My grandpa Dan was never the kind of guy to want anyone to be moping around over him. He's the type of person who would have wanted everyone to remember all the fond times we had together, and cherish them, while continuing our lives as best we could.

If anything, the biggest thing I'm going to miss are the family dinners with him, and his terrible puns. They were so bad, but witty, and always brought around a chuckle.

Not to sound corny, but I consider you guys almost like an extended family.

I know that if I ever died, I'd want a party/memorial service. I'd want everyone to have a good time, and remember everything fun that we'd ever done with one another. That, and I'd probably send my ashes into space, or get buried in one of those Star Trek Photon Torpedo coffins.
