Celeste kept going forwards, trying her best to not be right out in the open. It was quite possible that the Foongus was following her, and she was so close to the city that she couldn't stop now.

A Poison Sting would stay otherwise ...as it stuck out of the foliage at her feet. Eyes peering above the water ...of a small lake as the poison type pokemon looked at her with eyes that seemed to radiate hatred.
It was the type that would hound her to the ends of the earth if she wasn't careful ....as it looks at her from the water. A very strange and rare creature indeed, but whether or not ...Celeste would realized it's value to her was something else entirely.

Was this the poison sting her professor was talking about? She got down on her knee's and examined the thing. Where did it come from anyways? She got back up and looked around and noticed a strange creature watching her from a nearby lake. Had he just tried to poison her? Well, this time she wasn't going to run away. If the Qwilfish wanted to battle her, she would fight. She gripped Artemis' pokeball tightly and made her way over to the Qwilfish.

The Qwilfish saw that this time his opponent was coming towards him. Good, he loved a good fight as he sent out another attack of poison sting towards her ....as the pokemon jumps free of the water. He was afterall making it clear what he wanted as well.

The second she saw the poison sting coming straight towards her, she knew it was time to call out Artemis. The bird nudged Celeste out of the way, and flew up to avoid the attack herself. Skarmory (f)

The battle had already started as the Qwilfish hit the water with a splash. Disappearing under the water was his form of defense as he would allow the Skarmory to see nothing of where he had gone.
He had no idea of the futility of that move anyway against the metal pokemon.

So the Qwilfish wanted to play a game of Cat and Mouse... This was a game Artemis was sure to enjoy, and determined to win. She flew around the lake a few times until she spotted the fish deep in the lake and dove down as fast as she could. The impact of hitting the water didn't slow her down, and soon she was under water, aiming her beak towards the Qwilfish.

(20 - 6 + 10 - 10 = 14dmg)
The first strike would hit with enough force to almost break the fishes back. The puff up creature would immediately deflate ......as it's tail would push and turn as the little fish would swim away from the nearly back breaking attack.
Eyes going upwards. This was painful, but she was underewater now. In his territory as he turns around and swiftly come back around for an attack of his own ...as he used tackle.

Diving into the water was an easy thing, but getting out was harder. But a battle on ground was definitely better for her, and thus she needed to get back to land. She started to flap her wings, hoping to "swim" to the top and be able to fly out... All before the Qwilfish was able to tackle her.

It would work as he misses ...his head pointed towards the sky for a moment before he would splash back down towards the earth. This wasn't an easy fight for him to win, and it was even harder ...as he splash back into the water.
This wasn't looking good at all as he looked to try and find a place away from the predatory bird.

This time, the Skarmory wouldn’t follow the Qwilfish into the lake. It was time for Celeste to use one of the pokeballs she had received from her professor. She tossed the pokeball into the lake and hoped it would land near the Qwilfish and capture it.

The dark shadow would follow him from above at it got closer and closer. He tried to out swim it thinking that it was the Skarmory, but as it touches his back and he turns to see that it was infact a pokeball. He regret not putting a poison sting in it as he was suck within and the pokeball itself started to float back up to the surface. It would seem that she was luck that he was light enough that it would float instead of sinking to the bottom of the river.

Celeste was excited to have captured the Qwilfish, but she had to wonder how she was going to get her pokeball without getting herself completely soaked. After seeing her try a few different things to try and reach the pokeball without getting into the water, Artemis finally swooped down and picked the pokeball up with her beak and handed it to Celeste.
"Gee... Thanks." She wiped the pokeball dry and put it away. She called Artemis back to her pokeball. Before she continued on, she picked up one of the poison stings and put it away in her bag. ((Is that what you meant by poison sting?)) (3/5)
