Bah, not really. I mean, think a bit. An American that's fascinated with Canada vs. a Canadian that doesn't really care about his country.
The Canadian is Canadian, yes, but he's not a very valuable addition to the guild because he doesn't care. Whereas the American that is fascinated with our country is a better addition because he's more interested in learning about Canada and stuff.

But I was saying that for a Canadian to be Canadian isn't necessarily the best reason.
I think, for this guild, the love of the country should be more important than whether or not you actually live in it. Even though we don't want the majority to be people living in different countries, it's nice to have people that like Canada for what it is and not just because they were born there.
