Natasha shook her head frustraited he wasn't understanding. Taking hold of his hand she began to pull him towards a wall at the other side of the courtyard. Letting go of his hand she ran over to it and touched the paintwork smiling. Glancing over her shoulder she pointed to one image in particular that looked strangely like him.

Natasha stopped smiling and looked sad, reaching out a hand she placed her hand on the wall beside the picture. In the attack most of the temple had been destroyed, the wall where these profacys had been painted had escaped most of the damage but parts or the paintwork had been destroyed. Looking back at him Natasha wondered how to make him understand. Bitting her lip she had made her desion, she didn't like to do it but he needed to know. Looking up at him she smiled reasuringly and hugged him round his waist, squeezing her eyes shut she showed Zhaies in his mind the temple before its destruction. The picture changed and she showed him the battle between the demons, she showed him Renn fighting a losing battle and the demons desrtroying the temple. Finaly she showed him the future, what can come to pass, Zhaies leading the new druids against evil. Letting go Natasha wiped the tears from her eyes and began to walk away back to where Renn and the others were.

Zhaies was stunned he was not ready to stand against demons, and definitly not ready to lead the druids, yet he must hone his magical abilities. he looked down at Natasha with understanding in his eyes and he prepared to set up a training facility.

Aeife was at a loss for words. She didn't know the people that passed through here, and the events that occured were strange to her. What was that strange and dark aura? It belonged to the raven, which then turned man. He had looked almost like Volgraza, the shard holder of light. It made her wonder if this is what he had mentioned in the forest.
"It seems like this is a bad time," she said, meaning to joke but there was no light in her voice. Her hand touched to her chest, feeling an old pain once again. She closed her eyes and looked away from Renn, attempting to hide her agony from them. Raising her head, she pushed passed the hurt and looked at Renn to respond to his unanswered question.
"Volgraza asked me to accomplish a task," she murmured seriously, "He said... I had to stop him. A darker version of the shard holder we once knew. He said I was the only one who could, but I don't understand what he means. And he also mentioned something about protecting a book... If I find it. But that doesn't make any sense to me either.
"My father won't tell me anything," she continued, "He simply took us here without giving us a real reason why. I was hoping maybe... Maybe you could tell me what's going on?"

*Dameon's eyes opened and he was more attentive now. He listened to Aiefe, interested in finally learning some new information. What he said had no direct meaning to him, but it did sound important. He continued to listen interested in hearing more*

Renn nodded. "Yes several people have encountered this person. He calls himself Void. I'm afraid in my foolishness I never prepared for him." Looking at her with kind eyes he tryed to hide his own fear. "If I am corect the book you have been charged with finding is very dangerous, it contains the history of the world. If Void obtains this book he can change history." Renn paused sighing as he watched Natasha walk back towards them. "I know it's alot to hear and a great responsibility to protect but we all have faith that you will succed."

*Dameon rolled the concept over in his mind. he twisted the idea. it was obvious it was her who they wanted to protect it and no one else. Still he wanted to have something to do. He came up with an idea and threw it out to them both*
"I could travel with her, as a guard, to help keep her safe on her mission."

Aeife touched her fingers to her chest softly, a solemn look in her eye.
"I suppose I must be fortunate then," she mumbled, "I haven't encountered him myself... Is it safe to assume that that raven a moment ago was this Void?"
She was silent as she watched his expressions. He was hiding his troubles, that much she could tell, and the way he frowned told her it was true. So that was who Volgraza was talking about?
"Master Renn," her eyes looked to the ground, fingers probing her chest once more, "I... I'm willing to under-take this task, but... Oh Master Renn...!"
The frail woman leaned back against the wall and sunk to the moss-covered floor, her head hung low and tears in her eyes. There was so much that seemed to be expected of her, and she didn't feel like she could handle it. With the loss of her loved ones in Quon, she had lost part of herself -- a part that she could never recover. Even as her body decayed, those above her still pushed these tasks upon her.
"I can't..." she whimpered quietly, "I can't keep going on... I have nothing left. I am alone and lost and afraid," she looked up at him, tears spilling from her blood-stained eyes, "I can't do this... I can't do this alone, Master..."
Her head lowered once more and her sobbing slowed, her voice becoming serious and dark. Her arms rested at her side, hands lying limp on the ground. She was nothing short of a perfect image of a shattered human being.
"I'm dying, Master Renn... I can feel it inside of me now -- that which was given to me at my birth... There's too much, and it's killing me...
"As much as I value the faith you have in me, it would be better placed elsewhere... I am not able to take this burden."

Renn crouched down beside her and touched her lightly on the shoulder. "You are strong, stronger than you know."
Unbenownce to Renn Natasha saw Aeife's distress and felt sad. The feather in her necklace glowed a faint pink as she sent her some love, the kind that strengthans souls.
Wrapping his arms around her he bit his lip, thinking of the day she had been born in the temple, perhaps even this room not that he could remember. "You will not be alone, there are too many people that care about you. Whatever other help you wish I will try to provide." Letting her go he smiled, his hood had fallen back and you could see his gentle eyes staring past her.

*Dameon realized he wasn't being heard. He wasn't upset about it though, he realized it was because of the more pressing matters at hand. he would offer comfort to Aiefe, but he wasn't sure what he, a stranger, and an ex-shard stealer could do to help. He figured he would wait untill she gathered up her composure to offer his help on her mission*

Zhaies stepped back to admire his hamdywork, books of magic, weapons training center, and of couse long range dummies to practice magic on. perfect he said as he started praticing himself thinking if I'm to lead the druids I must train hard and long, and that figure who appeared will have to be alert if he dares to oppose the power of the druids.

Kranna Sighed and held her knees closer, she sat at the very edge of the Temples protection, not wanting to see anyone. She hadn't found anything, there was one brief mention and it might not of even been the book. "I don't care anymore, even from one sentence it's obvious Void shouldn't have it." Bitting hard on her lip she tryed hard to believe it, she kept remembering the last time she saw Void. Closing her eyes against the sun she eventualy fell asleep with her head resting on her knees.

*a portal opens up some distance away from the temple and he steps and grins* he surveys the area...and nods...already he could feel the presences of a few people. He looks around and a short distance away spots his other target sitting near the temple....this was going to be quite amussing*
