'OH MY GOD...'
Melody's eyes flashed back into red and purple as she became more serious and took a deep breath. Her voice changed back into a slightly deeper, more mature voice as she appeared to be just a bit more calm than her host. "Trisuri, right? Yes, we are heading for a hospital as we speak. Kage cloaked himself in invisibility after grabbing Hexxis, so I am unsure whether he is still following us, but I doubt it since she was his reason for showing up unannounced and getting quite the advantage over us being unexpected as well as he showed up in an armored suit much like Mara's." she gripped the seatbelt holder to stabilize herself as he swerved again and she used every bit of strength to not slam against the side of the van. "I don't sense that we are still in danger, so likely we aren't. As I said, he took Hexxis and got the hell out it seems. I made her more trackable, so once we take Mara to the hospital, we can start assessing how to get her back. Also, Mara should be fine. He mind controlled her into trying to kill herself, luckily it was a graze of the neck and she lost a lot of blood but she's been healed and she should be fine once we can admit her. Though, I don't know how long she's going to keep trying to kill herself, so they may put her under until they are sure she won't keep trying." she sighed, "Honestly, most of this is handled and I'm sorry that Melody made you worry so much about this.. Nothing else is happening now, the worst part is over. It's just retreat, recovery, and regroup now..." she explained, then clenched her teeth as he swerved again and she got dangerously close to hitting the side again. "That would be the driver making a speedy travel to a hospital." She contemplated asking him to slow down or at least use more caution less they get into an accident and they all be thrown from the vehicle, but what good would that do now, they were likely almost there.

"Quick sweep, okay.." she nodded, then took off down the hall silently, peeking into each room as she ran across the building. "I don't see anyone.." she whispered into the comm before coming to a halt as she saw a pair of eyes from beneath the bed of one of the room. "..someone is here... red eyes.. hiding under the bed?..." she relayed, placing a hand on the hilt of her sword in defense as she approached the doorway and stared down at the eyes that had already seen her.

"You must be Alice......... Wish these were other circumstances, but can you put Melody back on the line" his voice was calm but harsh, not reflecting the worry he was feeling and the rise of anger at the BS he was just given. A graze but covered in blood rushing to the hospital?
"Before you go ...when you arrive make sure to warn the hospital then call (her boss) to explain what happened with the meta and what Mara is. The hospital most likely won't belive you on the meta part and treat it as a suicide attempt. If Kage did develop mind controlling powers and she continues to try and kill herself then she could easily do so being a magician." He sighed since this would be a huge problem later for Mara, but it also seems that the rumor about Kage might actually be true.
" You will have to stress this to (her boss) then have them contact the hospital. As for the rest of you who are not injured...if you think it is safe return, gather what you need and rent a room in a hotel nearby. If they are like Norcrest then Belrad will send a representative to take over. Unlike Norcrest they are desperate for good relations with metas to protect them after what happened at parley, so there should be no repeat of Asriel. As for Hexxis, you made her trackable how? " wondering if the GPS on her collar was fixed.
"Stop." There was a mutter and a shifting of things before silence and the sound of opening and closing doors before Tri was back on the line.

Ree nodded and took off down the other end, checking rooms as well, if a bit more slowly. "Red eyes...under a bed?" He stop and turned back around frowning. //Zira?// he tried to call out mentally. "Ask if her name is Zira " he muttered into the comm as he made his way toward Ashral.

Zephyr was focused on driving, not paying attention to peoples reactions to his driving, as he wasn't fully aware that Mara had been healed yet, just that it looked like there had been some major damage to the point that she could die. Gripping the steering wheel, he tried to get his own thoughts in order, trying to come up with a plan just in case, as he didn't have the full details of what had gone on int he room after he had left with Hexxis - which was going to be an issue. Letting out a sigh as he had to come to a stop, a surprisingly steady one considering his previous fast and sharp turns, his eyes darting about from the rearview mirror to the side mirrors as he drummed his fingers on the steering wheel. "This could have gone so much smoother..but how.." he muttered to himself, a habit that would clearly be hard to break.

"Probably start by speaking the truth" She quipped with the car stopped. Alice was talking to someone by the name of Trisuri and they were about to head into the hospital.
Honestly her concern was less about Mara and more about Zephyr. How the f*** did he go from helping kidnap Hexxis to trying to assist Mara. Well, helping was a big assumption, considering he disappeared with Hexxis and next thing you know the moment Kage had walked out Hexxis was basically considered missing.
"Also better security. A combination of organic and robotic measures that can detect a single intruder. Countermeasures against those suits that would help to immediately disable them and a lot less rust when it comes to fighting. Really, a whole hell of a lot of things"

