused on something else, it's not so bad." Mind over matter, or even mind over pure hard fact was something she was good at. Adopting the practice to a few things helped quite a bit. Ignorance really could be bliss given the right frame of mind.
