She tilted her head at him, "Niobe is with another. A lioness, she attempted to ruin our hunt but she failed." Her expression hardened as well as her tone. "Lastly seen by myself she was starting to go after her." She looked to him, "I hope my answer is manageable but I didn't stay to watch Mandolin and I brought the zebra back to the den." As she looked in his eyes she felt something that she hadn't before, strange she thought.

He nodded his magestic head, "She's fine on her own. Has a killer left paw." He lifted his own over-sized paw and rubbed his jaw, he'd felt it a couple of times.
"Thank you for helping more than you should have." He nudged her cheek with his muzzle. He was affectionate in certain moods. He ached to get back to the cave and rest, his body was weary after having been on his paws for days cleaning this place up, and now..this place was his home, and hers, and all those who came to be with him in his land.

She smiled a bit thinking of Niobe and imagined her socking Benoni a few times.
She blushed as much as a lioness could have as a tingle went down her spine as he nudged her, "It really isn't a problem, I'm glad to help. Wouldn't want you to think I'm helpless." she winked, smiling warmly. "You look tired, there is food awaiting you." she beamed

"I thank you for your kind offer." Asiam bowed again. The sunset-colored teen stepped inside the borders, looking around. All he wanted at the moment was to sleep. Staying close to the border, Asiam finally selected a low tree.

He nodded to the male, " I am Benoni." He said as he watched the teen lower himself. " Your welcome to stay for as long as you need."
Glancing towards Kila he chuckled " I doubt you'd be helpless an any situtation." He nodded his head once more. Lowering his paw back to the earth, Benoni glanced towards the cave, the heart of the pride. Or so it would be.
"Rest sounds good, and thank you for the kill." He watched her with his dark lavender eyes, she held many mysterys about her. He was intriged to find them all out.

Her tail flickered as her brow arched, as he spoke. "It was a team effort." she grinned looking into his lavender eyes, they were so enchanting. She watched him stand their, "Well are you coming?" she laughed some what melodic and nudged him with her shoulder as she started to walk off, but stopped a bit far off to turn her head and look with her azure eyes to see if he was coming.

He chuckled at her and nodded his head. "Alright, I'm coming." He padded after her, he was almost lazy in his movement but he seemed to make it appear as if he was on the prowl.
"I'm thankful no one was injured during the hunt." He moved up beside her, his eyes flicked back towards the cub making sure he stayed close. He wasnt going to lose anyone yet. "Later, I'll send Niobe to bring our guest some of the meal."

"Good, cause if I had to drag you back it wouldn't have been pretty." she watched him walk and it made her smile a bit, it looked as if he were looking for something.
"Get hurt?" she asked. "Were professionals we don't get hurt." she tried to harden her expression so it looked as if she were aggresive and tough but at the moment she was to happy for some reason.
"If you'd like I could take it to him?"

He cleared his throat, and stared at her for a moment. "Oh yes, professionals. How could I have forgotten?!" He mocked a bewildered look as he then chuckled. " I dont think you could drag me back, I wouldnt allow it." He arched his head proudly. "And no, it is part of her responsablity." He nodded his head, she was..princess of the land as he was her brother, so that made her princess right?

Her smile soon was back when he started to mock her, "Yeah, you better not forget it next time." she was laughing a bit as she spoke. She watched as he started to get proud, "Well then, I suppose I'll have to stay their with you and guard you. Cause you might get scared being left alone and all." Her eyes looked to him curiously to see what he would do.

Lifting a paw, he shoved her shoulder and shook his head. " So odd.." He chuckled, then he paused. Glanced at her with a seriously look, " I'd like it very much if you spent the night with me." He could mask his emotions well, so the playful gleam that should have danced in them, was hidden and locked away.
He looked away bashfully.

She laughed, as he shoved her "Thanks." She fluttered her eyes playfully. She looked at him intently when he was talking about spending the night, she was trying to decipher, if he was being true or not. She grinned, "Well than, I suppose we'll tonight than since I'm with you and your pride now." she added. A soft expression appeared upon her face as he looked away.

He paused in his step, he hadnt thought that. Well, she was right. He turned and smiled at her, slowly the cave was upon them. He bowed his head to her and the small cub as he lifted his muzzle, he let out a roar that echoed across the land, stating, he'd returned to the cave.
The land quivered under his paws as he then snapped his jaws shut and licked his muzzle. He'd let the hunters dine first, then the cub and then himself.

She sat on her haunches, "So, interesting conversation," she beamed with sarcasm. Her muzzle raised as she scented out the other lions, Niobe wasn't any where near close. She lay down getting comfertable and lay her head upon her indigo paws as she looked at her King innocently.

With a yawn, he stretched out his claws and dug them into the hard earth, clawing it up and kneading it with his paws. He slowly slide down onto his belly next to her, paws outstretched he turned to her.
" Kila, go eat." He motioned towards the kill, he wasnt to hungry yet anyways. He glanced around, sniffing the air. Niobe should have returned already, but she wasnt. This worried him slightly.
