Unfortunately, in 4e, common sense is more of a rule than actually going by the rules. In fact, they added the common sense clause in a lot of rules in this edition, which is smart. Otherwise, you could do some pretty lulzy stuff like you could in 3.5e.

Throwing giant swords with the accuracy of an archer is a little odd.

I really wish they had brought back Elena to SSF4. Her style was just too authentic to pass up. I mean, Mokoto and Dudley are fine and all, but this series needs more variety. Those two, and Ibuki, got chose due to popular vote. The fans don't care about balance. They care about just their fav characters who were awesome and top tier in the earlier games.
