"No worries. If you don't mind, I'd like to stay for bit longer, visiting you. I could help with the healing process, and I'd enjoy talking with you." He looked to the priest, "Is that okay with you, Father?" He needed to get all the info he could from Alhana, though he wouldn't force anything from her, she had gone through enough. The situation at hand was dire, and he needed to get in contact with someone who could help.

Ayame laughed softly, "It seems you've read my mind." Funny thing about that comment was a little known fact about Ayame; she could read minds, although not that well. That was the reason why she pretty muched seemed like a regular person- nevertheless, "So, let's go!" She smiled happily and held an arm out, signalling for Rae to lead the way out to.. well, whereever they were to head next.

(This is probably going to strech on an on, but i'm posting allot of infromation in one post with many other posts to be written elsewhere on top of that to coencide with this one. So without further ado, my post *takes a deep breath*)
Tolly finished eating and went back down to the planning area to look over the maps once more, he noticed some of the pieces he made were missing so he determined that some plans were in motion. Some they discussed, others spurring form them, but he had hopes that they would return safely without trouble.

 --------------------------

(this ties into resistance somehow, but its posting here so Nyaa!)

Yumiru and Hiyru followed their guard as they walked the forests of Domachi, they had been hiding in them for what seemed like months after having left the city. What was worse was weeks after that their mother went off with their other guard and hasn't returned. They all thought the worst, but even witht he ability to confrim it if was true or not, unescessary use of power was forbidden. The logic the guard told them for this was because demons could sense the shifts in energy and might come to investigate the source, and they would be killed by sheer numbers if discovered.

This logic scared the two children from breaking the rule, but the guard did allow one transmisson via messenger crystal to vermillion as they rested near a valley with high winds. Vermillion instructed them to stay in hiding and try to make their way to the forest of T'Cique.

 (One week before current time)

As they were passing through the Tsukuhi region, nearing the cross roads they were jumped by demons. Their guard gave them his messenger crystal and told them to send a message to the lady Nadira after they got to a safe place. The guard held off the demons long enough for the two children escaped to safety, but now they were traveling alone and scared. To afraid to use the crystal since what was told to them before, and by what happened weeks after its use to call vermillion. They stayed moving as much as they could, but in the far distance they could see a tower, and not knowing who lived their they kept moving not wanting to expose themselves to attack.

 (current)

The two set up camp in a small grove of trees in what was known as the Kesshi region, althought hey didn't know this at the time they knew the trees offered some protection from sight. The tower was barely visible, but they knew all to well it was there, and they prayed to the gods that the forces their would not come seeking their heads.

The small fire was comforting, but offered little heat for them. As soon as their vegtables were cooked it was put out. The stars were out, and they ate watching them. However yumiru fished out the crystal that she eventually ended up carrying. "Hiyru, I want to send a message, how do you do that again, i didn't pay to much attention in that class."

Hiryu sat up and looked over at her; "your not sending a message anywhere, you saw what happened when we sent messages, and you want that to happen to us?" Yamiru thought a moment; "I only wanted to do what the guard told us to do, and were in the middle of nowhere. you could sniff out the demons if they were coming..." "That is not the point yumiru! Sure I can smell them out, you can fly, but the only problem is we would be seperated, and if we stayed on the ground demon noses would follow us just as well As I would be able to."

"We half to do something Hiryu, were lost, we barely make by on what we can catch, and we hardly rest any before walking all day." Hiryu thought on it some more; "Alright, you can send word to this person, but try to make it sound like there is more then just us here. You simply ask the crystal to send word to womever you wish to contact, and speak your message to them. The crystal will disappear to deliver the message since who were contacting doesn't have another messenger crystal to receive it on."

Yamiru nodded and spoke to the crystal; "Messenger crystal, i wish to send word to Lady Nadira. Message as follows:

I Yamiru and my brother Hiryu are both searching for peaceful lands and protection. The death of our father lord toleranth, and the disappearance of our mother Yami have promtped our guardians and us to make the plea for help. This may give away our postion however we are in sight of a tower, just past a large crossroads, and we have instructions from Lord Vermillion to go to a forest named T'Cique. I shall remain here to recive your party while the rest of my party ventures to the forest in case this message is intercepted. I hope with my heart your in good health, and lord vermillion is awaiting us at T'Cique."

The crystal disappeared and Yumiru looked at Hiyru; "find I hiding spot within smelling distance, but one that also allows you a decent escape route. If I scream, you run and i'll fly to join you."

Hiyru nodded getting up and heading off to the south and making a burrow in the grass to hide in.

The next morning arrived, with Alhana awake and sitting on her bed. The Priest wasn't awake yet, she could tell that from his steady, slow breathing. She couldn't see a thing, and she sighed. She touchec the soul gem that dangeld from the gold chain, and felt Auren's reassurance.
 She continued to wait.

 ====================

The Priest awoke with a start, and discovered that his charge was already awake. "You... you're awake?"

