"Former Sword of Hell, i'm glad you choose to help. this fight would be far too impossible without your skills on the battlefield." he says, and then falls silent, drawing out Ryuusei and quickly taking a defensive stance.
a far too familiar feeling of being vulnerable washes over him, and he prepares for an attack of some kind...
the symbols upon his skin begin to glow once more, drawing out the potential of the inner flame and inner light within his soul. relaxing his illusion--the human form that he shows--so much more energy is freed up, although foxlike ears and many tails appear on his form, and his nails grow more into claws than actual fingertips.
The latent energy wells up inside of him and it shows as he seems that much more powerful, that much quicker.
that much more feral.

Shessia looks back into the cave. "Must be a lowlife demon," she muttered, and began to walk back to the village.
"Hey, if it's alright with you, I'm heading back. I mean, it's been a long night," she said said, Sadly remembering the days when she didn't need sleep.
She notices the presence following her.
"Hello Shessia," a silk voice whispered in the wind, but she had no clue who it was.

((i don't care if it is double posting, i'm bored))
Shessia soon got to her house. Instantly she fell asleep, and began dreaming.
She was standing before an altar. "Do you admit your crimes?" a voice called out from behind her. "Yes," she murmured. Blood stained her clothes, and her blade. An angels wing had strouted from her back, and a devil's wing with it. "Your punishment is undeniable," said the same voice. She found herself falling, and shadows grower bigger. Infront of her were the Sins; and the beckoned her. "Come back to us." But she knew they gave empty promises, and would be the death of her. behind her she felt the Virtues, but they gave the same empty promises. SHe knew neither Heaven nor Hell would ever take her in.
Hours later she woke up sweating, hoping it truly was a dream. A dream composed of memories, but dream none the less.

he sits on the ceiling of the local inn and stares up at the stars as he falls to sleep, and immediately gets a horrible sensation in his body as he begins to dream.
"For these sins against your own brethren, for these lies and the blood that has been shed, you are banished from these realms. May the pain and torment you shall endure serve as a reminder of why you are so cursed, Arashii." the gavel strikes hard, and the plunging sensation.
He falls for what seems an eternity, until he strikes the ground and lies there. dark beings begin to appear around him, each taking a different form.
"yesssss...he sssshall do very nicccely..." a very slender shadow says.
"Indeed. he still bears the heavenly light..a dangerous mix with our own darkness. Perhaps we should separate him from it..." says a very feminine one.
"NO. HIS FALL WAS NOT MEANT TO BE. HIS LIGHT WILL NOT BE SNUFFED, WE CAN USE IT STILL. THUS I HAVE COMMANDED, AND THUS YOU SHALL OBEY." comes a booming voice, one that seems to reverberate across one's soul and tear it to shreds.
the other shadows, much smaller than the last, are joined by five more, a total of seven small figures and one that looms over them all. The Sins he thinks, but cannot do anything else. the darkness creeps in around him, until he can no longer see.
He awakens in a cold sweat, remembering the days that followed. remembering when the angels came and used his soul as a conduit for the binding spell, sealing away the leader of the Sins. The Morning Star, the darkness within us all. Oblivion himself...
He looks up into the sky and wonders why he did it, back then. why, when he could have chosen to fight them, he stood beside them as their minion, their assassin, their own angel of death. Why they sent him to search for those artifacts, and he knew the answer already. He was weak, and in serving them it diminished his inner light. it destroyed him. had he stayed any longer, he would have turned himself into an evil such as themselves.
it's unfortunate, though, that they gave him the power he would need for the coming war...

"I can't believe I'm doing this," she murmured, weeks later. Helping a fallen defeat the Sins would have been death of her years ago.
"Then, ofcourse, I'm a Fallen myself, so it really shouldn't matter." Thinking about this for a moment, she realized it made perfect sense, and she laughed.
"Oi," she called to the Fallen "Any secret past your not telling me?"
She paused for a moment.
"Would you like me to tell you mine?" she asked, "It could affect how well we work together; other than that it is none of my concern."

((where is everyone??????????????????????????????????????????))
Shessia waited, but no reply. Rolling her eyes, she walked outside. She felt a great aura coming from the north. Quickly, she sought after it. Who t was when she got there shocked her. It was Wrath. Looking at the face she had never hoped to see again, she froze. Wrath turned and laughed at her. "Sword of Hell...t has been a while," He said jeering at her. "What are you doing here?" she snapped at him. Boy, did she hate his guts. He laughed some more, then held out his hand. "Offering you a place back with us," he said. She spat in his hand. He took anger to this and slapped her hard across the face. She drew out her sword. "You're worried because one of your one is dead," she said. "If that is how you see it," he answered, and began to cross back into the other world. Damn punk, she thought to herself. Naturally he would try to get her back on his side. However, he was gone. Quietly she headed back to the village--no one needed to know about this encounter. Shessia found it strange Shessoa didn't come out when she had gotten near him. Maybe Shessoa had---!! No that can't be, Shessia thought.

Mishna nervously chuckled as she looked at Kero and Yue. "We don't need to interfer. Lets just get away with our valuables, and continue to Toridoki Shrine." She picked up the bags, and once agained secured them. Yue reclaimed his spot on her head, and nuzzled her hair softly. Mishna decided that walking through the allys would be best so she wouldn't have to comfornt anyone.

After a long period of time, Shessia figured she'd leave the village. After all, she had her own mission to attend to. She got to a river and found a girl asleep near a spring.
"Yo."
