Gah! I'll trade you hair!

There are... four characters I'd like to cosplay as... all of which are blond. I've got damn, dark brown hair... I hate it. I'll have to buy at least two wigs. -.-; And I look stupid as a blond at that...

Naw, you don't sound vain. You are lucky you like what you were born with! It's so annoying to loathe one's hair color and eye color. Though, I think I hate my eye color more than my hair. I don't mind my hair color, as much as I dislike the fact that it is curly and untamable. That is what truly bothers me.

Ack. Oh well, I complain to much.

@Akila: Ah, I see. XD;; Well, sorry to say it, but brown is really the only eye color I wouldn't prefer over my own... I have blue eyes. XP I really don't care for the color, and I don't like it with eyes. And they're really deep blue, so people always comment on them! gonk I'd want green or hazzle eyes or something... or black... we can just hate our eye colors together then. ^^ *patpat* Look at it this way: you have the same eye color as Jounouchi, while Marik and I have the same eye color as Kaiba. XD;; That should make all three of us happy.
@Marik: I'm pale too, though with the dark hair. People say I look Italian, but I don't have much Italian blood, if any... (thank God I'm not hairy though... the hair on my arms is a lot lighter than on my head for some reason...) Ah, but that sucks that you burn easily! D:
@Akila: Ha, I tan well too. XD;; Our skin sounds pretty similar. The skin on my ankles is practically white because I always wear high socks, but the skin on my arms is tan enough where I don't look like a ghost at least... (I still look pale, though I'm actually much paler than I look. XD;; )
@Marik: I hate bathing suits too. XD;; I'm very conservative... I hate showing skin... I wear shorts a lot, but they're always the long ones that go down to your knees, and I never wear tank-tops. So I wear swim trunks over my swim suit. XD;; Oh, but that sounds really crappy, that you can't use any skin products. D: My skin breaks out with certain plants and with a lot of make-ups, but that's about it... but I'm glad you do okay with the blood pressure thing. My blood pressure is the opposite; abnormally low. XD;; Sometimes I can't donate blood because of it. I don't know what my body temperature is normally at, but I do overheat easily... especially in cars. I almost passed out the other day while working outside, even though I should be used to over-100-degree weather by now. XD;;

@Kitsune: B-but Jounouchi's are more like hazel than brown... and you two have such beautiful eye colors! I envy you!! @_@ I want contacts.... but, yea I think I'd like to have green eyes. Or purple. Tehe.

I guess California would be in between Georgia and Arizona temperature wise. Plus, like Arizona we have dry heat - rather than the humid, sticky kind.

I don't really wear socks during the summer. It's all flip flops and tank tops for me. I usually have a giant swim suit strap line on my back though. I used to be really uncomfortable in shorts and such, but since I've become a lifeguard I've gotten a bit less insecure about it. ^^ I do like tank tops cause I sweat a lot, (how embarrasing) and I feel so clastrophobic wearing real tee shirts (unless it's really cold) and I feel sooo much more comfortable in them, like I can move my arms and stuff. But I definitely prefer jeans over shorts.

I don't wear shorts with my swim suit cause it feels like an extra weight. I mean, I feel less insecure - but again, being a swimmer taught me that it's okay to be a bit flawed body-wise. So, yea even swimming without a cap bothers me now, we try to make our selves super light when we swim, so it's natural added weight would pester me.

@M2K: Yes, I'm a lifeguard. XD; I don't understand why people think it's so cool. It's pretty annoying. But yea, we basically yell at people and do first aid and stuff. We also have to clean the pool which is annoying. Oh, and teach little kids how to swim. Another annoying aspect of the job. I never liked kids, but my job has taught me how to stand them a little bit more. ^^; I hate my legs as all. Even though I work out a lot, my legs never get any thinner! O_O It's annoying!!! I have tree trunk ankles and I know it... *bawls* U_U

Are you serious about that moisturizer thing!? That's horrible!! O_O I'm sorry, dear. *pat*

gonk I hate having dark hair!! But, since I am out in the sun so much, during summer my arm hair turns blond too. It makes me laugh - cause I think I am pretty hairy but it goes unnoticed in the summer. Enh... legs are still a problem. I don't shave as much as I ought to, but I have to do it all the way up for swim meets. (Meaning I do it once a week... XD; I'm LAZY)

@superwhatever: We were on topic, but then the topic ended up coming to this. I hope it's not problematic to discuss things and make friends in this guild. And, if you wanna change the subject you should be a bit more polite. *frown* -.- If you don't mind.

@Kavvana: Holy crap, that's really scary! O.o I mean, I scar easily too... but that's just crazy! And... that binder thing is really scary... because I swear, the EXACT same thing happened to me! I scratched my leg against my binder in the car once, and it did break the skin, but not enough where it was bleeding. Just enough where I had some dead skin. I still have a scar on my leg from it though. o.o Maybe binders are cursed...
You can see the hair on my arms if you look close enough, but they're an extremely light brown color, much lighter than my head hair. And I shave my legs everytime I shower, because they feel itchy if I don't. XD;;;
I really like donating blood. I get a bit dizzy afterwards for the rest of the day, but it's so worth it to me. ^^ I always feel like I'm not a very charitable, giving, or helpful person, but donating blood just calls to me, and it's one of those few things I feel I help in. I mean... I'm such a penny pincher I hardly ever donate money (unless just some spare change once in a while to a little box someone's holding, but even then I feel like I'm giving up too much money. XD;; ) and I'm not very sensitive to other peoples' feelings... I have an attitude where I feel awkward when people do things for me, so in turn I hardly do things for other people, because I subconsiously thing it would make them feel awkward... *sigh* Don't know why I like giving blood though compared to all of that. Needles don't bother me at all, but the site of blood does. All I do is not look. XD;; I guess I'm pretty useful in it too, because my blood comes out quick (last time I gave blood I was one of the last to begin but I was still out before a lot of other people) plus I have a semi-rare blood type, at least for America. (B positive) Most common here are A and O. B is slightly rare and AB is very rare. In Japan it's more balanced though. XD;;

Ha, but California doesn't seem like a dry heat to me. (at least by the beach, where is near where you live, correct) XD;; Last time I was in San Diego I thought I was gonna die from the humidity, and apparently that was hardly humid at all. Arizona is like... extra extra dry...
And I can't stand flip flops... they hurt in between your toes and they make your feet get dirty and they always come off... XP *is so picky*
And I'll totally put up with the extra weight if it hides my legs. ^^;; I'm fine with my lower legs (I've walked on my tip-toes since I was little so they're muscular and don't have much fat) but once we get above the knees... *shivers*
And I'm horrible with little kids also! I swear, I'm never gonna get married or have kids... XP I'll be the old lady with a bunch of cats...
