First you send White Cherry Blossoms a trade. Title it '2nd Design'. After that, you pm MiZyeL telling her you want a card and when you birthday is (in the format Month/Day) and a number from 100-99999 that you want to be your 'ID number'. That number will go below the image of your avatar under the barcode.