'Oh, everyone just wants to talk to Melody.. that's just... why am I even here right now... I could just.. be out sacrificing myself again ha...' she thought in spite, just annoyed by everything now. "Right, I can do that. I'll make sure information gets the right places. Hopefully, they send someone understanding.. this has been honestly a big mess and nothing seemed to be going right at the moment." she looked to Zephyr as he stopped. "Really.. all the laws.. and you choose to follow only this one... you cease to amaze me right now.." she commented half sarcastically with a sigh, at least taking a moment to breath from the previous reckless driving. Turning her attention back to the phone, "Look, what I'm about to say isn't the best solution, but it was all I knew to do. With that being said, I had Zira attack her so she'd bleed. I don't know if you know anything about me.. but I can track that.. All I know is that she's alive, but she took a lot of hits during combat and Zira relayed that she went down unconscious immediately." she sighed and frowned. "I'm sorry if that's an inconvenience but at this point, there was nothing else I could have done to make sure we could at least try to find her again..." she then closed her eyes. 'You get all that, Melody? Because it's your turn. I don't have the energy to keep doing this, so you need to breath and focus on just keeping it together...'
Melody nodded slowly, then opened her blue and red eyes. "I'm sorry, Tri.." she apologized yet again. "I heard everything you said, so Alice and I will make sure Mara is okay..." she gripped the belt again, to stabalize in case they began to move again. "Kage came in and punched Dr. Enid then told Hexxis to identify him as some Jason guy and she did... I think he messed with her head like he did Mara... Zira stayed behind to make sure Ree would be okay if he arrived... The rest of us are all in a van almost at [hospital]." she spoke calmly but shakily as she sniffled a bit. Trying not start crying again.

Tri glares at Sable's back as tightened his hand on the phone. They injured her to track her blood? If kage was on foot that world work but he can fly, calculate how much she was bleeding..if it will travel along the armor if not directly splash down and how many mile per hour they were flying.... damn it! "In the suit he can fly " he said blankly even so there was a hope that he didn't know about the flight mechanism and just went on foot.
He needed to get back, if she was dead then this was for nothing. Mara was out and there was no one else experienced with either the suits or Hexxis in all of SIU whose personal could now be counted nearly in one hand. He took a breath as Melody took over the phone as he tried not to just hang up and rush back right now. Kage knew Jason ..... Kage knew Jason. Kage was working for Haven, meaning Haven would have her now. "Ree?! No... no. Tell her to stay away from him. Ree has gone with Hexxis's Malice Ashral who recently split. I am pretty sure he did it wanting to change her but he is currently with her. She has already tried to kill me twice and killed others while in Hexxis " he said urgently.

Zephyr rolled his eyes at the comment, the one he managed to catch and one that was worth reacting to. Waving his hand at the traffic infront of them as a truck barreled past, he shook his head and waited for the light to change. He would need much more than cofee after this entire ordeal, but that would have to wait. Once the light turned green, he was off again, making his way to the hospital in still record time.

Syth took in a deep, quiet breath. Sitting back as Zephyr finally slowed the ******** down with his driving. It wasn't like Mara was bleeding out right now. Melody had kind of taken care of that.
Oh well, he didn't respond to her comment. Melody was feeding more information to Tri.

'He can fly!? s**t, of course he can fly... GREAT. Zira! Follow them!!....... Zira?...'
"..i think she's out of range..." she whispered to herself.
'Dammit! The damn thing doesn't have GPS?! How do I track her?! It's like nothing wants to work right! This is infuriating!!!' she was screaming, and honestly would have punched the back of Zephyr's seat in anger, but she wasn't the one in control right now. Melody was. Alice was far beyond pissed about everything. 'Why the would even want Hexxis?! I don't get it!! None of it makes sense!!!'
Melody took a deep breath. "I can't tell Zira anything anymore, we are too far away. But Zira knows who Ashral is and is aware of what she did to you and others... she won't go near them if she senses Ashral is there too. She won't put herself into a situation of danger if she is on her own...." she jumped a bit as the van took off again, then took another deep breath, trying to collect herself. "I'm a little glad Leukos isn't here right now... he'd likely have jumped out of the van to go chase down Ashral too... I don't even think he wants to change her like Ree does... And that's the part that worries me.. Why does everyone like Ashral?? I just don't get it,.. she kills people.." she frowned then sighed heavily, letting her bit of anger mask her fear. "I think things are handled for now... just figuring out what to do from here... Honestly, I think this would have been different had we even known that Kage had a suit like Mara's... That's the only reason he was able to get out after going against all of us like that... " she sighed, "I'll keep you updated with what's happening.. Okay, Tri... I'm sorry that this seems really bad... I just didn't know who else to tell and you helped a lot by telling us what to do when we get to the hospital.. " she nodded even if he couldn't see it. "I'll stay with Mara until she's better if that helps keep worry off your mind..." she offered calmly with a frown.

