Yesh it is! Ever see the second version of it? He makes it blink to Jinggle Bells. xd But the wizards of Winter version is faar more impresive. Apparently the house is somewhere in Ohio.

seriously...I have spent like...a lot of game play raising chocobos in FF7, I think I ended up with 3 golden chocobos and 1 of every color
