The wall hardned and a hand of ice came out caught it and then crushed the metal before droping it.

he made handsigns and he swung his scythe as a wave of plasma came out the tip towards the wall

(well it's from an aquafer so it would be close to distilled i think.)
The plasma cut threw the watter but the wall just formed back up instantly. It had no reason to stop anything but him. Trying to stop the flow like that is like running a sharp blade through falling water quickly. It seperates but goes right back.

(ok)
he thought of another thing. he made some more hand signs and placed his hands on the ground, sending a magnetic wave all around, making the minerals in the water magnetic and the iron in ices blood magnetic. the minerals clumped up into a ball about 2 inches in diameter. the ball flew towards ice

Ice was a little puzzled why he tried this when a shruiken hadn't worked. Water from his gourd came around and hardened into ice to block the ball.

while he was distracted he threw a kunai with an exploding tag towards the wall making an opening that he quickly went through and made handsigns. he snet an electric bolt to the ball, making it explode, blowing debree at ice.