"Less people chasing Ashral the better. If Ree is smart he won't go with her. Either ways just as long as all of you stay away from her and Kage you should be fine" he tried not to sigh as he shifted in his seat wanting to do something."As for the suit we weren't aware that he did or we would have been more concern. " he said tensely, a lot more concern. "Extremely concern. Again I want you all to stay at a hotel and call (Maria's boss) should be on her second phone (#) do not mention me or Ree. I will try to figure something out for Hexxis and....thank you. Thank you for staying with her " the last part his voice his voice deepen slight as he closed his eyes. "Hide this phone and call me when needed. I need to go" he straightened giving it a few seconds but hanging up as he stared silently toward the road ahead.

As he pulled into the parking lot, Zephyr drove under the main awning of the hospital to where the ambulances were usually parked for emergencies, this being one in his head. "Okay - so. If needed, I can throw money at them to keep things hush hush so things don't get out of hand as the vast majority of us here are Metas." he said quickly as he stopped the van and unbuckled, moving to get out of the car and open one the back door that Melody was on, "With the right words we can get them to believe us, but sometimes money works better than words." as he spoke, he looked to Melody, still grasping the fact that Alice was sharing the same body as this young one. It was a little unnerving, but he hoped that if there was a separation going to happen, that it wasn't as painful as his own.
"Let's get her inside and safe, we'll be able to talk once everything settles." as he spoke, he looked over to Syth, the one meta in the group he was the most uneasy about.

"Talking would be nice" Syth would speak as she unbuckled Mara from her seat belt. Doing the same for herself and moving both of them out of the car.
"I suppose I should wait here then. Nothing screams out a Meta like an angel with a horn on her head"
Trust Zephyr for now. Trust him for now. Melody and Alice got this covered.

She sighed with a frown, "Yeah, I'm sure we can manage staying away from both of them..." she retorted quietly then looked ahead to see they were pulling into the hospital, "Okay, I got it. I'll call them when I have the opportunity... and.. you're welcome." she made a noise of confirmation before hanging up the phone and slipping it into her pocket as they stopped. She felt Mara's pockets for the other phone and grabbed that, slipping it into the opposite pocket. "... doctor... whoever you are... we shouldn't need to throw money at them... I can influence them to stay hushed about all this..." she offered, "But I guess if that fails, you can use your money to convince them..." she added then sighed, then maneuvered to take Mara from Syth so she could carry her inside. "If you want to stay out here, you can... I'll stay with Mara..."
Taking a deep breath, she walked inside and seemed to start shaking with nervousness as the few nurses that saw her jumped up in alarm, rushing over to take Mara and starting in with questions, asking if Melody was hurt as well. She was trembling as she spoke, but tried her best to keep a calm voice about her, explaining vaguely that Mara was attacked by a Meta with mind control powers and what the command made her do. Melody explained that Mara was a Magician and that she herself was fine as well as explaining that she healed Mara but she had lost a lot of blood from the wound. Speaking calmly, and fluidly, explaining that she was Mara's adopted daughter and then asked them politely to keep the whole thing from authorities until she was able to contact other family members and assess what could be done for her, an obvious lie to those with her, but the nurse seemed to believe it wholeheartedly. One of the nurses handed Melody a clipboard and asked her to fill out what she knew of the victim and informed them they would call them back to see Mara when they situated her and had her stabilized. [Using Siren's Song.]
Melody looked back then to the clipboard and moved to sit down in a chair in the waiting room. Her hands shaking as she tried to at least write legibly. Her face was burning as tears were filling her eyes. Taking in a shaky breath, she was obviously trying not to cry again. She knew what she had to do, but she wished she wasn't even in this situation as is. She gripped the pen tightly as she thought carefully on the answers then wrote them down.

Zephyr just stared at Syth and frowned, "You can come with us, just try not to startle people. Most hospitals are fine with metas when they stand out - trust me. Nearly all the hospitals are more interested in helping people and getting their money over causing a fuss." before he looked to Melody when she spoke, just nodding. If the kid wanted to go with a plan that seemed more thought out than his, than she could go do it. He'd act as back up, quickly falling into line for what he'd do when on double-missions.
Falling silent and helping Melody with moving Mara inside, he stood behind the younger woman when she took the reigns of the conversation. More than a little impressed, he did his best to keep his surprise hidden when the girl recited information as if it was scripted, which there couldn't have been much time for her to remember something like that, unless she had the same memory that Hexxis had. Once a clipboard was handed over, Zephyr followed her to the waiting room and watched her try to write. "You're doing good, kid." he said calmly as he sat down, crossing his right leg over his knee and leaning back in the chair, letting his arms rest on the wooden armrests. He wanted to look as calm as possible, hopefully getting Melody to calm down - or if anything, have Alice notice that he was rather calm and get her to calm Melody down.
"For insurance, just write down the following: #00729644. That'll be enough for them to put whatever bill she has under the mercenary coverage. Least I can do for this right now." he paused and turned to look at her, his golden eyes narrowed slightly as he just stared at her, as if trying to figure the girl out. She was so much different than Hexxis, so she must take after Zaku much more than the other parent. "Once you get that filled out, I should go park the van, unless you think we should let Syth try and park it." he chuckled.
