Taro was starting to think he was getting the hang of this freezing thing and looked over to another dummy and walked over to the new one and looked at it for a second before reaching out to touch it and grabbed it's shoulder. He spread ice over the shoulder and looked to his side speaking to Aokiji. "Ice on the shoulder can decrease the speed of most attack slike drawing a pistol, swinging a sword, or even throwing a basic punch. This is a very effective area to freeze if anywhere." He turned back around.

He slowly walked over to another dummy and stood infront of it for afew seconds trying to think of another place to freeze it. He got a block for afew seconds then thought of another effective place. He placed his hand on the dummies stomach area and froze it's gut over in ice and pulled his hnad out of the ice. He then turned to Aokiji told him his targets purpose. "The stomach is a fragile area on the insides and the cold will affect some of their organs slowing their reaction time and may send them into a state of shock."

He turned back to the dummies and walked over to another one in the middle of the croud and crossed his arms while he thouth of another place to freeze the dummy over at. He slowly uncrossed his arms and took his right hand and placed it on the dummy's chest freesing most of his upperbody over and pulled his hand away. "Freezing the chest can effectt the whole body since that's where the heart it and where the blood flows. The rapid decrese in temperature could send them into a state of shock or even into a stroke."

Aokiji looked over to him and spoke up. "Oy~ There are two more critical areas you still havent done." Taro moved to another dummy and smiled slightly as he already had a good guess to what the last two were. He reached out and grabbed the dummies neck freezing his entire neck area over then pulled his hand out of the ice and spoke to Aokiji. "Freezing over the neck section can be fatal since it could cause damage to the voice box or the throat glands making it difficult for them to breathe at all."

He then move over to another dummy almost immidately and took his hand and placed his palm over the dummies face freezing his entire face over then turned back to Aokiji. "And the face. Freezing the face over can make it impossiable for them to breathe and/or see at all. It may also give them brain freeze." He said jokingly and walked back over to Aokiji. He then looked up at Aokiji and waited for a grade. "Well Taro...you did good. You now got the concept of flash freeze down."

Taro looked at the sky and yawned a little. "Uhh, can we take a break for now? Im a littel tired of training right now." He looked over to Aokiji who was already taking a nap and smiled a little as he walked to the HQ docks.

Taro came back to teh training field with his hands in his pockets and walked over to Aokiji who was still taking a nap in the same spot he was in before. He moved over to him and tapped him on the shoulder slightly. "Aokiji-sensei? Ready to start training again." He turned and removed his eye cover looking up at Taro then got back to his feet. "Ayayay~ Ok. Now the lesson is Freeze Over. It's just like Flash Freeze but you freeze over the entire target." He said rubbing his head slightly.

Aokiji looked around a bit while speaking to Taro about the training. "Starting with a large target my be a little hard to start with so well work our way up." He looked down and picked up an average sized rock and tossed it over to Taro. "Freeze the rock over." Taro caught the rock and held it in his right hand and gripped it slightly as he decreased the tempurature in that hand and slowly encased the rock in a case of pure ice. "Ok. What now?" He said in a tone to suggest that that wasn;t to difficult.

"Follow me." Aokiji asid and started to walk in a dircetion and Taro followed him as he said. Aokiji came to an apple tree growing next to a wall and picked and apple from the branches and tossed it over to Taro. "Freeze the apple." Taro caught it and held it in his hand and focused a little harder to freeze the apple over and encase it in ice like the rock. He then dropped the frozen apple and looked up at Aokiji. "That was a little harder but still kinda easy. What do I freeze next?"

Aokiji stood there looking around a little then loooked up into the apple tree again and reached up grabbing a brach of the tree. He tugged and snapped it off and handed it over to Taro. "Freeze this branch." Taro held the branch in one hand and tried to freeze it over but only managed to freeze a section or half of it. He then had to hold it with two hands to freeze the entire thing over with ease and dropped it on the ground making it shatter and smiled. "More contact makes it that much easier."

Aokiji nodded to Taro's assumptino of the technique and walked down the side of the wall with Taro following him. They came to a immature tree and Aokiji stood next to it. "Now freeze this small tree Taro." Taro looked at the sappling for a second then walked over to it and gripped it with both of his hands one near the middle and the other closer to teh lower section and chilled te air around it freezing it over in a matter of seconds and let go of it after it froze and looked back at Aokiji. "Next."

Aokiji looked at him for a moment not reacting ot his statement and then turned and walked over to the weight training area and stood at the edge of the area. He then pointed at a bar with 200 pounds on it and pointed over to it."Freeze the weight bar here." Taro smiled slightly that he didn't actually have to lift it and walked over to it and placed his hands on the middle of the bar gripping it slightly then slowly froze over the bar and the weights like it was no problem at all. He pulled his hands out of the ice and stood back up waiting for Aokiji's next test.

Aokiji didn't waste any time walking away from the training area and down to a side gate at the headquarters and placed his hand on it swinging it open and closed onec then stepped outside the large gate and looked at Taro. "Freeze the gate door." Taro looked at the gate not sure if he could freeze it but walked to it and placed both his hands on it and spread ice over the gate slowly and after afew seconds managed to freeze the entire gate over in ice. Aokiji smiled slightly at his effort and turned to walk towards the HQ building now with Taro following close behind.

Aokiji walked towards the headquarters main building and stopped just outside the main entrance and walked around the building to the side and up to a large boulder. He looked at it whole spaeking to Taro again. "Freeze the boulder." Taro walked over to the boulder and noted that it was larger than any item he has frozen yet and recalled his lesson about the more body contact, the easier it is to freeze. He then placed his body against the boulder like he was giving it a hug and froze it over quite easily and minorly faster than he did with other items. He pulled away from the boulder and turned to Aokiji again to do more training.

Aokiji turned and walked back the way they came across the training field and over to a large oak tree sitting near a wall and tapped it once with his hand and tuned back around towards Taro. "Freeze the tree." He said bluntly and Taro moved over to the massive tree and wrapped his arms around it like a hug and turned into ice slowly freezing the entire tree over from trunk to branches and yanked his body away from the tree and shook the ice off his body. "That was moderately easy. What next?" He said in a normal tone.
