A. You stumble into the Construction Quarter, a group of large, swollen Abominations waiting to greet you. Your screams echo through the slime crusted walls. (You have been eliminated.)
B. You enter a small chamber in the Plague Quarter, distant snarls echoing toward you.

Continue:
The Chamber you stand in tapers off to a long, shadowed tunnel. To the side, along the wall, a mound of crates is stacked. They appear to be blocking an arch way, there's just enough room to squeeze behind them.
A. You decide to take your chances with the tunnel, though you can barely see down it.
B. You investigate the crates, trying to check for a hidden door.
