Hallo! You all can call me Enigma, or Green, or whatever suits your fancy. ^^
Not even half a year and OOMPH! is already up to the top on my iTunes and iPod. Right now, I'm in love with Ego (the song, not the album), Das letze Streichholz, Augen Auf!, Gott ist ein Popstar, and Die Schlinge. Love them all. OOMPH! is also what I go onto YouTube for most of the time. So yeah. Dero and Flux, FTW. Crap rocks, too. X3

Not even half a year and OOMPH! is already up to the top on my iTunes and iPod. Believe me, in time you'll want to know more than just the songs wink Hm...I never really bothered to learn about a band's members until Rammstein. Then it was OOMPH!. I don't always like the members though. I like Fall Out Boy (yeah, that's right. Don't shoot me, please.), but I hate Pete Wentz. I kind of like Tokio Hotel, but I have no particular joy with the Kaulitz twins. I ADORE Jussi 69 of the 69 Eyes more than I like the band. But OOMPH!...seriously, the guys in this band are awesome, good looks or no. They seem like incredible fun and well-rounded people. Dero's my hero and I respect him greatly. So it might be worth your time to get to know them. wink (which you actually can do on their official website...well, you can get to know Dero. The other two aren't on as often.)

Anyway, I said I kind of like them. As in, there's about three or four songs that I enjoy listening to. Tokio Hotel doesn't deserve this huge following (even if it is made up of teeny fangirls), I agree. And I never compared OOMPH! and TH. There is absoballylutely NO comparing the two. TH is pop and OOMPH! is delectable electronic/industrial goodness. And...to give Bill credit, he no longer sounds so much like a girl as he used to. His voice still isn't that great though. But, meh. Neither is Till's, and I adore the hell out of Rammstein.

Oh god, i got this one really old copy of "Rette Mich" by TH once when I wanted to know what the fuss was about and xDDD MY VOICE WAS LOWER THAN BILL'S. But...meh. IDK. I couldn't get RM out of my head for a while, but they're just WAAAAY too overhyped.

I love RM. They're how I found out about OOMPH!. Seriously. Although. I have to say. Till's voice is definitely lower than Dero's, and is more....I dunno. I can't explain it. But their sound is good. And so is OOMPH!'s. Which is why I can't really say I like this one better than that one. It's basically comparing oranges to grapefruit. There are similarities, and there are differences. -prepares to be attacked by people saying that it's like comparing limes to plums-
I still catch myself thinking that RM sounds a lot like OOMPH! in the songs. The similarity blows me out of the water sometimes, even though I know that RM was inspired by OOMPH!.
