What Riku would find upon the island shore was...something not actually on the shore. The sea breeze, though gentle against the skin, was indeed a powerful force. Level with the child's head for only an instant, a small Cottonee would float by, caught on the ocean wind. The air would carry the Pokemon where it might, but from the looks of things this was not the place of it's destiny. As the force of the wind picked up, the Cottonee would be carried off to places far and unknown, giving a simple wave of it's leaf to the girl in parting.

Riku had been traveling when she spotted the pokemon floating in the air on the breeze. When it waved in a friendly nature when passing, the girl waved back. Maybe this area pokemon weren't as dangerous as in the jungle. The girl grinned but then realized she still wasn't getting anywhere in her mission. She then remained focused, once again looking for any fallen giant pokemon in which she could gather parts..
Sir Aiden had tensed when spotting the pokemon. However it had stayed near his trainers head for a second and then with a wave was gone. The fire dog could've simply lit it up and then it would've run away. Well most likely anyway. Though he was still kind of doubting his abilities at the moment. He put his nose to the ground, trying to pick up the scent of metal and follow it. Maybe in this way he could help her find the parts.

Walking along the beach, Riku would heard the loud whistling shout of a boat as it passed; however, this wasn't simply any boat. The back portion filled high with scrap metal, various parts, and a half-ton of garbage, it could be nothing else but a Garbage Barge meant to transport PokeLands waste away.
Slowly, the tugboat pulling the flat bottomed vessel would come to a halt, a man more grizzled then any had ever been stepping out from behind the wheel and onto the desk "Ahoy there lass!" The man would call, waving one arm "Fancy a Trade?"

Riku walked towards the man. Well if he was collecting junk, maybe he'd been able to retrieve parts she could use. She glanced at the sign then glanced at her list. Aha, they did have something that she needed. She pulled out the extra part from her pack and then held it out."I'd like to trade this for an Essential Part." The girl needed to find the other two parts. They just had to be somewhere on the island. Well time to do more exploring.

The look Riku would receive from the man could only be described as if he'd just see a Magikarp walk into land, and bake cupcakes. "What in the seven seas is an Essential Part? Ya've lost me little missy..." The man called out, scratching his thick white beard in confusion.

Riku just looked confused for a second. Oh, right right. She then rummaged through her bag until she came across the list. Holding it up, she pointed to it.."Do you have any of these parts? I'll trade my part for one of these please." She hoped the man could see the piece of paper correctly. She could really use one of those parts and then she would still have to find two more. But at least one would come in handy..

((Prepare for short and horrible posts, for The Fang is tired...it is by luck and boredom alone I am still here.))
Digging into one of his pockets the man would pull out a small pair of reading glasses, holding them up to his eyes only passingly before jumping from his tugboat to the barge. For several minutes he would dig around, and after several more he would toss one...a rather massive and intricate looking gear, onto the shore in front of Riku "Now toss that over here lass!" He called out.

The girl tossed her own part at the man. She grinned, glancing at the part in front of her. Well one down- two more to go. She placed it in her pack and then waved goodbye before shouting thanks. The girl was ready to continue on her mission again. This time, they would continue to travel along the beach. Who knew what kind of other pokemon or fallen giant pokemon could be hiding. Though she'd have to be weary and hope she didn't encounter many giant pokemon. Almost being crushed by two was quite enough for her..

Riku was once again back in the forest. The girl had kind of enjoyed the beach but it was time to get back to business. Besides it was here that there was a higher likelihood of there being fallen pokemon. Glancing around, she began moving in a random direction. This time, she would try her best to find another part. The head mechanic was counting on her and she wanted to prove her own capabilities. Besides, it seemed like the head mechanic didn't like the academy much, deeming it useful judging by the way she had scoffed at Professor Rook. But the academy was strong and reliable. She'd prove that she wasn't a circus act and that her team was really able to complete things..

Once again, she came across nothing so far. Her purple gaze glanced around but although it felt nice and cool traveling through this area, there were still no signs of any parts of fallen giant pokemon. The girl couldn't see above the trees which were everywhere and blocking her view. Sighing, she could only walk in circles and continue onward. Eventually they would have to run into something? Be it pokemon, giant pokemon or fallen pokemon. Of course there could probably be something dark lurking in the shadows somewhere waiting for it's next prey. But really, what were the odds of that?

Well the odds weren't in Riku's favor because despite her traveling, she was still having no luck in finding any parts. Her gaze continued to flicker over the area but there was nothing. She sat down for a second, just sitting there. What to do, what to do. After resting for a couple minutes, she realized that sitting there wasn't going to do anything. The parts wouldn't magically come flying towards her or anything. It was a silly image in her head that made her laugh but she rose to her feet. Time to continue her searching journey. Hopefully she would have much better luck now that she felt refreshed and ready to continue!

Still nothing. The girl continued to travel, unwilling to just sit and do nothing. The forest didn't drag her down or make her tired because it was cool and refreshing. Hopefully she would come across something, anything at this point. Well she didn't want to come across a giant pokemon.. But a fallen giant or even a pokemon would be nice!

As Riku took her next step the ground would suddenly rumble. The leaves of the trees began to shake, following a particular rhythm with the quakes. Suddenly she'd hear it, the deep, echoing cry of "ILLUMISE!" loud enough to shatter eardrums at close range. It was an immense version of the bug-type Pokemon, and it was skipping and leaping toward her! If Riku didn't get out of it's path quickly, she would be a pancake!

Riku's peaceful yet irritating silence was shattered quickly. A giant Illumise popped out and was heading straight towards her. At this rate, the giant pokemon would crush her. Which way should she try and go? Left, right, left, right, left! She rushed towards the left, trying to avoid being squashed by the pokemon!
