((Sirius didn't know about this...James came up with it in his head...oh well!))
James felt the sky crashing down around him. He kicked Padfoot under the table. He knew he couldn't keep it from Franki any longer, but he really didn't want to hurt her feelings. He let out a small sigh, still repeatedly kicking his best mate. "Franki, listen, it's like this.... I honestly do like you, but...I suppose Lily just...hurts me a lot when she rejects me...and I was just trying to, you know...fill the gap...with you.... Franki, I'm so so so sorry, will you ever forgive me?"

"Possibly. Eventually," Franki said with sad eyes. She stood up swiftly and walked back up to the girls' dorm. She lay on her bed and tried to sleep, but could not find it. She got up and went down to the common room and sat on the couch, watching the fire crackle with life.

"Does no one listen to me?" Sirius sighed. "Look, sorry mate. I didn't. . . Do you wanna kill me?" Sirius squeezed his eyes shut. Jame s was his best mate, amd he didn't want to lose him over a girl. Well, it was his big mouth's fault, and he did blame himself. . .

James sighed and ran a hand through his perpetually messy hair. "No, I don't want to kill you. Kick you, maybe, but not kill you." To prove his point, he kicked Sirius in the shin again.

"Ow! Kick me to death, why don't ya?" But Sirius knew he deserved it. "You. . . Actually have real feelings for her, did you?" Sirius asked tentivilley. You never know.

"Feelings for whom? Lily or Franki?" James asked, then stopped himself. He had just said 'whom.' Was he sick or something? He never used proper grammar!

Sirius gave James the odd eye. "Did you just use proper grammer?" Sirius was bewildered. "Well, for starters, I already know you love Lily dearly. Also, I was wondering if you had feelings for franki. I mean, seriously man. Wouldn't blame Franki if you were just using her." Sirius blinked. All this lovey-dovey stuff was maing him wonder when his fantasy girl was gonna show. James had already found his, now he just had to ger her.
((As you all know, valentines day is coming up! Well, it is for me, and I was thinking we should a do a special type of dance for the hogwarts resindents!))

Franki realized that she had left her bag down with the guys. With a heavy sigh, she lifted herself from the couch and walked down quickly to the Great Hall. As she walked in, she walked straight towards the boys. "Hello again, boys. Sorry, forgot my bag," she said with a sheepish smile. She sat down swiftly. "Look, guys, thank you. Thank you Sirius for telling me. And thank you James for not denying the truth. I'm glad that I didn't fall much deeper than I had. And James, if you still need help making Lily jealous, I'll help."
