Jigsaw looked at the green cub for a moment about to retalitate, but as he looked at her it really seemed that she wanted to make friends "well...I....i'm sorry...Its just, I've had bad experiences before..and its hard for me to be nice.." he said looking away from her and saying it quickly and crisp so not to sound wimpy. He got up streaching and walked towards the entrance of the cave quickly without a word.
((I guess thats his way of saying sorry XP))
Mei Xing followed Knarnia out to the grass, she stayed quiet trying to practice her stalking, ducking behind bushes and other things if knarnia looked around in her direction. she looked out of the bush she was hiding in at the pastel cub "HI!" she said bouncing out of the bush suddenly.

The little shamrock cub sighed and then yawned finally tired since she first arrived. She curled up by her self and fell fast asleep.

Angela became frozen, half out of shock, and the rest out of relief. She nodded slowly, as it was the only thing her body allowed her to do at the moment. With somewhat panic, she raced through her head to find the right words to say to the friendly lioness before her. Angela gathered up courage and faintly stuttured, "I-I...I'm sor-r-ry if I'm intr-truding." She bit her lower lip gently and faced the cub that greeted her. "Hi...," she said in almost a whisper. She spun back to other and explained her situation rapidly, "Sorry, it's just that I've um- I've been tra-traveling alone." She ended her sentence awkwardly, not knowing what else to say.

Knarnia clearly wasn't expecting someone to follow her, so Mei Xing's greeting startled her. "Yikes! You scared me Mei!" she said, her heart beating fast, Still, she turned to the other cub as she spoke, her heart melting. "Don't worry, you don't have to be alone anymore! You're welcome to stay here with us, our pride! I'm Knarnia and this is Mei Xing. What's your name?"

"sorry" Mei said shffling her paws on the ground for a moment but then looking back up to the other cub "no nead to fear! Its always great to have more friends!" she said walking up to her a little more smiling.
Jigsaw looked out from the front of the cave at the commotion. "wow, wonder whats going on.." he said quietly to himself

Brigett woke and then moved to see what was going on while streching. She looked out near Jigsaw and tilted her head while blinking the sleep from her eyes. "New friend?" She smiled and then looked at the teal amle next to her. "Hey...so do you want to learn a game today?"

Jigsaw looked at her "uh, sure" he said "that would be nice.." he said walking towards her and sitting 'so how do we 'play'?"

Angela's eyes glimmered with true happiness. She shot a true smile at the two and said, "Thank you very much." She paused, overwhelmed at how lucky this encounter was. "Oh! My name is Angela," she added hastily. So much questions to ask, yet it seemed inappropriate to bombarb them with questions..."May I ask how many lions travel in your pride?" she asked politely, tilting her head to get a closer look of the area behind the others.

The green cub grinned at Jigsaw and then thought of the best way to teach him about playing. "Well we can play tag. Thats where one of us has to chase the others andthen tap them somewhere on their bodies so that they will be the one who has to chase the others. Or we could play hide and seek. Thats were one person sits and counts to ten while the others all hide and then the one counting has to go find the others. The first one found has to count next...there are so many games." She sat and ran through a list in her mind. "I could be it first so I could show you how to play better. Or we could just wrestle but then we have to make sure not to hurt each other."

Knarnia grinned at the cub's happiness. She remembered well how happy she had been when Li Na took her under her paw, so there was a hint of how Angela was feeling. "Last time I counted we were five, me and Adrastos, our King, little Mei here and two other cubs, Jigsaw and Bridgett O'Lear. We're few but with time I think we'll all be a great pride!" the lioness answered, heading to the den's entrance. "Here's our home! Feel free to grab a bite on the gazelle inside and explore around the den. I'm gonna go hunt so no one get's hungry and it all gets to everyone, just by the river, so I won't be too far, kay?" Knarnia explained, her tail waving gracefully behind her. "I know you'll like it here Angela!" she said, reassuring, as she padded away, breaking into a run.

"hmm...well, 'tag' sounds interesting" he said after thinking for a little while "can we play with two people?" he asked curiously
"come on! you gotta meet the others!" Mei said to angela bouncing happily in front of her "maybe we can play together!" she said smiling

"Well sure we can. It's more fun with more lions though. That way you have more targets." Brigett said as she grinned. "Why don't we ask Mei and the other new cub if they want to play. Then I will start out being it and go from there." She was happy he was starting to open up to her. He was nice. "Hey Mei. Want to play tag?" She called out to the other cubs.

"Okay, thanks again!" Angela called out, watching the Queen leave with style. The light colored cub would've loved a grand tour of the den, and maybe eat a meal, but she didn't want to disturb anyone, at least not right away. "I would love to meet them, Mei!" said Angela, her eyes sparkling once more. She heard the call of another cub of their pride. Our pride, thought Angela, beaming in delight. "Tag sounds like fun!" she said cheerfully to Mei.

While she ran, trying to find a game's scent on the air, Knarnia's mind was elsewhere. She was radiant that they had provided a home for four cubs already, probably saving them from a rather unpleasant death. It was what she had wished for when coming with Adrastos, after all... Then why did she have the feeling that something was still missing?
The lioness stopped under the shade of an acacia, looking up to the clear blue sky. Why had she come indeed? She meditated on Anya's words, just before leaving Karver's pride. Was what she felt, when looking at the Orca King, called love? The more she thought about it (a rare ocurrence...) the more Knarnia doubted. Yeah, Anya was wrong. A silly fanged grin showed on her face. Adrastos was more of a best friend than anything else to her. It was just her care that had impelled her to follow him, and the wish for a new surrounding too. A quick change of heart? Maybe, but it made her feel better. And, after all, it was Knarnia's way of being. Go figure...
With that out of the way, the lioness resumed her run, picking up a particularly strong scent from the southern part of the river.

"Awsome! that sounds great! who's it?" Mei said bounding over to them happily
The teal cub looked at the new cub and nodded slightly saying "hello" before turning back to Brigett. "so we run and you try to get us right..?"