"I cannot sleep much anymore. Tell me, Father, have you heard of a Lord Toleranth... and if yes, do you know how I can contact him?"

 "Yes... Why do you ask?"

"Because I wish to help him..."

 "Betray your own Husband... Why?"

"Auren wishes to betray his master just as much as I do. I am not betraying him." She replied fiercely.

"Yes, though I need to know your name."

"Alhanaeleroth Shiro. He will know my name."

 "Okay, Alhan..."

"Don't worry about it. Alhana will do."

"I have no destination in mind, i would just like to get out for a stroll," she replied as she followed Rae out the door. "I'm not hungry-although perhaps you are?- nor is there anything i need to purchase anywhere." With that, Ayame shrugged a bit, and looked to Rae.

"Lord Toleranth, a messenger has dropped off a eyes only message for you, do you wish to see it now or take it up to your private quaters?"
Tolly looked up rather intrigued by the fact someone would make it eyes only material. "No, I'll take it right now."

The messenger handed over the sealed envelope, and tolly noticed the imprint in the wax seal holding the edge over.

He opened the letter and read the details inside, although short in length, but had a rather blunt point to get across. Tolly folded the letter over and looked at his assistant. "Stay here in case any of our guests return looking for me, but I must go see to a matter personally for a spell. I should return shortly with hope."

Tolly left shortly thereafter, and knocked on the Priest's door. If Alhana was truly in there she would have sensed him coming since entering the village.

The Priest answered the door, while Alhana sat in one of the pews, and heard the door open. She had immediately sensed his presecene enter the village, and awaited him with a mixture of fear, hope, and anxiousness.
She turned to face him, the same white blindfold covering her eyes that had faced the Priest had faced him.

"It has been a while, Lord Toleranth."

Tolly entered the church; "Too long, but apparently Loas stirs a bit uncomfortably knowing I've returned stronger then I was. However, the lengths of that he will have to test on his own, but what brings you out of hiding and calling upon me?"
Tolly didn't understand the blindfold as of yet, but he reached out with a hand and touched her shoulder with his fingertips.

"Hiding? No. I was captured by Laos' minions. That Sibel b***h did this to me. I cannot survive in my dragon form, and Auren has repaired the worst of the damage done to me. I had disappeared to look for Arkayid and to gather intelligence upon his Citadel. Sibel has access to these scrolls that have spells that make the worst that Arkayid, Auren, or I can do in a day's work."
Alhana raised her hand and rest her slender hand on Toleranth's.

"Auren rescued me from being Sibel's plaything last night. I have been out of the loop for a while. When Auren told me what had happened, I had figured that you would be the best to talk to. By now, a folder of documents should've made its way into Tsuki's hands. I know some of what's in there, but not everything. As Auren put in his ever blunt matter. 'With the folder I gave Tsuki through the Wyverns, the Resistance will know what the guards are having three weeks from now, and where they're gonna change their clothing.
If you do doubt Auren's words... I'm sure this will change your mind."

With that, she withdrew the soul gem from her shirt, and held it out.

It was the same color that Auren's was, and if Toleranth were to touch it, he would find that even though Auren's form was corrupted, his soul was not.

Tolly moved slowly to sit in the pew in front of her without letting her hand fall off his shoulder.
"This does complicate things to say the least, Vermillion sacrificed himself rather then fall prey to Loas or Sibel, he was very strong, and given a few more years of training and practice...probably been my equal before my prey to Time syndrome evolution. However I look forward to reading this report, but answer me one question. What is wrong with your eyes that cannot be repaired?"

Alhana nodded to herself. She raised her hands and undid the blindfold, letting it slip off, before catching it and holding onto it.
Where her eyes were supposed to be were pits of nothingness, the eyes that were supposed to be there were long gone, gouged out and burned to cinders, along with the optical nerve was fried as well.

"From what Auren has told me, the damage is severe. The wound was left untreated long enough that they will never heal. I tried to regenerate them earlier, but it doesn't matter, the wound has been left alone too long. Auren burned the infection for me, so they are not life threatening. I've also yet to devise a spell that will allow me to see again. Not being able to read has its disadvantages like that.

"In the meantime, Auren is biding his time, and is awaiting the word the backstab Laos. The Wyverns too were resurrected, and they are not bound to Auren or Laos, as Auren is bound to Laos. Essentially, Toleranth, I can send a message to let Auren know to relocate the Wyverns to your resistance base."

No, if anything use them to their purpose for now, I don't want too many people above ground, or near the location to draw too much attention. Loas has his spies as well.
As to your eyes, there is a way I can offer, but you'll half to petition their leader first. It would require a symbiotic relationship, and you would see as any other would, and they can be fitted to look as normal glasses.

The decision is yours, but if you wish to return with me to my headquaters where sibel can't reach you. I gladly extend my invitation.

Tairon silently left the Inn room, allowing his sister more sleep. He walked to the church, going inside. He found Alhana and a stranger, who, again, felt familiar. He waited until they would be finished talking, as he would not want to interrupt intentionally.
