Brackish Bog
This is a place made of salt and death. Where fresh water from further inland brings all manner of dead plants to be washed out to sea, but over the years the route has become congested, the slowing of the current allowing new flora to grow over the old and increase the problem. Wobbling back and forth, two of the Baltoy seemed like they were about to tip over, but as their eye's began to glow purple it became clear this display was only mention to knock the Shieldon off balance with Confusion! The 4th Baltoy had a much more direct approach however as the earth beneath Li's feet began to glow red and hot. Any second a chunk the size of the Shieldon's head would burst out of the ground in a violent display of Earth Power!
Ethan was rowing the boat quietly towards the Island of Beginnings with a calm expression.Croagunk was sitting beside him,putting its hand into the water and playing around a bit. Foggy Forest
As you step off the boat, the sunshine and bright nature of the ocean ends as you enter the woods. Instead shadows loom overhead casting all sorts of forms and shapes throughout the way. Staying on the brown grassy trail would be wise. Odd as it may be, a thick fog begins to creep up rising from the ground to make sight almost impossible. You must trudge along hoping not to get lost. Silence marks the forest except for the sounds as the leaves and sticks crackle beneath your feet. Beware what could be lurking and what illusions this place may hold. The forest holds secrets and you could be its next victim.
The male entered the woods blinking, he tilted his head up at the area around him and shivered a tiny bit. The fog that was surrounding him was pretty alarming, he wished he had brought a flashlight or one of those tiny fans so that he could be able to see a bit better. Croak had basically attached itself to his leg, holding onto part of his jacket as they walked. "I guess its a good thing I said to stay close isn't it Croak? I didnt expect this. " He bit his lip,sounding a bit worried over this. >Calm down, we shall be fine partner< One of the three was attached to his side, while the other two poke balls had been placed into his bag for safe keeping. He was hoping today would go well.

One thing I noticed. Your spoiler says Meren is at full health. That is incorrect. He should still be at 8/14 since there is no auto-healing after each battle.

Ethan would find that his entrance into the forest was not met with a particularly warm welcome. Indeed after his first few steps he'd be met with the angry shrieks of a Tailow as it dive bombed his head. These Pokemon were known to particularly territorial, and given how aggressive this one had become as it kicked up a fuss, the youth had clearly wandered too close to a nest! Swooping back and forth at the boy's head, making an awful racket, if Ethan didn't act soon the entire forest would know he was there before long!

The Poonchyena cracked his jaws, staring daggers into the Litleo. How did she keep hitting him? Obnoxious little cat. The little flames licked at his fur, slowly draining his health. He couldn't manage this for much longer... so he needed to end this soon. With a growl, he rushed at Lily, attempting a Fire Fang attack!
