...Meanwhile back at Hogwarts: When Hermione got to the dormitory she didnt go directly to bed as planned. Smoething told her she should write to Tonks. She hadnt heard from her in a while and she knew how depressed she had been since serious, then Dumbledore died. she got out a piece of parchment and a quill and began to write...
Dear Tonks,
I havent heard from you in a while, how are you, things are so crazy around here this year. everyone is really scared and nobody can trust anyone around here anymore. i hope you and Remus are doing well.

I will just send this tomorrow she thought after she finished. I dont feel like trying to get past the teachers tonight... security has gotten really tight this year. With that she got into her pajamas and got into bed. The letter on her bedside table waiting for morning.

Finally it was the next morning...Isabel woke up in her bed in the Ravenclaw dormitories and yawned. She decided to take a nice walk up to the Owlry to see Ginger and send a letter to her parents back home. Silently Isabel got dressed, walked down the stairs, and exited through the room. She began to walk in the direction of the Owlry...

Nessa woke up, yawned, and petted the wolf that lay by her side. "Come on Ukala." She said, getting up and beginning to get dressed. "Let's move it. We gotta head to the Owlry to see if Finn sent word on father." Once she had fully woken and dressed, she and the wolf ran full speed up to the Owlry, only to stop and notice someone was already there. "Hey, is this private or can I come in?"

Nessa grinned and waved. "Hi Isabel! I'm Nessarose," she made a face. "But you can call me Nessa. And this," she pointed to the gray wolf by her side. "Is Ukala." She looked up to see a swallow perched on the window, cheeping angrilly at her and wiggling it's leg. Nessa ran and took the letter, letting the tiny bird fly away and avoid becoming the owl's prey. Nessa read the note and immidiately went pale. She sank to the floor, letting the note flutter down as well. It's contents were disturbing.

We have been betrayed. Father and Mother are dead. Alaric and I are coming for amnesty.

"I don't know what happened," said Isabel. "A letter came for her and all of the sudden she collapsed! I suppose I could use some help getting her to the hospital wing. You can grab that arm." said Isabel, pointing to Nessa's left arm.
