Kyle looked up with wide eyed surprise and started at Yakov. Jeff face palmed and sighed. "Wh..what?" Kyle asked.

Yakov looked between Kyle and Holly. "Okay, I missed something."
Holly finally swallowed. "Uh, yeah."

Jeff put his hand on Yakov, "Darling, can speak with you in the kitchen?" He got up and led Yakov into the other room.
Kyle awkwardly sat there staring at his plate.

Jeff sighed, "Kyle isn't known for having the greatest self esteem. He's still dealing with teenager emotions. And it doesn't help that they are still arguing about whether or not to turn Kyle."
