Kat smiled, "Well you are obviosly not going to baby me anymore." She tried to say it in her most innocent and adorable voice. She was a little pissed still at how he treated her like a puppy but she was pretty sure she couldn't have done anything in protest last night anyways.
"I'm sorry, it's not your fault. You were just trying to help me but...I just don't like being taken care of." She frowned and burried her head in her pillow.

Luka wanted to punch Connor in the face. Unfortunately, she found it far to pretty to ruin. "Connor." She spat at him through clenched teeth.

"What??? What are you talking about?" Aurora looked at Connor in confusion. "Hunter? You kill weres but you hang out of them? And what do you mean 'girl?' I don't even know what gender the mouse is. How're you supposed to tell from over there?" The world was just not making sense today...

The fury was all but rolling off of Luka. Connor scowled.
"Hey, at least now I'm talking instead of trying to stab her again." He then turned away from her and walked around to the front of Aurora, crouching to be at her eye-level.
"This is a human girl," he told her. "Not a mouse. I don't know what the hell's wrong with you that you think this is a rodent. She's just a college kid like you and right now she's terrified, but I can hardly blame her for that. As for why I hand out with wolves... that is not important right now."

Curtis smiled, despite Katra's pouting.
"If I was babying you, I would have dressed you as well. Your legs were like noodles. Did you want me to let you just lie in a pool of blood outside?" He pulled on a shirt that he had found. "I couldn't do that."

"Of course it's a mouse! Don't be silly! I wouldn't eat humans. That's... that's cannabalism. It's gross." She looked at Connor. He was clearly crazy.

This was much better Luka had to admit. She walked over and put her hand on Connor's shoulder. "Aurora, please. If you don't stop, she'll die." A tear rolled down her cheek.

For a former military officer, Luka sure did cry easily. Not that Connor was going to complain. At least knowing that she had a softer side was comforting. What wasn't comforting was the fact that she might act like this during his working hours tomorrow, but they would have to address that later.
"You are the only one seeing a mouse," he told her. "Everyone else here, including the others, can see that she is a human."

"Mmmph" She said into her pillow. She didn't want to get up, she was still mentally tired and class was going to be unbareable today. She flipped him off then continued to lay on the bed.

Jeff just groaned in responce and continued to not move. He could feel the blood pool around his side, at least he wasn't wearing any clothes to stain.

Yakov continued to stroke Jeff's hair. "We really need to stop this bleeding. You may be a wer, but I doubt you can heal quite this fast." He looked around. There was nothing imediately available. "Ah s**t. I guess you are just going to have to try to bleed a little slower."

"HOLY CRAP!" Aurora looked at Luka. "Wait... Since when did you guys get so small? Is this something you ate? Did you eat Alice's mushrooms or something? Or was it the drink.. I don't remember!" She put her paws up to her head. "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaagh!"

Luka took the chance to pull the girl up and get her away. She pushed the girl towards Connor, sandwiching her between them. "Can you hear me, hun? Are you still with me?" The girl didn't seem to inclined to answer. "s**t."

Connor slipped his fingers up to the girl's neck and detect the slight throbbing of a pulse.
"She isn't dead," he murmured. "Take care of Aurora." He grunted and hoisted the girl into his arms. "I'm going to call an ambulance for her." Luka looked concerned. "Don't worry I'm going to move away from here."
Connor rushed off, making a note to call the mayor after the paramedics were on their way.

"Cute," Curtis chuckled sarcastically. He found and pulled on some slacks. "I take it that you will be needing coffee?"

Jeff attempted a shrug and just caused more bleeding. She tried turning and screamed as his broken bones transformed. He was now in wolf form and there was no way in hell that he was transforming again anytime soon.
