It's worth it, if you like punishing yourself for no apparent reason. I did fairly well at not dying so far, except for where two stick-on-fire-weidling insane humanesque things clubbed me to death.

Actually you can only scribble pre-set messages. Which... is probably for the best. I have no idea how to interact with other people, but I have to say it's entertaining to watch the blood-splatter replay of someone walking off of a wooden ledge right as another player's nearby ghost walks off the same ledge.
