 Derric sighed loudly. "Look you will find out in a second and they are getting coffee." Derric rubbed his arm.. "you have the strenght of a man you know that?" Derric laughed to himself, and looked at her from his cell phone. "Besides you do not tell mom and dad about this or I will destroy you atom by atom,and I know I can, cause I took chemistry.." Derric gave her a long and hard glare..

ｍｅ "Yuppers!" She laughed at him, unfortunately she knew he was joking. Her strength was pitiful. She sighed, "I'm just excited!" Lannie laughed and then sighed again. All the while she wasn't standing in place, she had to be hyper-active. "Okay, okay! It's not like I would rat ya out anywho." She smiled, ignoring his glare. "Oh c'mon!" Lila laughed again, her bubbly outbursts filling the garage joyfully, "Lezzz go!" Lannie wrapped her arm under his and tried to move but failed. "Derric!" She laughed once more.

Derric sighed again heavily. "Okay okay we are going but if anyone askes your excited about I don't know a quiz or whatever nerds love.." Derric sighed and walked to his car and unlocking it with his keys which he had slipped out of his pocket when he called her a nerd. Derric then continued to open the door and get inside. "Are you coming squirt?"

She laughed and nodded, "Why do ya have to call me 'squirt'?" Lannie faked a pout before getting in the passenger side of the car. "My car is better." She laughed sarcastically, knowing that only she would think a slug bug was better than this. "You never told me what they were like?" Lannie questioned him again and smiled eagerly out the window. She was secretly wondering if any of them had some kind of musical talent as she did, not many people truly did, even though many thought so.

Derric looked at her."What is up with you and all the questions?" Derric glared at her. "I call you squirt cause I have since you were a baby,and second they are the rich I have all the money in the word and their parents love, but can't fill the voids in their lives so they shop,drink,do drugs and for all I know random sex parties now zip the face." Derric used his hand to show her to zip her face.

ｍｅ "I..." Lannie started and then huffed. To herself she couldn't help but want to go to school instead. Derric couldn't do better than the popular kids who were so spoiled they were bored. In the car, she waited for him to start it up and leave. Lannie's arms were crossed in annoyance, she despised these kind of kids. They were the ones that had made life so frustrating for her. She began to hum lightly, still wondering if they could do anything even though they were spoiled brats.

Derric smiled and looked at her. "Hey don't look so down." he turned on the engine. "Who knows you might turn them around and make them less of a drone.." He chuckled softly and looked back, as he back up the car out of the garage,and the drive way. Derric smiled. "Just be your self around them,and um work on the pout some more." Derric shifted into drive, and drove to the coffee shop but taking a route that looks like they are going to school but quickly shifts to the coffee shop.This song came on the radio

She sighed, "My singing is the only thing going for me." Lila sighed, "I'm an outcast, remember?" She curled her finger in her hair watching the houses and the road, not looking towards her brother. She had always been the outcast, the freak, the nerd. But people loved her singing voice, the only thing she had going for her...

Derric Smith Derric blinked as he looked straight ahead. "well you made yourself a outcast.." Derric blinked, and let out a soft sigh. "Atleast you can be yourself, and don't become a clone like me." Derric turned the radio to another station but stopped as he was almost sideswiped by a moron on a honda bike. "Hey Lannie? Squirt could you switch the station." Derric had to correct himself when he called her by her actual name instead of squirt.

ｍｅ Lila ignored him and switched to another station. How could it possibly be her fault she was an outcast. She didn't want to become like everyone in a group. She wanted to be her. If Derric's friends could turn him, she was in for it. A sigh escaped her lips as she continued to watch the passing trees. The coffee shop wasn't too far. When they pulled into the parking lot she brushed the strands of curly black hair she had been playing with behind her ear and got out of the car. The excitement had drained... she was now regretful.

Derric Smith Derric turned off the engines and then got out of the car. "Come on get it over with before I drag you out." Derric smiled and leaned on his car hood waiting for Eva or anyone else to spot them. Derri looked back at Lannie,and smiled fakely at her feeling her regret glowing off her. "and try to smile" he whispered sweetly and yet bitter.

Lannie laughed at smiled at Derric, "I mean coffee... cool kids drink coffee, haha." She rolled her eyes and headed towards the line, the empty line. When the man at the counter asked for her order she smiled, "Apple Cider with whipped cream and lots of carmel sauce! I like the fatty stuff." She winked to him and smiled again, completely serious, and teasing Derric at the same time.

Derric Smith Derric shaked his head with amusement at her, and he walked up next to her. "I will have one too because only cool kids drink coffee right" he said amusingly to the man behind the counter. "And I will pay little sister.." He whispered to her as he had already taken out his wallet, and guess the amount of her little additions to her drink, and his as well and placed the money down. Derric then looked around looking for Eva.

ｍｅ Lila smled and laughed. "Aww... Thanks big brotha!" Her bubbly character always won over a bad mood. Even if she wasn't too thrilled to meet her brother's 'friends'. "Oh yeah... is there like any secret loves or crushes... or what the hell ever... drama...?" Lila spoke more softly, so no one would hear except Derric. She huffed a little at the thought. Not that it would matter... unless she was invited to be in the group. Ha!!!
The man passed their drinks over the counter, watching Lannie with a corky smile. She wasn't paying attention, as she never did but he was trying to get her to. Lannie grabbed the drinks as he took Derric's money.

Derric Smith Derric shrugged as he took his drink. "No well I wouldn't know thats Eva's thing when you meet her and she will give you essays on whats in and whos doing what or whatever." He said taking a sip of his drink and getting a whip cream moustache.."Yeah she's the one you need to talk to about that." He said as he yawned and glared at the guy over the counter.
